Chapter Five: Retribution

*Pandora stood near the exit door of the ship, her wings twitched with anticipation as they were lifting off to fight the OGA cruisers*

Apollo quickly yanked Pandora back to her seat. “You can’t fly once we leave the atmosphere in right…oh we just left. You can fire the turrets, I guess.”

Andaluza looked worriedly at Pandora. “Pandora, I believe you’ve had the osmium ability in your blood for long enough, as have I. I’m going to the ship’s lab to infuse myself with electrokinesis, and I think you would want to join me. Apollo, I need you as well, since only you know this procedure.”

Apollo looked questioningly at Andaluza. “Don’t you like breaking osmium? I mean, it should be fun.”

Andaluza simply grabbed Apollo’s wrist and yanked him down to the lab, which was easy since he weighed about 80 pounds. “Wow, I forget how light REAL Ascendii are.” Andaluza threw him onto a chair and opened the interface. “Do your thing, once Pandora comes here.”

Apollo shrugged and calibrated the computer to the correct specifications. “Andaluza…height…7 foot 3…weight 128 pounds…Pandora…height…5’2″…weight already there…let’s go!” Apollo hit the button to start the cleansing/infusing process.

*Pandora entered the lab confused*”What do you mean long enough?”, she asked.

Andaluza yanked Pandora on the pad. “You can die. Now let Apollo do-wait did you say 128?! I gained a little bit!”

Apollo surrounded the two with electric current and began to extract and infuse parts of the osmium.

Andaluza handled it just fine, but looked at Apollo. “I’m 132 now. Muscle mass gained because of wings.”

Apollo looked weirdly at Andaluza, then glanced at the dials. “Oh, well, no matter. The osmium is out of both of you and, well, Andaluza, I may have hit your digestive system a bit, and you’re now allergic to cantaloupe.” Apollo looked APOLLOgetically (i’m so punny) at Andaluza, but smiled anyways.

*Pandora shuddered and jumped out of the thingy, shuddering some more it felt like her blood had gotten taken out of her then slightly different blood was put back in*”Dude what the heck just happen”, she said confused.

*Pandora finally processed the fact that her powers just got swapped, she frowned*”Man now i cant make my sword spiky”, she said looking down.

Apollo laughed and took Pandora’s sword. “Who needs physical spikes when you can always-” Apollo gripped the sword hilt tighter until it crackled a violent purple and began sparking. “ELECTRIC SWORD!!” Apollo discharged it and put it back in the sheath.

“Whoa cool! ok now i feel better”, she said smiling.
