Alternia (First Timeline)
-
Skvaada glared at the reckless troll who just tore the door off right after replacing all of the locks, “What are you DOING!? I could have gotten knock-out gas from my lab.” She quickly pulled out a whistle and called for her lusus, making a loud keening screechy noise. It may take a while for her lusus to appear, but better to be safe than sorry. With that done, she pulled on a leather strap running diagonally across her shoulders, releasing the sheathed weapon for use. Used by another troll it would have appeared almost laughably unwieldy, but in the hands of Skvaada the enormous syringe would strike fear into the heart of lesser trolls. A green substance resembling a heavily concentrated form of sopor slime sloshed within the chamber. Flicking the needle quickly, causing a drop of sopor to slip out, Skvaada primed the device and stood at the ready. At the first flicker of movement from the insane seadweller, she’d attack.
-
-Zembra felt the door get removed from her back and she flopped out like freshly caught fish but layed there a second. She summoned what strength she had to stand up and face them. Her golden eyes began turning red again, her seeing the two large trolls in her way she assumed there was no choice but to weasel her way out. She calmed her rage and said, “I have a rational reason for escaping, I assure you.”
She sounded sincere and very sure despite her foul intentions. She placed her hand at her throat where the bar had cut her throat. She looked at her violet blood and licked it off her hand, seeming ecstatic to the taste but dropped her hand, acting as if the taste was the best sustenance for now. She also kind of made a face of rejection to the blood. She wanted to make it seem like she lost the taste for it, even to the point of trying to spit it out.
“So,” She looked at them both with a smile, “What was that you said earlier about being matesprites? With him? No. He was just a snack. Let me apologize to our leader and my rampaging days are over I assure you.”-
-
-Lupus saw the slime and shook his head”you start putting her on the slime you better be prepared to keep doing it because i dont want to see the side effects of her going without”. Lupus stood up and began to walk towards her pulling his sun glasses off and looking her in the eye”you will return to your cage until the queen says otherwise bitch”. He started to use his mind abilities to try and make her listen on her own without him having to use force because her weak body probably couldn’t take the strength he had.-
-
The indigo blood might have not been the most socially sharp of her broodmates, but she was not at all fooled by the act, especially since this was the same troll going on about how sweet the hemospectrum was not five minutes beforehand. Skvaada rolled her eyes behind the sunglasses. “It’s not like I care about her mental well-being. Also, a sopor addiction might give her something to think about other than the hemospectrum.” One large dose probably wouldn’t cause any enormous problems, anyways.
Once Lupus started to use his mind abilities, Skvaada hushed up to avoid causing any distractions. Her gaze focused on the bleeding neck of the violet blood in front of her. Willing herself not to focus on the class disparities between them, she instead analyzed the wound. Was it deep enough to risk infection? Would the empress be angry at any harm done to the prisoner? How quickly could better restraints be made for the lunatic?
-
-Zembra chuckled a bit and felt the one in her mind. She pushed the mental attempt out as her own mind was tough. She instead looked at the slime that rots the mind and back at them. She spoke solumnly, “Wwould you trust me more if I had a little of that? I promise all I wwant to do is apologize. Wwhat do you say? 8ecause I am sure I wwill get put back in apology or not.”
She looked rather disgusted at the thought but if that would be her only ticket out, she’d take it. Her eyes fluctuated red for a moment and she looked about ready to move forward but she wouldn’t. She resisted trying to lap up some more of her own blood and instead, put her arm out. She seemed a little shakey from her weakened state but she had to suppress her urges for now as she knew she couldn’t take them both.-
-
-Lupus wasn’t sure where to act here and since this other troll seemed to know her better he stepped back and leaned against the wall guarding the door while he watched to see how this played out while making sure his knuckle guard was on tight if she tried to run he would take her head clean off her shoulders.-
-
Skvaada frowned, “Only if the empress wants to see you,” she scowled angrily before jabbing the syringe deep into Zembra’s arm. As the green fluid drained from the chamber into the troll’s bloodstream, part of the indigo blood wondered whether an apology in such a state could even be considered sincere. Either way, it would buy both of the guards enough time to ask the empress whether she cared to hear the prisoner.
Once the deed was done, Skvaada withdrew the needle and then frowned. The restraints in the prison were no longer fit to contain the devious cannibal. It was much too risky bringing the violet blood straight to the empress without forewarning her or getting permission. The subjuggulators wouldn’t stand for it, and it’d be unnecessarily rude. The other choice was having either Lupus or herself guard the prisoner while the other went to ask the empress. None of these choices were appealing in the slightest. “Lupus, would you mind informing the Empress of our situation?”
-
-Zembra felt the liquid enter her system. She saw the entire thing empty and immediately afterwards, felt her own butt hit the ground as she sort of spaced out. She started looking around the room and then licked her upper lip, making herself jump. She crossed her eyes and flicked her lip with her tongue, making herself giggle a little so she kept doing it. This simple action amused her for a few seconds until she fell onto her back and was staring at the ceiling.
“Needs color…” She gripped her neck cause it hurt and noticed the violet on her hand and smiled as she started trying to flick it up at the ceiling to paint it for amusement in her mind melted state. She only flicked it up a couple times before she noticed the floor had a lack of color too and began rolling around on the ground.-
-
The indigo blooded troll looked down at Zembra with disgust at her sopor induced state. What was she doing, rolling around on the ground like an animal. “Uggh,” she whined, before reaching down to secure the prisoner’s wrist so she didn’t accidently hurt herself or grab at their feet or anything. She held on carefully with her right hand, using a frustrating amount of restraint to avoid simply shattering the wrist while her left hand held the empty syringe in a more relaxed stance over her shoulder. “And just when I thought you could not try my patience any further.”
What was I even here for originally?
Zembra’s disoriented behavior gave Skvaada an idea. This was the perfect opportunity for questioning, after all perhaps the lunatic might give sane answers for once.
“Seadweller, how did you avoid getting caught for so long? Can your sopor soaked thinkpan answer that?”
-
-Zembra looked at the hand as she was grabbed and kept rocking back and forth. She heard the question directed to her and looked up at the source of the sound and said, “Caught? No one cared about it wwhen I started. So um, yeah. Then I started… Wait a second~!”
She pointed her toes up at Skvaada and said, “You only wanna know cause you wanna try it. Can’t tell you that nope nope~!”
Her eyes averted back to the ceiling and she said, “Still needs color, many colors!”
Her attention again redirected back to the troll holding her as she said, “Can I see the highest now?”-
-
-Lupus sighed and left them behind as he made his way out of the prison and slowly made his way from the dark parts of town that surrounded the prison and into the the richer areas where those of royal blood called home. Lupus placed his sun glasses back on and adjusted his black over shirt to hide the knuckle guards. He would reach the gate and two of the guards kept saying “honk” which annoyed the piss out of Lupus with there obsessive belief and some clown deity. Lupus was let inside but the two simpletons kept on his heels to make sure he didn’t do anything offensive but the only thing that came to mind was taking the heads of these two idiots. He reaches the thrown and would get down on one knee while the empress entered the room and once she was seated and nodded for him to begin he spoke”Zembra broke out of her restraints but myself and Skvaada were able to detain her and she wishes to speak to you”. Lupus rose to his feet because he began to hear growls from some of other trolls not that he feared any of them. He had never spoken his place in hemospectrum but his strength and mind ability made him perfect for his role as executioner. The Empress would nod”i will allow this m-E-Eting, you may bring h-Er befor-E m-E”. Lupus would turn and leave the castle but he knew he was being followed and once he was outside of the royal district he would turn and place his shades in his shirt pocket before he summoned his scythe just in time for one of the two simpletons to come from around a building. Lupus sighed and spoke”what brings you before me”. The clown loved spoke”its time for that bitch to die and for you to disappear so i can make that happen quickly and quietly”. Lupus sighed as the creature ran at him with a sword but right before the clown would land a blow Lupus spun on his right food with his scythe in his left hand with the blade coming up from the ground so the curved edge would be facing towards the sky. As Lupus pivoted the scythe would come up and cleave off the arms and head of the troll in a single slice that left Lupus covered in purple blood. Lupus took off his jacket and would lay it across the dead troll. Lupus then finished his journey to the prison and he made his way back down into the inner most sanctum where Zembra was held”she said she would see Zembra, Im going to go home and take a shower, a clown got to big for his red nose”.-
-
As soon as Lupus sauntered into the prison chamber, Skvaada turned to look at him and then zeroed in on the dark bloody stain covering his front. “Is that-?” She took off the sunglasses with one massive hand so she could better discern the color. Her normally low and slightly subdued voice choked up with astonishment. “Did you? Is that? Could that possibly be…. the glorious purple blood of the subjugglators currently adorning the front of your garments?” The subjugglators were powerful, no matter how erratic and irresponsible their behavior appeared to a lower blood such as herself. Could Lupus be the equal status as a subjugglator? Or had some crime just been committed? Skvaada’s yellow eyes followed Lupus warily while he explained that the Empress would see the insane violetblood now.
“Very well. I will take her presently. It might be wise to rinse yourself of the… incriminating stains on your clothes as well. ”
Turning to the troll whose wrist she was presently holding, Skvaada growled softly, “Come along. We are going to see the Empress.” She took a step forward, betting that the pressure wouldn’t bruise Zembra’s wrist to nudge her troll prisoner into moving down the hall and out of the prison.
-
-Zembra wriggled a bit as she was a bit stuck on her back, her feet making her walk backwards to keep up. She turned herself around and faced forward finally as she walked nimbly despite her lack of sustenance. She looked around and saw the trolls as they passed glaring at her, some of them guards hoping she would be sent to be killed. She smirked a little, her mind trying to work around the mind melt she was currently in. She saw the guards wince but instead, she spoke rather awkwardly, “Did you know the inside of the prison is gray? Not pretty at all. You need to get yourself some slime and paint the place. It’d be sooo psychedelic~!”
The guards seemed confused as she continued to taddle along behind Skvaada, eventually noticing the line of subjugglators ahead. She held herself high then and made sure they KNEW she was higher than them despite her misdoings and obvious fins. She even smirked and just to make fun of them, began screaming at the top of her noise maker, “HONK! HONK HONK HONK! HONKIDY HONK HONK HONK HOOOOOOOONK!”-
-
“Are you unable to stay quiet for even ten minutes?” The enormous troll hissed angrily at the seadweller, hoping that she would at least shut up long enough to keep from making any more of a spectacle of herself.
Jegus, you’re embarrassing me, yourself and all of your victims with this degrading display. No longer caring if she bruised Zembra, Skvaada hustled the spoor-soaked degenerate forward until she was about three yards away from the Empress’ throne at the base of the steps. “Kneel,” she ordered to Zembra. Making sure not to take any chances, two subjugglators strode forward to grab each of the seadweller’s arms and hold them behind her back in case of any sudden aggression towards their Empress.
-
-Zembra could only laugh as she was yelled at. She felt the grip tighten and that only made her laugh harder. She silenced herself when they got in front of the Empress. She wouldn’t kneel, even when the subjugglators gripped her arms and held them back. She just turned her head and whispered, “honk..” She giggled to herself before looking back to the empress and spoke in the most esteemed tone, “Hello there again, Empress… Excuse my wonky but they got me high.”
She tilted her head and smirked widely, “but the remembrance of your lovely blood… That taste surpasses even the stupor the mind melting slime should have upon me. I want another taste but I know never is the best time and will remained restrained by these two handsome honkers.” She giggled and threw her head back to honk at them again.-
