“Get the fuck off me, man.” Jack said, pushing him off of Jack.

“I’ll kill him if I want to. You can’t stop me either. I know he’s your friend, but you need to learn when to let go, especially when your ‘friend’ is secretly a murdering psychopath.” Jack kept walking, brushing through the fire to continue his way to the hangar bay on the ship.

Apollo dashed past Jack and electrically disabled the ship. “When will you learn? I got you once I can do it again.” Apollo then grabbed Jack’s arm and took him back to Calypsa.

Jack turned around as soon as he grabbed him, punching Apollo in the face, Apollo dropping to the ground. He stared at him, realizing what he did.

“Apollo, I’m sorry.” He said, looking at his bloodied fist, astonished.

Apollo quickly got up, wiping the blood from his jaw. “Really? Super strength? Can’t you ever use it for something good?” Apollo turned around, setting his hand on fire and turning it off repeatedly, walking off angrily.

Jack turned around, hitting the on-switch for the electricity, the lights turning back on. He walked to the hangar bay, opening the door to the small room, containing one dingy old ship, only big enough for one person to squeeze in it. He climbed in, turning it on as it sputtered, wobbling off the ground, taking off through the force field.

He didn’t mean to hit Apollo. He hadn’t in years unless they were practicing against each other, but he never made him bleed. It was uncalled for. It was probably better off if Jack left, anyway. As he flew away, he saw the reflection of the large oddly-shaped white ship in his window, staring at it as he flew through space. He will find Ody. And he will kill him.

Apollo knocked on Calypsa’s door. ‘Jack hit me a lot harder than I expected. Easy to forget how strong he is compared to Midzog or Odysseus, ow.’ “Calypsa, open up. I need to talk to you.”

The door opens, silently sliding upwards, and Apollo is allowed inside. Calypsa is sitting silently on a thin pad of Kubrite, her legs crossed and her eyes closed. The air around her feels strange, like the atmosphere during a storm, and her hair is levitating slightly.

As Jack flies in the small shuttle, his vision is confronted by small flashes of light. The flashes sputter, and spark by lightning, and then consume his vision as time seems to slow down around him as he passes out aboard the ship and begins dreaming. Jack finds himself in a room, a small office filled with bookshelves and a window overlooking a forest. A figure sits facing away from him in a chair, and the room has no doors.

    (Two things but RP first)

‘I won’t bother talking, Calypsa, since you can read these thoughts of mine. I allowed you a bypass of the block, so you can hear this. Jack split and went to kill Odysseus. Both of you might already know this but fair warning to Odysseus, Jack can tear apart sheets of steel about five inches thick.’

Jack looked up, only aggravated incredibly instead of in a state of surprise, due to the fact that shit like this happens constantly, since an unstable chemical balance in his brain and several encounters with deities who like to mess with human minds tend not to end well for him.

“Oh, fuck me.” He groaned, annoyed.

“Is there something you want, or can I go back to flying my ship?”

Geralt comes out of a slumber. He finds himself lying next to Faye. Upon remembering the incidents from the night before…

Geralt was holding Faye as she snapped out of her unstable state. Geralt had held her, letting her know that she isn’t alone in this world, letting her know that he had her back. I’m here for you Faye. I know it hurts, I know you’re smart enough to see through any bullshit I tell you, so I won’t say any of that. Geralt had looked into her eyes and said Just remember you’re not alone in this world, I’m here. After that Geralt had stayed with her for the night, making sure she was alright.

Geralt rises and looks over to see Faye lying down, looking so peaceful with a few strands of her hair falling on her face. He lightly tries waking her. Hey, Faye, it’s time to wake up.

Apollo walks into the room. “Good morning!”

Geralt jumps when Apollo walks in and whispers It’s not what you think, I swear! Geralt’s face is beet red, surprised by Apollo’s act of barging into the room.

Jack looked down, realizing he was wearing the leather jacket he lost weeks ago after he was caught by Midzog, staring at his old clothing he constantly wore before the recent change of wardrobe. He patted his head, realizing his messily parted mop of hair was back, his buzzcut gone. He then felt his face, realizing it was clean-shaven, his beard missing.

“Now I know this is some freaky ass dream. Stop just sitting there and turn around.” Jack demanded.

Apollo looked intensely at Geralt, his happy mood seeping out of his feet. “Look, Jack’s gone. There’s no trace of him on the comm signals. I need your help.”
