*After being on her own for so long she sadly kind of got used to it or that’s what she told herself so she wouldn’t always cry. She sat alone, deep in thought for an extended period before going for a walk to distract from her them. She worried that staying inside might make her feel sad again. She processed them as best as she could, but they seemed to come to her very quickly. She exhaled a sigh, then took a deep breath and released it again in an effort to calm herself. Lost in negative thoughts, she didn’t notice the vortex forming. Soon, she was swept away, unsure of her fate or destination. It felt as though an eternity had passed while she was trapped there. She was abruptly brought back to reality when she fell to the ground, incurring multiple minor cuts and a few bruises. Of all places, you dropped me here, she muttered to the vanishing vortex. She carefully examined her surroundings. The various noises prompted her to leave before identifying their source. She stood up and began searching for a safe way out. The challenge with her plan to achieve safety was her difficulty with directions, as everything started to look familiar. Am I merely repeating the same actions without progress? Is there an exit from this place? She knew If she continued walking, something favorable was bound to occur eventually. *
