Kurama spoke to Jane as she got up and said, “Hold on tight…” He took off into a fast sprint that topped at nearly one-hundred fifty miles per hour. He made sure they’d make it to the Land of Wind as swiftly as possible. Tsukiakari ran at the same speed as her father even with tripping on herself as such speed and yipped at them the entire time like a dog chasing an over-sized squirrel. Kurama made it so they’d reach the Land of Wind in mere hours instead of days, slowing only at the border as the temperature started to rise. He started panting and ended up trotting at a mere thirty miles per hour as they got further into the desert. His daughter was still full of spunk despite the heat. Kurama huffed, “I am too old for this…” She was weaving between his legs for fun at this time.

She gripped tighter not expecting this speed and held on watching the air whip by and the land on the trek. She breathed with labor as the heat set in and they slowed down she had been doing something the entire time they had been going this wind whipping in her face as they ran would provide great resistance and started to do push-ups controlling her up and down motions as she went and breathed hard as it was a strain her muscles hurt. Once they slowed down she nearly collapsed against him and yet still held on her arms shaking as they were nearing muscle failure.

Kurama panted and felt like his fur was falling out as he decided to sit and closed his eyes. He was done trying to move for now. Tsukiakari sat down beside him and panted. She was still excited and wagging all her tails. Sand swirled and formed before them as a rather demonic looking mutt formed with fire in its maw. Its eyes were molten and eleven tails flared out as the being spoke to them, “Kurama how DARE you cross my father’s territory with a stranger! What if they kill him?!” Molten sand dripped from her mouth.
Kurama panted and said, “Fuck…. off…”
Tsukiakari barked at the other demon to  get her attention then said, “Rajikaru, He means to have the lady do the thingy to make strong with your daddy!”
The molten demon looked up at the human then said, “I will take her the rest of the way then… You both go back to your pathetic fruity village. Got it?!”
Kurama growled at her and said, “I will roam where I please!” He stood up and got into a battle stance.
Rajikaru got into a fighting stance too and drooled molten at him.
Tsukiakari whimpered and said, “STOP IT YOU JERK FACES!” She started barking loudly.

As she felt him stop she slipped off his back as she saw the new demon form she bowed to it and looked at her listening to the conversation. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes they were alone and she felt it was time to expose herself she reached up and whipped her hood off and opened her third eye staring at the 11 tailed demon. “I have not come to Hunt I respect you all and would wish to train Nothing more I have been charged with a task by my clan to learn and train all that I can tell my last breath if that is here and now then so be it I will not have failed.” She then took a breath again and close her eyes. “Stop being such a bitch they brought me here to get help at my request so your argument is with me.”

Rajikaru growled at Jane and said, “Insolent human…” She raised her tails as she pumped up molten sand into her mouth. Kurama leaped in front of Jane and took the molten sand despite it ripping some of his fur out. He then turned and bit onto Rajikaru’s scruff, making her scratch at him as best she could.
Tsukiakari whimpered and yipped louder. Sand whipped together as a rather aged Shukaku appeared and he said, “RAJIKARU! OFF OF HIM!”
Rajikaru growled at him and said, “Father they brought an insolent human!”
Kurama dropped her and said, “To train…”
Shukaku growled then looked at Jane and said, “Excuse my daughter, she is over protective.” Sand dripped off his tips. He then looked at Kurama and said, “My rival… Soon.”  Kurama looked at him and then took a human form as he revealed sweat and lots of skin burns. Shukaku took it as well and said, “Let’s go to my den and we can all cool off.” He walked to lead the way, his human form stronger than his natural form by this point. His daughter was angry and just walked along with them. Kurama’s daughter followed and looked at Jane, wagging her tails.

She opened her two eyes and watched the lava come she stood there going to take it knowing what she had said then saw Kurama jump in front of her she almost got angry until Shukaku showed up and she stopped her mouth open and quickly bowed to him holding it. “Lord of the sand.” Was all she said then slowly rose when he stated to come with him she walked with them silently towards his den and looked towards Kurama’s daughter and simply nodded as if to say she knew what she was doing. She continued to walk with her hood down she had nothing to hide from these beasts as she could hide nothing from them anyways. “Lord of the sand forgive my intrusion I asked him to bring me here to train.” She told him though this was a lie but was part in truth she was covering for Kurama as best she could she would hope he would let this go and play along as she did not hold any falsehood in what she had said and let nothing in her mind wander to a lie as she forced herself to believe that it was truth.

Shukaku peered at her and said, “I understand, might I know your name?” He was far more mature than he used to be, Kurama obviously respecting him more. It wasn’t long until they reached a den that was below the sand and actually was far cooler than the desert above. Kurama found a corner to sit down in and rested himself against the wall. Tsukiakari padded over and laid near her father. Rajikaru padded angrily to her own little corner and curled up, growling at them from a distance.

Staring at him as they descended, she soon spoke as the cool air hit her. “My name is Jane of the Kaguya Clan.” She watched as everyone seemed to take familiar places to them and she simply stood in the middle to face judgment. Breathing evenly she watched and waited for death to come though she never thought that she was going to even make it this far.

Shukaku returned to his natural form in a shrunken way and he smiled at her in a near smirk. He said, “It is a pleasure to have you in my den, Kaguya Jane. You may just call me Shukaku. I apologize for Rajikaru’s rude actions. She is still a pup.”
“Not a pup any more dad,” Rajikaru snarled from her corner.
Kurama snapped at her, “Do not speak to your father with such disrespect you insolent pup.”
Tsukiakari yipped and said, “Yeah! Don’t bad mouth!”
Rajikaru snarled and flicked her tails irritably. Shukaku trained his gaze upon Jane and said, “I will be taking your training… Kurama, is the rest of the team in place?”
Kurama shrugged and said, “I know one of them is, the other I think left with their teacher while I was trying to nab her. He’s tricky you know that.”
Shukaku nodded and then looked back to Jane to see how she was to react to this.

She listened to him and bowed with respect as he took on her training and smiled softly glad to have taken the training on straightening up she looked between them all turning in a circle tell she was looking back at Shukaku and then thought a moment placing the pieces together and closed her eyes. “That explains why the man I was with did not return with Kurama and why he rushed me here so quickly. This also explains that you all are recruiting and if the pieces fit right you wish for us to grow stronger for a purpose I can yet discern for the Shinobi.” She fell silent now and slipped her hands in her pockets and ran her foot in the sand she stood upon.

Shukaku smiled and  looked at Kurama, “She is perfect. I will take it from here.” Kurama waved him like it was alright. Shukaku then had sand float up in front of him as he said, “Touch it… feel it… Take in how it feels, the chakra between the sands. This is the absolute defense that you can grow in time. Harder than steel and more resilient than rubber, yet if you need a soft landing it is soft as a pillow. This will be something you will need and is of the earth element.”
Kurama sat there with his daughter, Rajikaru still pouting in her corner.

She watched the sand come up and listened almost understanding but not quite grasping it completely. As she reached out her hand slipped into the sand and she wiggled her fingers through it and blinked she then closed her eyes and focused channeling her own chakra to get a better feel for the chakra moving through the sand and between it to understand it trying to let what knowledge the sand itself had to flow through her body and mind she felt to an extent to understand this she must become one with it. “Because of how gentle the sand can be yet how compact it can get it gives and pulls but retains its strength no matter the force as it will hold its ground.” She said almost as a statement yet also as a question of sorts she was hoping she understood the lesson in part. She then gripped a fist in the sand to test the lesson and circled one foot out and dropped into a low horse stance and brought her fist back and thrust a mighty fist forward it would come nowhere near the demon but would pass through the sand or if the demon so willed it land as if hitting a brick.

Shukaku shook his head and made the sand harden around the fist. He then said, “Infuse your chakra into it. You have bones of nearly similar materials, use this to your advantage and escape the sand. Feel it.” He closed his eyes and seemed to just fall asleep.
Rajikaru whimpered and nudged her father, him waking back up as he placed a claw on her head. She let him pet her head as she tried to keep him awake.
Kurama had a concerned look on his face as he looked at Tsukiakari and whispered, “Have the others gather… This is an important mission.”
Tsukiakari whimpered then nodded, taking off in a full sprint to go find the others.

She felt the sand grow around her hand and breathed watching it and then all three of her eyes opened getting a better view something she rarely did but this was important and required everything she had. The demons could feel her chakra rise though it was a drop in an ocean compared to them but she forced it into her hand then thought of her bones and remembered she could force her bones out of her body and then she concentrated and tried to actually pull each grain of sand in that was keeping her hand from moving to freedom groaning at the amount of chakra she was outputting to do this sweat forming on her brow already and once she felt she had done a sufficient job she tried to pull her hand free if she where even able to pull this off.
