(Probably gonna be the main Antagonist/anti villain)
Name: Arman Tobbins, infamously nicknamed “World’s most dangerous man”Age: ??? (He was sight at least 20 years ago, and he was an adult then. Indicating he is rather old.

Appearance:
Sexual Orientation: Speculated to straight. Though normally he is asexual.
Abilities: Arman has no supernatural powers of his own. However, he has surprising physical and mental abilities due to training and heritage. He possesses very advanced human technology and grade A military hardware.
Arman walks around with full body armor, that protects him from fire via nanoceramics and aeorgels in his vest, to the point that he suffers no damage from the fire of many dragons. He has built in farady cage to protect against both electricity and EMPs. To the point that being struck with lightning can be shrugged off by Arman. Gel under layers in his armor allow his to take significant G forces by acting as padding, in addition to his training. Hidden under this is a strength enhancing exosuit, that utilizes artificial muscle made of vanadium dioxide. This boosts Arman’s already impressive strength and durability considerably, to superhuman levels, comparable to a terminator at maximum power. He can punch through concrete, rip some beings apart with brute strength. Jump 8-20 feet into the air. He can carry weapons normally only mounted (like miniguns). However, Arman often forgoes using these levels of strength as the more strength he uses, the more the battery of the suit is drained and will need to recharge.
Often, he uses the armor’s strength to simply make himself more efficient. He usually uses his natural levels of strength and uses the armor to make everything he does easier. He often uses it to simply move nimbly with heavy weapons. He also uses the extra power for the armor’s “lock” function. Liquid body armor made of oil and iron filaments harden when electric current is channeled through it, allowing joints and neck to be armored. Making even crushing him difficult as well as trying to strangle him/go for the throat. Many physical energy attacks are simply ineffective against him. Meaning Arman’s armor can become stiff and hard upon impact. All these in tandem to survive harsh injuries such as being smacked by giant enemies, put through walls, being stepped on, slashed, thrown huge distances, falling from the sky, being eaten, being mauled, had cars thrown at him, been beaten, cut with diamond, walked in a volcano, survive being thrown in magma and much more. Blunt impact actually is usually what harms Arman the most. His armor is made of advanced nanomaterials and is very bullet resistant. Abnormally powerful guns, sustained fire or explosives harm him. Extreme blows can harm or incapacitate him.
Armor has a cooling/heating system to regulate temperature.
Arman knows several forms of martial arts, often choosing some of the most practical and effective. This includes Brazillian jujitsu, M.C.M.A.P, L.I.N.E, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, Pankration, Judo, Taekwondo, Aikido, German Longsword Fencing and Eskrima. Arman is very intelligent and quick despite being strong. He has very fast reflexes for a human and can anticipate attacks and trajectories very well.
Helmet filters out harmful gases and has a built in H.U.D.
Very capable marksman
Arman very often will take future drugs to enhance himself. Pain killers, cognitive enhancement drugs, myostatin inhibition drugs and anti sleep drugs.
Vast expanse of weaponry and vehicles. Most of Arman’s weapons are things that exist in present times or will exist. Others are advanced technology. He has cloaking technology. However this technology is not perfected. The cloak is rendered useless if Arman is struck once and he cannot see with it activated. It is essentially a wearable hoodie/ghillie suit. He also has a nanosaw enhanced claymore. Microscopic blades made of aggregate nanofullerenes, harder then diamond, move like a saw on the blade via nanomotors. This allows Arman to cut pretty much anything. Steel, concrete, diamond, etc….
Arman has a helmet that can see in across the electromangetic spectrum. Allowing him to see infared heat signatures and look through walls. He has two specialized pistols. “Gungnir” is a gyrojet electrochemical-thermal powered magnum. It fires homing plasma propelled 5.56 mm NATO gyrojets at varying velocities of mach 15+. This takes power to use, however it is accurate enough for him to shoot another bullet out of the air. He locks onto you using his HUD to give him data. The other pistol is called “Emily.” Constructed with nanotechnology, making the diamond from mostly spent carbon dioxide. It is as a very simple in that it is a magnum made of mostly diamond with the name “Emily” etched into it. Most internal parts are made of various diamondoids. Making it night indestructible. It has a recoil dampening mechanism and uses advanced very power propellant. This gun can down most dragons in a single shot, and against a humanoid target, to the torso, the person is usually blown completely in half from shots to the body as the round completely passes through it. More durable opponents are more likely to make the round explode from sheer kinetic impact. It sends it’s .50 cal rounds up to 10x the speed of sound. Able to penetrate almost anything or mutually destroy it from kinetic impact. However, the accuracy is not so great usually. Arman has to be close to use it, or you have to be a big target. Certain rounds like hollow points/regular lead will destroy many liquid types of enemies, like water elementals.
High frequency knuckles (HF knuckles for short). They are a very devastating fistload weapon they are put in Arman’s gauntlets. The knuckledusters, attached to his gaunlets have a high frequency electric current current channeled through them. Causing them to vibrate and heat up. They are edged in Aggregate nanofullerness, allowing them to go through nearly anything as they vibrate and destroy anything they touch. Side effect of dealing heat and electrical damage. They are so damaging that someone using them doesn’t even necessarily need to punch a wall to get through. One can simply put through fist against the wall and it will jackhammmer through via cutting, acoustic waves and melting.
He also sometimes has a man portable railgun he uses to fire solid slugs at varying velocity. It all depends on how much power Arman has. However, with the right ammunition and enough power for an entire town, it could shoot through a mountain. It is however single shot, and prone to overheating.
Has a metalstorm caseless gun on his arm.
Arman sometimes travels squad around with him. Normally a team of 10. These NPCs have armaments of full body armor for durability, cloaking suits, very durable body armor, strength enhancing exoskeletons (Maximum 10 tons snatch strength) medieval-modern era weapons. and a form of electronic telepathy. They function as a unit, like a hive mind. Their helmets send signals to one another that is then sent into their heads directly via chips in their helmets. Rarely do any of them need to speak and they all share information. They are all rescued slaves. Most of them have years of training and are desensitized to killing any necessary targets.
Has gloves and boots that let him stick to surfaces, and a grappling device.
All of them have various ammunition and weapons for combating the supernatural. Holy against demons, silver against werewolves, iron against fair folk (faeries and the like). Armor contains nothing more then ordinary iron, negating some types of magic.
Last but not least. Arman and all of his squad have unyielding willpower that sometimes assist them in resisting mental manipulation with varying degrees of success. They cannot be possessed by spirits/ghosts. They all power through pain. They are human beings, and are all mortal. Their greatest strength is arguably in his tactical abilities.
Current doings: Freeing all human slaves. Rallying humanity.
History: Much of Arman’s past is shrouded in mystery. It his however said, Arman lost someone precious to him and was never the same again. He seeks to free the human race while at the same time seeking vengeance against those who he sees as the cause to the humans being driven to near extinction while also seeking to save the human race, gathering all humans under one banner.
Personality: This all depends on who you are. However, Arman looks down on a lot of supernaturals. He comes across to most people as cold, quiet and ruthless. He doesn’t speak much. He rarely needs to. It’s difficult to tell what he thinks because of the mask.
Occupation: Freedom fighter/Slave Liberator/Terrorist/Guardian.
Monetary status: A lot of stolen money from people he has killed.
Extra info: Arman’s technology is generally around 1/2-5 decades ahead of current technology.
Arman does not kill children, though he has before accidentally. He will however incapacitate them.

Arman has to choose what to use his power for basically. His armor fueled by several advanced nuclear batteries and CNT super capacitors to harvest power from it, waste heat and even gaining power from Arman simply moving. He has choices between protection, strength or weapons.
Carries in general a lot of equipment available today in addition to future tech. (This being post apocalyptic and all. Gotta make due.)

Appearance: A short little girl with long snow white hair that goes down to her back and hazel eyes. Fair skinned. Usually wears a little completely white dress and walks around with bare feet.
Personality: Naive at times yet, observant and eerily intelligent. Usually happy-go-lucky and friendly. She sees beauty in everything. She is very familiar with nature and likes animals of all kinds. She often associates with whatever animals are around, like squirrels deer and birds. In cities. She tends to associate with whatever may be around. Like rats and roaches. There much of the world she understands, but some things that she doesn’t understand. Often angered by violence. Sometimes unwittingly causes trouble and chaos when trying to have fun, indirectly, unaware she is doing something wrong. She knows and will associate with many different kinds of people. She is very warm, eager and energetic usually. Very very curious.
History: Mirabelle is the third form of a continuous cycle of death and rebirth. She is a synthetic lab born life form, programmed with completely synthetic DNA and made to be a weapon of mass destruction. A shapeshifting programmable organism originally intended to be nothing more then a biological robot, as she is made completely synthetically from chemical elements. There was fetus to her creation. and no genetic engineering. She was simply made from organic and inorganic materials. However, with her power the head scientist saw something beyond a weapon. He saw something capable of potentially capable of numerous applications. One of which, was to heal his dying daughter, Aster. She requested to be brought home where the scientist would. He stole the life form in vial form from the lab and attempted to program it in his home. He injected it into his daughter and they shared their sentimental last words of their love for one another. However, Aster died much to the scientists horror, in her bed in her room at age 12. In his grief the next day, he heard crying in the room his daughter had died in. He found there was a baby laying in the sheets his daughter had died in. Blood and other thick tree sap like fluids staining the bed. The father looked at this….thing. That layed where his daughter once did. And the first word out of it’s mouth was “daddy.” From that point on the man cared for this child for 8 years, on the run from the government. Naming her, “Delphine.” However, Delphine sacrificed herself for her father and died. Her father took a new identity and she was again reborn as Pyre. The longest living iteration and easily the most powerful and skilled. She had a life of 22 years until she was reborn once again as Mirabelle.
Current doings: Wandering the world and seeing everything there is to see.
Abilities: Bodily manipulation. Mirabelle can form any organic material and change her body to suit different situations. A shapeshifter. She can form different materials from herself. She can assume many different forms of organisms and contain other organisms and manipulate some of their biology as well. Can alter her own DNA. Can make other organisms from herself and various editable materials. She has bio-organic nanomachines within her. She can essentially take on the abilities of any earthly organism that exists. Can produces blades, armor, tendrils, claws, sharp teeth, many sort of natural and at the same time unnatural weapons. Increased strength, agility, senses and durability. Healing factor. Not afflicted by most terrestrial disease. Most toxins one can be immune to do not harm her. Can breath underwater. Contains memories of each life before her. Provided she has energy in the form heat, radiation, sunlight or nutrients she can live indefinitely. Can heal. Often grows plant like organisms
Weaknesses: Fire of high enough temperature and amount is a threat to her. Although, you will not be able to fight her with say a match stick. Flamethrower, yes. She can form materials with limited resistance to fire. She cannot mimic magical properties. Is limited by the amount of mass she capable of carrying within herself. For example. She cannot be a little girl one second and then grow into a 40 ft tall monster the next second. Growth rated limited by the speed of chemical reactions. Larger organisms tend to be slower. Even though she has memories of Pyre’s fighting skills, she is not as skilled at fighting. She is bullet resistant but not bulletproof. Sufficiently powerful guns (.50 cal+), explosives, powerful enough punches and melee weapons in general harm her. Melee weapon effectiveness varies. Mirabelle cannot easily break down or shapeshift the more durable she is generally. Things like armor and claws cannot be easily broken down and often not malleable. Being shot or struck in the eyes hurts. Can be distracted by people being harmed, put in mortal danger or held hostage. She must make herself very light in order to fly. Cannot transmute elements.
Weapons: Her body. Objects like cars, lamp post, car parts and generally whatever she can get her hands on.

Job: Mercenary, Courier and drug dealer.
Powers: No supernatural powers. Abilities are usually due to armor, training, gadgets and having general a whole lot of guns. Cessily is extremely intelligent and can make her own guns and get her hands on some rarer weapons. Cessily from the start has no defenses against the supernatural aside from sheer willpower.
Appearance: 5’3. Straight hair. Stops at her neck. Fair skin. Freckles. Green eyes. Actually looks rather small. Usually wears a collar with spikes on it, which actually is used to stop people who are stronger than she is from strangling her. She is skinny but stronger than she looks, very fit and looks agile.
During mercenary jobs she will often wear full black body armor, with an armored faceplate. Often wears different clothes. Hoodies, jeans and sneakers. Or skirts, shirts and fingerless gloves. Shirt, tanktop sweats, etc….Depends on what she is doing that day.
Bio/history- Born to a single father, Cessily lost her father at around age 7. He was not one of the most peaceful, sane or non murderous of arms dealers but eventually he got caught up in some business. Cessily after this, combined with training her father had given her and what she watched, was raised by the streets. Cessily found out she was good at a lot of things and indeed like her father had told her “if you’re good at something, never do it for free.”
Bouncing place to place and picking up skills, Cessily does what she would like to for money. She is not amoral. Often, she evades selling drugs in the crust, often opting to goto the mantle to sell. Courier jobs goto the mantle and the core even. Cessily is a very good courier because nobody suspects much of a kid. She handles herself well. She usually takes neutral stance concerned to mercenary jobs and will work to protect people or will take sides on a gang for as long as they pay her well enough. Cessily has a short fuse when she doesn’t have to be professional and at times seems like a sociopath, though she can be and is nice to someone depending on who they are. People tend to know her reputation as a mercenary as one you would not like to piss off. Myths circumvent on how she “puts lead in her cereal” because she has been shot many times.

Age: 94Appearance: Looks like he is in his lower 50s. Very few wrinkles though his faces aged yet healthy. His body is that of a young man, fit and in it’s prime. Almost always wears a suit of many different colors with a tie. Balding. Hair on the top of the head is bald, hair to the sides and back remains. It stays like that. Wears glasses. Green eyes. (unless he changes color).
Abilities:
Enhanced physiology- Doktor was the one who developed and gave Nemaz his enhancemen. Doktor has genetically engineered himself and has had surgical enhancements. as such his abilities are similar. However Dokotr has engineered synthetic. However, most of his are simply better. Since Doktor does not have a metagene and he simply has an earthly genome, many power dampening effects will not work on him. The Doktor can control his body’s functions with his mind, able to control things like metabolism.
Superhuman durability- Doktor’s bones, instead of using a titanium foam, uses an extremely durable flexible nanoceramic foam that insulates from heat and electrity to reinforce his already dense bone structure. The joints like Nemaz’s are mostly with an engineered spider silk. Denser then regular spider silk. His joints are stronger then steel. Doktor’s muscle is denser. Making it somewhat like iron. Like Nemaz, most humans cannot harm the Doktor. He has a very high G-Force tolerance, making him more difficult to knock out and primarily to pull off very agile manuevres with aircraft without passing out. He can thrown significant distances, put through several walls, get hit by a train and survive with moderate-severe injury. Some blades like common kitchen knives cannon cut him. His head and other areas with bone are nigh-bulletproof to conventional small arms.
Healing Factor/Diseases/Toxin immunity- Doctor’s body has a potent healing factor due to cutting edge biotechnology and organic nanomachines his own body is capable of producing. He can recover from being cut if someone manages to do so in a few seconds with optimal help. Can recover from ghastly wounds. He can regrow organs, regrow limbs and if he is somehow decapitated, his head can be reattached. Can regenerate many portions of his brain. Even able to have the nanoceramic and spider silk built into it again just as before. Doktor is immune to all terrestrial diseases. Toxins are contained in inert material or soaked with nanosponges before they can reach even his already powerful immune system, which would fend most of it off anyway. Bullets lodged in his flesh can be broken down by his body and removed through…various means.
Superhuman strength: The good Doctor is very strong. His muscles can be compared to that of a Gorilla or Cheetah on a human body, with seemingly indestructible bones. How much he lifts depends on mostly how he lifts it. He can bench press 3 tons and backlift several tons for example. He has high isometric strength, comparable to Nemaz’s, and support/bear weightes. The doctor can tear people’s limbs off, put his fingers into a man’s chest cavity, crush people’s bones with his grip, kill someone with a single strike, send people significant distances away with his strikes, throw grown men around as if they were children, run up walls a significant distance, crack concrete with a punch, break down some walls depending on the material, bend iron and some steels depending on thickness and type of steel, put his fingers through bulletproof glass, jump many feet into the air, etc…If the doctor exerts to much force on his body, he risks hurting himself.
Superhuman speed- Due to his human shape, the Doktor can run at 45 mph steadily. And go faster. If the doctor too fast, he risks harming himself. The doctor also has the ability to if he wishes reach these speeds almost immediately. From close up, he can very easily dissappear from ones sight. The Doctors hands can also move very fast, at speeds the human eye can scarcely process. Often times, he uses this to simply do things very fast.
Superhuman agility: The Doctor is able to pull off various acrobatic manuvres and will do the most practical ones in a fight.
Superhuman senses: The doctor has enhanced overall senses as well as additional senses. Any of these can be turned off.
The Doctor has the best eye human biotechnology could possible give him, beyond perfect. Doctor has optical magnification abilities of up to 10^14 fold a human beings, and is able to see molecules. He has additional visions, and can see UV light and infrared.
Hearing- Extreme hearing, able to a coin hit the ground as far as 20 miles away in a city. Can “tune” hearing to the point he can stand in a crowded and hear the conversation of someone 50 feet away while ignoring/dampening ambient sound of the commerce. Hearing levels tunable. He can turn his hearing off completely for whatever reason necessary. The Doctor can also echolocate, essentially see with his ears or see blind.
Echo/seismolocation- Doctor can feel ambient vibrations. His range is approximately 30 miles in all directions at all times. 67 miles in all directions underwater. 80 when standing on any surface or putting his hand up against something. The doctor can distinguish a BB pellet from a corn kernal 70 meters away. Can map out people’s internal organs and find structural weaknesses in things. This does not work in a vacuum if the doctor does not touch anything.
Electromagnetic sensing- The doctor can locate things by emitting subtle EM waves from his head such as radio waves and he uses this to detect faster than sound objects. He can also detect things using earth’s magnetic field in a way similar to foxes.
Complete nervous system control: The doctor can control his nervous system completely, and is able to control what are normally involuntary muscle such as the heart, stomache and throat. He can adjust his sensitivity. Can adjust and remove pain, or keep pain and remove agony. He can exert himself beyond normal means at the risk of injury.
Superhuman endurance/Stamina: The Doctor can very often go for days without food or water by controlling his metabolism and cannibalizing fat. Normally, the Doctor can operate at his peak for 5 days. He can hold his breath for up to an hour. His oxygenation processes are more efficient then most other organisms. The doctor does not produce lactic acid and does not experience muscle fatigue.
Superhuman cognitive abilities: The Doktor can process data extremely quickly and remembers virtually things very. Very far back with extreme detail. He has a very high intelligence and is a polymath. He can learn
Photographic memory/Reflexes- The doctor can emulate any move or skill he sees. Able to learn entire martial arts in seconds and copy people’s moves. He uses this to also memorize books
Superhuman reflexes- The doctor’s nervous system has an increased conductivity, allowing him to adjust his reflexes at will if he chooses. Reflexes automatically increase in the presence of danger due to adrenaline.
Superhuman accuracy and dexterity- Excellent marksman and good with his hands. Good with many weapons.
Wall crawling: Hands and feet can stick to wall
Stasis: If the Doktor is put in critical condition, damaged to the point that his bother can no longer function properly, or the Doktor will enter stasis. Genetically engineered Pseudomonas syringae Bacteria will freeze water in his body at room temperature as his functions cease mostly. Preserving his body until he receives medical attention. This is a state of being on the brink of death. He will enter this state if he is somehow decapitated.
Immortality/Agelessness: The doctor has never age naturally. As long as he eats, he will live indefinitely and retain his youth. Unless he is killed, he will never die.

Appearance: Though Varsas can take virtually any form he pleases, he chooses to look like his former human form, to give people an avatar with which to interact with, and it is merely an extension of himself. His avatar often wears a suit, and looks like a middle aged man with grey neatly slicked back hair. He usually has inhuman eyes. The white of the eyes is pitch black and his pupils/Irises are square shaped. They are a blue, with a black in the center.
Abilities: As a sentient “cloud” of utility fog, Varsas has some of the most advanced fog possible. He can change between solid, liquid and gas. In all of these states he can exert force on an object.
Armor- Varsas has different power suits with different functions and different armor meant to accomplish different things. Varies.

Appearance – Titan Form: The dirt cakes only apply to the hair near her scalp, revealing the strawberry strands near the tips. Her flesh seems pulled tight except for at her stomach, which is open to reveal peeled apart abs for a direct view of her internal organs. Her lips also appear to be missing, thus giving a sort of zombie appearance. She is nude in this form.

History
If one was to expect Elliot to have a tragic backstory, they would overall, be wrong. Elliot did not lead the best life but he lead a well enough life in his eyes. He lived with a single mother, as the father left her with him. From when he was a child, he had always seen costumed vigilantes sticking it to crime, clobbering the bad guys and trying to make the world a better place. This made Elliot desire to physically excel from a young age.
As Elliot grew older his perspectives changed. He was always a smart child despite how crude he in fact seems to everyone, he is very intelligent. He had lost a lot of perspective on superheroes, thinking the concept silly now, with how they hardly made the world a better place. Or at least, that was what he wanted to think. Still he had the drive to push his body further. He however opted to pursue carriers of his own, receiving a half scholarship to go to college where he would learn auto motives, chemistry and a bit of material’s science. He found himself to have a passion for both, loving chemicals and fast cars.
However, as Elliot also developed an aptitude for firearms, and found that despite his degrees, he was getting nowhere, he decided to live the life of a mercenary vigilante soon after ironically, determined to try and make the city a better place by inspiring people, quell crime and make money all at the same time. Often times, Elliot tracks downs, and mugs drug dealers and other major makers of money.
Abilities
A good word to describe Elliot is genius bruiser by human standards. He very physically capable but considers his mind a greater weapon, though being able to punch out thugs comes in handy.
A sharp mind
Elliot, though not a super genius, is exceedingly intelligent and has learned numerous skills from within the city itself. He never really watched much TV. One of his most notable is an affinity for chemistry. His combat skills are in guns in particular, hand to hand combat and improvised weapons.Chemistry- Elliot has knowledge of how to create a wide parade of substances on the periodic table. Though he does not have the knowledge or resources on how to make exotic materials that are indestructible like adamantium, he has knowledge of a wide variety of chemical flames. He is also knowledgeable of drugs and poisons.
Mechanical aptitude- Very good at making and modifying things. He often takes simple items and makes them into deadly weapons and useful tools. He can make knives channel electricity or inject compressed air into opponents, supersoakers shoot fire, adds spikes to hammers, uses bleach to make bombs or uses his modified cellphone as one would a PDA to do any number of things.Marksmanship- Seems superhuman at times. Elliot is capable of shooting many thrown objects completely out of the air and can hit faster moving objects with calculation as to where it will be. This even applies to targets faster then sound.
Combat prowess- Though he has not taken kung fu or very many exotic martial arts, he is a very effective fighter, having learned from both experience on the streets and teachers. He is primarily well versed in boxing, MMA, Wrestling. Brazillian Jujitsu and a few basic move from other martial arts. He is in particular, a very good knife/dagger fighter, and is good at throwing them. He uses these as a base and incorporates his own instinct and sense, to fight with his own distinct, often pragmatic style reliant somewhat on instinct, simplicity, effectiveness and fluid adaptive ability.
Anticipation- (Goes hand and hand with reflexes)- Very good at predicting trajectories and the next move of his adversaries. Making it easier for him to dodge certain types of attacks. However, just because he can anticipate one bullet, doesn’t mean he can get out of the way of 30 or 100.
Stealth- Elliot is not batman but he is surprisingly good at sneaking up and away from people.
Jack of all trades (Physical)As far as Elliot’s physical stats are concerned, he is not the strongest nor the fasest or more agile. But he is pretty good at doing all those things very well. He trained hard much of his life to achieve his physicals.
Strength: Elliot has abnormal strength for a human from hard work and training, and has been often called a “strong man” like those of old. He can bench press 600 lbs and he has very strong grip. He stronger in his other muscles, able to break police handcuffs, bend iron bars with his hands, hold up to 130 lbs straight out in front of him. hold grown men up by their necks with both hands and strike rather hard, on par with heavyweight boxers. He can punch with nearly a ton of force under normal circumstances at 1600 lbs and at a around ton under duress. He kicks well into a ton of force at 2700 to even 4000 lbs, and is easily capable of sending people away with his kick. A well placed punch can out a regular person cold in one blow or even kill them, sometimes. He is capable of lugging around large amounts of gear and at times even able to hold some weapons that are traditionally mounted. On his back he can carry around 1000 lbs on his back.
Speed: Elliot has above average speed but not superhuman or abnormal. He is not going to compete in the Olympics or anything but he will throw a his blows with blurring speed. Elliot draws his gun however with seemingly superhuman speed, some people not even able to see him draw. He also reloads very quickly.
Agility: Elliot is fairly agile for one of his size and able pull off evasive manures like rolls and leans very well. He is not by any means a master acrobat but he quick on his feet and fluid. He can jump and do a backflip without armor but he cannot practically apply this to combat, opting for more “mundane” manuevres rather then “fancy acrobatics.”
Reflexes: Elliot possesses honed reflexes, especially with adrenaline. He can read labels off spent cartridges as they are ejected from a fire arm and react well to throne objects and strikes. Though he is not technically a “bullet timer” he can react to bullets by getting out of the way before they are fired. Whether or not he can see an object depends on how large it is, how fast it is moving, the color and how close it is. Elliot has difficulty seeing very fast objects when they are close up and when they are small, like bullets. He does not possess a danger sense and to dodge any object faster then sound he must know that it is coming first.
Endurance: Elliot has drive to push himself through difficult situations. Whether trapped. severely wounded or drugged. he doesn’t stop fighting when determined. He can be very tenacious
Stamina: Elliot has great stamina, able to run 5 miles non stop at a moderate pace. He is also capable of moving around with various heavy equipment.
Durability: Abnormal. He can be trapped under large car like weights. He has a high G tolerance and is able to survive relatively high speed car crashes with some injury. He can take a profuse beating from people, having tough skin, muscles and bones. He is even able to take being beat with solid metal blunt instruments and able to have wooden objects broken over him and still be able to shrug it off at times. Sometimes, he likes bends iron bars on his body simply because he can. He can hammer nails into wood with his barehands or his skull as well as dent cars with little harm to himself. Wood sometimes breaks over his hardened body with no harm whatsoever.
The Armory
Elliot has an extensive, ever expanding armory of weapons.
Grizzly body armor- Think Elliot likes to go out into the streets with a skin tight suit to go out fighting crime? Think again. “The Grizzly” as he likes to call it, is a body armor he spent years buiilding and perfecting in his spare time. The armor is layered, the first layer being a full body suit filled with D30 shear thickening fluid, hardening on impact when in contact. Around the Torso is dragon skin body armor to protect against sustained assault rifle fire. After that is a heat resistant substance capable of allowing Elliot to withstand being near very intense flames. Allowing Elliot to have above human durability, able to withstand high falls, punches from some metahumans, being hit by moving vehicles, crashing in moving vehicles, heat and minor amounts of electricity. Elliot cannot be very effectively harmed by strikes while wearing this armor. It even contains a mini AC unit to stop him from overheating
Ballistic helmet- Bullet resistant helmet filled with D30 Gel on the inside. Protects against strikes to the head. Contains a gas mask to prevent Elliot from inhaling toxic substances.Wasp knife- A needle like knife that injects compressed air into the target. Air expands to the size of a basketball while freezing the opponent.
Taser knife- Knife with an electrified blade. For when just stabbing isn’t enough.
Flash torch- Small flashlight looking device. Shoots out a “hot knife” of burning metal particles to cut through metals, armor, bulletproof glass and metal through a combination of heat and abrasion. Cuts at 5000 degrees F and must be reloaded after each use. More information here.
Shock rod- Modified cattle prod. The weapon can be tuned to deliver fatal damage, even able to go through body armor, damage traditional electricity defenses and ignite said target while overriding their muscle movement. Can work in reverse. Should target have electricity based metahuman powers, it can drain them too.
Beowulf- .50 Caliber assault rifle.3,123 lb force from one shot.
Hand Cannon- 12 pound .600 Cal S&W. 8,221 lb force in a single shot. An often overkill weapon much more powerful then a desert eagle. Considered “Overkill for elephants.” Handy if you run into a stray T rex or want to shoot through steel hardened armored vehicles
MP7- Light Personal Defense weapon that fires assault rifle sized bullets and pierces armor easily.
Five-Seven- High velocity pistol capable of piercing body armor.
CZ-75- Versatile 9mm hand gun.
Buckshot surprise- Mounted on the forearm is a small one-shot shotgun which fires when triggered by the impact of Elliot fists with something. Upon impact fires 12 Gauge buck point blank upon target.
Super soaker- Modded into a flamethrower.
Dragon’s kiss- Mini blow torch attachment, often put on the Beowulf along with a heatshield. A potent weapon, can use an Acetyne/Oxygen torch to melt any pure substance on the periodic table with temperatures of 6000 F. Easily melts steel. Can melt diamond. Much more potent is the Dicyanoacetylene/oxygen flame. Hottest flame known on the periodic table at over 9010 F. At only 1000 degrees short of the surface of the sun, this flame melts any traditional substance the flame come in contact with. If Arman uses this for too long or too much, it will damage the gun. The flame is does not need to make contact to burn.
Spud gun- A potato gun modified to be able to launch grenades at high speeds.
AA-12- Fully automatic, recoil dampened shotgun capable of firing a large variety of ammunition including buckshot, slugs, Frag-12 grenades and other types of exotic ammunition.
Frag-12s are a round that essentially turns it into an fully automatic cannon able to strike well into 10-25 tons of force. Can be made to be High-Explosive, Armor piercing or Fragmenting
AS-50- .50 Caliber Semi Automatic recoil dampened Anti-Material rifle capable of going through sheets of steel and hitting with approximately 7.5 tons of force on a very small area.
LSAT- Lightweight Small Arms Technologies. A light machine gun that only weighs about 12 pounds loaded and holds 100 rounds in a normal
Panzerfaust-3 A very powerful anti tank weapon, capable of destroying any conventional armored vehicle that exists in a single shot. Where something like say an M16, has trouble going through half an inch of well made steel, this weapon can go through nearly 3 feet of it. Upon impact, focuses a stream of molten copper towards it’s target upon impact, which travels at approximately mach 25. This H.E.A.T round lacks an explosive radius, however, a direct hit is capable of hitting one with over 100 tons of force, capable of easily sending one flying.
However, said weapon is hazardous to use inside to people around Elliot or even Elliot himself if he is unarmored. Round travels 200 mph and quickly accelerates to 681 mph, making it surprisingly difficult (but possible) to see properly. It can be described as a blur.
Grenades
Thermite grenade- Is it’s own oxidizer. Burns underwater and even without oxygen, but slow reaction speed.
Napalm grenade- Large heavy grenade that sprays napalm about 2200 F, enough to melt many steels
C02 Grenade- Sprays C02 about. Mostly to extinguish ordinary fires.
White Phosphorous grenade- Ignites with white phosphorous. Temperatures of 5,000 F Enough to melt most materials including any steel and all but the highest temperature materials. Produces toxic smoke. Masks from infrared.
Tear gas- Riot control non lethal grenade.
Shrapnel grenade- Explosive grenade filled with sharp objects. 4 ft blast radius. 300 meter total shrapnel radius
Concussion grenade- Powerful grenade. Most effective indoors. Often sends target flying or liquifies people outright.
Sugar baby- Makeshift smoke bomb made from explosive materials and bombs.
Hellfire grenade- Rarely ever used by Elliot except under the most dire of circumstances. ClF3 (Chlorine trifluoride) Grenade that burns almost any known substance once ignited. Traditional flame proof substances do not work. Readily ignites violently with water. Better oxidizer than oxygen. Can burn in a vaccum for some time. No known substance puts it out. Simply trying to use C02 or other atmospheric displacement substan. Must be contained (slowed down) while the area is kept at a low temperature in order to contain the reaction.
Mines- Home made explosive, pressure triggered mine. Explodes with High-Explosive, Shrapnel or armor piercing shaped charges capable of piercing metals
C4- Remote detonated plastic explosive. Comes in shaped charge or high explosive varieties.
Krokatoa- Small modular explosive. Plastic explosive with copper insert. Explosion launches copper upwards with sufficient force to penetrate armored vehicles, tanks and even a warship.
Cellphone- A modified, Jailbroken phone. Can tap into police radios, and Elliot if he has a signal, can use it to hire hackers to control his phone remotely and hack something for him. He can also use it to keep track of tracking devices he makes, or as a remote detonator to bombs placed in the area.The garage
Elliot likes cars and often collects them from criminals. The less nice ones anyway. Often times, he armors them, adds illegal mods, remote controls them, puts large payloads of bombs into them or whatever else he can think of. He travels in. He also keeps trucks and the like here.Final note
Elliot will often make new things, modify things he already has and continuously expand his ever growing Armory.
