*I smile and we walk toward a restaurant that looks promising.* “So how are you doing today?”

*I remember my dream and shudder.* “I’m alright,” I say with a half smile. *I hold the door open for her and we approach the service counter. I order a small BLT sub.*

*i order a ham and cheese not feeling really hungry since my dream* this place is nice

*I smile at her and pay for the food.* “I was actually thinking we would take these to go and walk on the pier.”

*i wake up screaming from a nightmare and look around* What the hell!! Where the hell is everyone! *looks at phone to check time*

Crystal was asleep when she heard a disembodied voice.

i better text Sarah. i forgot to tell her i was going out today. *grabs phone and sends a quick text* hey sarah i’m in the city for the day with Chael. see you later 🙂

*I smile and take her hand holding my sandwich in the other.* “It really is.”

*i look at my phone and see the text* damnit *replies* well i just woke up screaming like a banshee so you have fun while i take care of my anxiety
