“It’s okay buddy. Keepers forever. But seriously; did I kill him?”

Apollo hit the stick from Jack’s hand.
“Usually he’s alive. We should go back, together this time.”

Ree let out a deafening scream before falling back to the car again. “GO FIGHT SOMEONE ELSE”

“Sh-should we arrest him though? Should we move him? What do we do?” He asked, making a tsk noise.

Andaluza ran in with a pair of handcuffs, lifting up Ree and stapling them to his (Ree’s) arms. “They’re a systematic chip interruptor. He’s not using any abilities anymore.” Andaluza began carrying Ree over to the police station, which was destroyed partially by Apollo’s blast wave. “Off to the big house, Ree! This fight is now *click’s tongue* over!”

“What the fuck?” Jack asked, staring at Andaluza.
“You brought him back to the team? Where did he come from? Sorry Andaluza, we’re not arresting him just yet.” Jack grabbed the unconscious Ree, throwing him into a fireman carry and walking back with Apollo.
“We need to question him. Figure out where Ozy is.”

Apollo simply followed Jack, quietly. He then turned to Andaluza and whispered. “Teach Jack how to do your pressurized lung thing. It’s cool.”

“No! I don’t want him to show me shit!” Jack said, dropping the unconscious Ree.
“You killed Shavari, you attacked me, you’re reckless, you pick fights, and you just started working for the OGA. I don’t care that you left for the Keepers again. You’re a spy in my opinion, and even if you’re not and you just wanted to join the Keepers again, too bad. I’m not letting you in. Bye bye, bitch.” Jack picked up Ree again, continuing to walk with Apollo.

Andaluza shrugged and followed Apollo anyways. “Hey, what’s he going on about? What did I do?”

Ree woke up, and instantly got up, instantly superspeeding straight away from Jack and everyone else. “So long, suckers! The Override Trident is already in Andaluza!”

Apollo grabbed Andaluza by the ear. “What is going on?! What’s a Trident?”

Andaluza’s eyes turned yellow. “I don’t know.” Andaluza then took a step towards Jack and strikes him across the face.

“Oh, fuck!” Jack shouted, holding his nose as it spurted blood.
“You fucking broke it! Fuck, that stings! You asshole!” He kicked Andaluza in the chest, sending him flying into a park bench.

Apollo watched Jack kick Andaluza. “I think you have this under control, I’ll go get Ree…” Apollo took off and chased Ree through the city.

Jack sauntered over to the bench, grabbing the flipped-over Andaluza and pulling him up by the leg, glancing at the man sitting on the bench.
“Nothing to see here.” He threw Andaluza into the building wall, stepping off the curb back into the asphalt, facing him.
“You want me to beat your ass more?” <i>Jack asked sarcastically.</i>
