Chapter Two: Outlaws

Kika gets the window open and looks back at Jack, a large smile taking over her face as he backs down.
She reforms into view, but now her hair was white and long. Faye removes the earpiece and tosses it away. She goes to the ship and changes into the OGA uniform she stole/borrowed, “Hehehehe!~ Time to live like the good old days…”

Jack walked forward, his hands held above his head.
“Just take it easy, bastard.” He glared.

Now in the form of Faye, she grabs her rifle and pistol from her bag, walking out of the ship. She climbs on top of the ship and whispers to it, “We’ll be free soon, Annabelle!!~”
She lies down prone on top of it, scoping in and immediately fires at a person who tried to get out of the window she opened earlier, this one aiming to kill.

Jack hears a gunshot, looking back and seeing someone drop to the ground.
“What the fuck…?!”

Faye gets a devious smirk on her face as the body drops on the ground. She keeps an eye out for other escapes as she watches them all, giving their money to a better cause…
That’s why they were here, and she knew that from the start. They had to submit to the OGA or perish like the rest anyways. She was actually surprised Jack didn’t notice that the only people invited to the party were people with little to no investments in them! She chuckles to herself, better securing the silencer on her rifle.

A voice comes in on only Kika’s earpiece, an automated voice. “I am CAL, the OGA’s communication AI, and I have been informed that you are violating orders. Ozymandias is extremely dissapointed. Your passion for this initiative has clouded your vision, and you have failed to show any measure of self-control in the completion of your mission. You were to leave the Keepers when he authorized, and only then. I am authorized to remove you from the OGA, and to place a bounty on your head; you have been deemed dangerous. What is your response? Would you like to file a complaint?”

Rose helped Ody stabilize himself as she watched him work. When she heard what he said she looked at him shocked, “But they don’t like each other! And that mission seems to require a lot of teamwork….but why would the OGA hold a social event….something is up…” <i>She shakes her head as she starts shuffling her cards before two catch her eyes. The Hanged Man, meaning sacrifice, yield, suspend. Ten of Swords; upright, meaning betrayal, defeat, etc. Is something bad happening?</i>

A slight dinging noise comes through, and CAL adds, “You have been given new, more direct orders, if you will accept them. Report back to the Keeper’s base, and accompany Jack. For now, assist him. He cannot do much damage. We almost have the funds. What is your response?”

Faye responds back, “Dangerous? I haven’t left the Keepers yet…I shot down an escaping man nobody else noticed in an anonymous form.”
Despite her plea, she crawls off of the ship, getting into it and starting it up, and hearing the new orders, only sighing and shaking her head, “Understood, I will assist him…out of the…” This didn’t make any sense! They had Jack right where they need him!!

“Katherine, thank you. Sit down. I don’t know much about any of you. Tell me about yourself. And I know, Jack and Kika aren’t the most likely of matches, but I have hope. We will find out when they return.”

“Just…set the lady down. You want me, not her. I thought you were courageous. Hiding behind a woman so I don’t come up there and beat your ass makes you look weak in front of all your little buddies.” Jack said, spitting on the ground.

Midzog stares at Jack and yells to him. “Neither of us are meant to die today, and neither of us can kill the other! Ozymandias is playing a far bigger game than that! So why don’t you just leave! You already lost this battle, cut your losses. I’ll even let you take the adults; they aren’t my problem now that I have control of their financial empires. But their children are mine. Deal?” Midzog begins backing towards the ships hovering outside the balcony, rounding up his soldiers and the children. He pushes away the woman, shoots Jack in the head knowing it won’t kill him, and boards the ship.

Jack tried to run forward as soon as he saw Midzog drop the woman.
“Don’t touch them-” He said, and suddenly there was an explosion of noise in Jack’s head. He felt himself hit the ground, the ringing in his ears amplifying louder and louder.

Faye lets out a sigh, covering her face in her hands… Why were we keeping them alive!? First the hangar…now this!? Would we ever put an end to this resistance!? She gets up, still in the OGA uniform and takes the rifle with her.
She had a few choices here…leave Jack and possibly get revoked out of the OGA, somehow take Jack with her and keep doing what she’s doing…
She hears a loud shot and looks, seeing Mizdog make is escape… Who’s side was she even on anymore…?

The ships take off, and a sudden beeping noise goes off as an explosive device emerges from the massive central gala cake, reading only 5 minutes.
