-Armane gave a content smile and chowed on some more pizza. He gave Casi a nod and then tilted his head. “You are aweful kind. I am a little used to being met by brute force, even my matesprit is a little beat me up.” He chuckled and then thought about the fact that something horrible could be happening to her right now and he tried to remove it from his mind.-

Casi gave him a small smile,”When I was small I didn’t deal with to much kindness. Now I think to just give it to those who need it.” She twittered with her thumbs swinging her feet,”I;m guessing matesprite is a troll this..mate..Hm..Probably like a lover am I right?”

-Armane nodded as he finished off his slice and said, “Yeah… She is my red quadrant. We love in four ways and she is my scarlet love. No doubts on it at all… and I just thought, what if they go after her instead since they can’t get to me?” He was worried and put away his scythe that he hadn’t completed polishing at all.-

“You said she beat you up sometimes right? You seem like a strong dude, so they better watch out!” Casi attempted to lighten the mood hoping it worked. She grew an uncomfortable pit in her stomach and halted her feet swinging. She shut her eyes behind her shades and gave a long breath feeling her lungs deflate in her chest.

-Armane laughed at that and then grew concern for her. “Are you alright?” He asked. He didn’t want to talk more on his subject and instead care for his host. He moved over to her and tilted his head.-

Casi opened her eyes and blinked,”Oh,sorry. I zoned out for a mement.” She gave him a faint smile as the uneasiness lifted from her mind. She relaxed her stiff posture slightly and awkwardly rubbed her arm with a slight laugh.

-Armane gave a comforting smile and said, “It’s alright. Hey, would you like to see my eyes?” He offered, figuring that would be a neat thing to show his host to lighten things up further.-

Casi tilted her head,”Eyes? Hey! We can show each other our eye colours! An eye for an eye..? That’s an odd saying but relevant to this..” Casi shrugged and played with her shades,”Are you finished eating so I can wash your dish?” The girl brighting up viably and leaned forward swinging her feet.

-Armane liked the idea and took his glasses off, revealing his blue and red eyes. He said, “Yeah, I think so. Not a good idea to over eat.” He then turned his attention to the fidgeting glasses and said, “I would like to see them, if that’s alright?”-

Casi nodded and stood up,”Give me a moment to close the blinds, my eyes are sensitive to bright light, reason why I wear these awesome shades all the time.” The girl closed the blinds to only where soft light filled the kitchen and took of her shades facing the troll. Her eyes where a mix of orange and red an odd combination of colours.

He smiled and said, “Trolls are sensitive to light too. We have a lot in common. Your eyes are beautiful.” He smiled to her with the most open smile he could muster. He liked it. It made him feel a lot more comfortable.-

Casi smiled her eyes crinkling,”Thank you~! Your are are cool though,I wonder how they glow..” Then she gave him an astonished face,”You could of told me that you where sensitive to light, I would of closed the blinds!” She said in a light tone with a hint of laugher. She clipped her shades to the front of her shirt and padded forward to take the empty plate. The girl then dumped it in the sink with a promise to clean it later,”So, tell me more about troll culture, it seems interesting. Or if you rather, you learn about my culture.”

-Armane was delighted at the ability to share openly. He let his eyes glow a little and lifted the plate she just put into the sink with his mind. He chuckled and said, “Lets both share, like my blood color has the ability of telekinesis.” He then let the plate down softly back into the sink and said, “All of the different colors have something special about them, kinda.”-

Casi beamed,”That is so cool! All humans have red blood though, no special powers though.” Casi shrugged,”Not to special are we?” She gave a small chuckle. She crossed her arms her eyes glowing in the dim light,”What else is there to troll couture? You said you didn’t sleep on beds,so what do you sleep on?”

-Armane smiled and said, “Well, we sleep in pods that contain Sopor. It allows us a peaceful dreamless sleep. Well, most of us anyways.” He leaned back and stared eye to eye with her. She was too kind to share and to be shared with.-
