“You have a bunch of well-behaved Daomer. That trap I put them in earlier? Those only work on Daomer. Which means you have Daomer friends. I think they’re cursed, but they don’t know it. I mean, if they attack humans they get punished by a higher power, so I think you have some Daomer affected by a sparing Aether. Instead of killing them, the Aether instead made sure they’d never attack anyone and then wiped their memory. You’re a human with some Daomer DNA in you, due to your close proximity, but these are DAOMER.”
-
Malice looked at him angrily “They are not Daomers and I am not a human!”, Mimi then spoke “I doubt that our memory have been tampered with at all if that was the case then certain things would have been different.”

“This is the machine I used to capture one of your friends. It only works on Daomer. Which means, they are Daomer. And it’s Daomer, as in plural. It’s like moose. There are no ‘Daomers’. Anyway, I could use it again if you want, but you need to start accepting that there’s no such thing as magic for one, and two, there’s no such thing as demons. But there are Daomer. Which you have two of.”
-
Malice glared at him “I won’t accept it or anything else you say, you won’t change my mind”

“Oh, look. It says I just captured a Daomer.” He said, frowning sarcastically.

-
Malice glares at Jack, keeping quiet, simply leaving her comments to herself. Parapara looks at Malice understanding how she feels, he tries to calm her down a little.

“Daomer. Machine! Daomer. Machine! You get it?” He hit the button, Mimi being released.
-
Malice continues to stay silent not saying a single word. Mimi glares at Jack while fixing up her suit.

“That was harsh. Sorry.” He awkwardly turned around, climbing up the stairs back into the bedroom

Rose stood quiet throughout the whole confrontation, letting Jack and Malice get it out of their systems. Knowing that Parapara would confront Malice, Rose followed Jack instead. Rose laid on Jack’s bed and smiled at him. “Are you alright?”

Faye was currently asleep on the chair, drooling a little as a game over screen was on her datapad. She had just lost a game of tetris in the process of this slumber.

Deleted UserApril 2, 2015 at 10:04 pmJack splashed water on his face from the upstairs bathroom of the ship, holding onto the sink.
“Yeah. I’ve been acting more strange than before. I shouldn’t have reacted like that. Ever since I was captured again, things have been…different.” Jack looked in the mirror, suddenly terrified of his reflection. He no longer saw the young man, with shining eyes and a mop of brown hair. He saw what he had become, with the shaven head from Midzog’s experiments, slowly growing back into a buzzcut. He saw his unshaven face, rugged and unkempt. He saw the deep circles under his eyes, the gaunt pale face staring at him. He sighed, splashing more water.
“I blacked out for 12 hours, Rose. I blacked out piloting a ship. No one knew I did, apparently I was acting completely normal. That scares me, I don’t even remember it. What if I do it again, and do something bad, and then wake up, not knowing what I did?” He turned his head, staring at her.
“I’m unwell. The OGA, the making sure none of you die, it’s starting to mess with me. I don’t know if there are spies or not, my teams falling apart again. I can’t let what happened last time happen again. I can’t let a spy kill my team. Before you, before Geralt, Faye, everyone, I had my first group. We were in hiding. I used to be well-known. As well as Apollo and Ody. We saved Earth way back in the day, we were heroes. We had a very wealthy Inversic on our team, his name was Nathan. He was one of the most powerful and influential CEO’s on Earth. And he was on our team. We had so much funding, we had a ship the size of a moon, we had weapons, we had an army. We had anything and everything we could have ever needed. And he sold us out to the OGA. He wanted power. He got my team killed. My daughter, my friends, Shavari. He had Daomer DNA in him. After that I became a Daomer hunter, and tended to my losses. Apollo and Ody were the only survivors, because they were on a mission on a planet lightyears away. Thank god for that, at least. I can’t let anyone die again. I’ve already gotten attached to you guys. You’re my friends now, it’s just…as the days go on, my head gets more wrong. I’m scared.” Jack held onto the sink, the porcelain slowly cracking.

Apollo ran from the top of the cockpit bridge to Jack. “We’re entering the Thermian Star system and almost orbiting Ctherramore! Rose and I gotta get going.” He then took out the knife again. “Let’s do this.”
