About Feliciano
Name: North Italy/Veneziano/Feliciano Vargas/Italia

Appearance: A tiny Italian girl/boy that has short reddish-brown hair with a strange curl sticking out from the left side of her/his head, and brown eyes which are never open, often wearing a green maid’s dress.

Character: A sweet and bubbly little boy who is obedient, though a bit of a crybaby and is constantly hungry, despite being so small, and is constantly mistook for being a girl.

About this North Italy and a bit of his/her history :

He is Chibitalia, based around the time in which he still lived under the HRE’s rule at Austria’s house.

He has an older brother, South Italy. He does love his brother, and wants his approval, despite being picked on my him and not knowing him very well because his Grandpa took him away from his family.

Ask me about the types of genre I will do, I apologise if I will not do what you’d like.

Script, semi-lit are good, and I’m trying to improve on lit.
