“I’ve played guitar for 8 year’s. So almost my whole life.” I reach out and shake her hand. “I’m Dakota.”

*shakes hand* nice to meet you Dakota. 8 years that’s a long time

“Well I’ve always loved it so I never stopped playing.” I look at the other girl. “So why are you two out here when class is about to start?”

“I heard your date with my brother went very well!” I cough loudly. <i>This is awkward, </i>I think to myself.

my classes don’t start for a couple more weeks. *i say to dakota* yes it did rico and i think we are going on another one soon *she says to Rico*

“We are going to the beach today. You will come with us wont you?” *Not wanting to be rude I turn to Dakota.* “I’m Nicola.”

yeah he had asked me if i wanted to do something with you all today. *turns to Dakota* you should come it will be fun

“Oh sure I’ll join, thanks.” I smile and then check my phone again when the notification goes off.

yay * claps hands smiling* now we just have to wait for Chael to get finished with his classes then we can go

*Feeling somewhat annoyed at being ignored, and watching this guy obviously flirt with Autumn I pull out my phone and text Nayr about the beach trip.*

*notices Rico looking annoyed* hey rico i completely forgot that i don’t have a bikini wanna go shopping for one together?

“Sure! Id like to pick one out too.”

“Oh well I guess I’ll see you guys later then?” I say not really knowing what else to say.

awesome *goes back to dakota and writes something down on a piece of paper and hands it to him* here’s my number i’ll text you when we are ready to leave *grabs Rico’s hand and pulls her towards the front gate waving back at Dakota* i’ll see you later

“Alright.” I wave then I look at the paper and I fold it up placing it in my over shirt pocket. I look at the beach and I come up with a plan so I run over and jump over the railing onto the sand and I start pulling objects together on the beach.
