-Dave specifically looked at her and said, “Let me see him.” The rest backed down from him and went about their days, if he confirmed it, they’d be fine. “I won’t hurt him,” Dave assured her, “I am just going to talk to him.” Cunneris was staying very still and under the blanket though he shivered a bit.-

Casi nodded and opened the door climbing back inside, she crouched in front of Carolus and slide off the blanket. “Some one is here to see you, he gave me his word that he would not hurt you.” The girl said softly and backed off, standing in the corner with her arms crossed.

-Cunneris tucked his wings around his body and would not peek out. Dave made his way up into the attic, despite the still soreness of his arms. He looked at the ball of feathers and tilted his head a bit. He went over and said, “I promise I won’t, we may hate your kind on your specific allignment but I can’t harm you, I promise.” Cunneris parted his wings a little and said, “You hate me?” He closed his wings up again and refused to come out. Dave sighed and said, “He aligned very young… this is unnatural. It can only lead to being unstable in the future.” He touched the wings and Cunneris flinched them closer to himself. Dave sighed and said, “I don’t really hate you, not yet. So please, come out? I need a good look at you and maybe I can help you.” Cunneris only pulled his wings tighter, the one not working right and flinging against the wall but he quickly pulled it back in.-

Casi watched the exchange quietly and padded up when the winged being refused to show him self. She gently pushed Dave aside and crouched infront of Cunneris, the girl placed an gentle at hand on his wings. “It wont help you if you try to hide, I just remembed something about the Doom aspect that may help you. So come and show your self, if you may.” Casi said softly and gently nudged his wing open a bit, giving Ccunneris a soft smile.

-Dave moved when he was pushed, moving father than how far he was pushed in order to give them space. Cunneris flinched when the hand was placed on his wing but Casi’s voice made him calm down a little, he opened his wings halfway and stared at them. He didn’t seem completely okay with opening his wings completely yet. Dave looked him over and inched forward, just so he wouldn’t scare him any more than he had before. When he was at about a foot away, Cunneris began to close his wings slowly again, just from natural reaction. Dave noticed that and asked, “Are you doing that?” Cunneris shook his head and said, “no…” Dave sighed and said, “You are really freshly aligned. What was your sister’s name?” Cunneris slammed his wings shut and said, “NO! You might wake her up!” Dave rubbed his head and grumbled to himself, “This Cherub doesn’t know half of what it means to be a Cherub… That could be good… could be bad…” He then asked outloud, “Who raised you?” Cunneris stayed in his wings and said, “Mama Eriess, daddy Termes, and their group…” Dave seemed stunned by the answer and took a few steps away to try and make Cunneris more comfortable.-

Casi sat back,”When I first met Termes you know, he attacked my morial. But we made up later, he’s a rather funny troll when you get to know him. That group also has Armane, or it should have him, he’s a bad ass moirail you know.” Her voice was tinted with mirth. The girl flicked some hair from her shades and watched for Curnneris’ reaction.

-Cunneris slowly relaxed his wings, causing them to droop since they were extremely new. “You are make sure you both don’t kill no one lovers with Uncle Armane? ew…” His hissed voice had that childish tone to it despite him being a teenager. He wouldn’t be ready for that until adult-hood. He did show his understanding of troll romance, however. He looked at her and kind of smiled a bit, “Uncle Armane wanted to teach me how to use it but… I rejected him… Guess I should have…” Dave just watched and let them interact, taking note of everything and finding it very strange. How can something that doesn’t really have love at all understand something as complex as troll romance.-

Casi nodded,”Mhm, though you might want to take up his offer on Armane when you get home. I do know that he can transport him self using dream bubbles, though I’m not sure if you can.” She said with slight question in her voice.

-Cunneris let his wings droop on the ground beside him and tilted his head as he asked, “What’s a dream bubble?” The threw Dave for a loop. He piped up, “A dream bubble is essentially going to sleep but it takes you to a different place. It is called a dream. And you can, as a doom user, walk across dream bubbles in order to go from one place to the next. Seeing as you were possibly in a two person game, that would make you either the Muse or the Lord. One is the extreme active and one is the extreme passive. Are you the lord?” Cunneris nodded shyly. “Then you should be able to walk through bubbles no problem,” Dave spoke to him. Cunneris smiled a bit and said, “That means Uncle Armane can teach me the rest.” He seemed a bit excited. He tried to hug Casi, he was that excited. If he was able to, he would appear to blush.-

Casi hesitantly hugged Cunneris’ back, her posture stiff, the only people that touched her really was dead or Dirk and Armane. Kinda odd if the younger version of the dude that tried to kill you, is hugging you. The girl relaxed after a moment, at patted his wings,”Okay then, when you get back, tell Uncle Armane, his moirail says hi. He should know me and shit, from me talking with him on PesterChum.” The girl drew away from Cunneris as she talked.

-Cunneris smiled and nodded and said, “I guess I should try to sleep… but first… I want to know… why hate me? Or at least not now? Do I do something later that offends everyone? Do I fart in public or something?! That would be so horrible!” Dave was confused at his innocence and said, “First… Did you kill your sister?” Cunneris looked at him and said, “No… Mama Eriess did.” Dave tilted his head and said, “Wait… how?” Cunneris brought his wings back up a little, getting tense. He said, “They came back… just as they promised when I was ready to attain god tier. They told me that they’d help me but it meant my sister would die. As much as she broke all the nice things we had… I didn’t really want that. She was a part of me… She made things fun and let me learn new things by breaking them… I learned how to rebuild a computer and a keyboard from scratch, how to fix coding, debug, I even learned how to sew and mold glass! All because of her klutziness. I learned too much from her… It was amazing. So… I regret it…” He closed his eyes and looked down a bit, wings wrapping loosely around himself. “I told her I was ready… I told them all I was ready… They told me then… That to get God Tier… I would have to die…” He shed a tear and was shaking a bit, hinting that it was definitely traumatic for him. “And… I couldn’t do it… I couldn’t kill myself on that slab knowing… It’d kill us both and only one would return…” He was shivering and trying to not cry anymore, only causing more tears. “So… she made a plan… She told me that she’d do it… but I’d have to see the blade coming… I was scared… I was really scared… I didn’t want to die… I didn’t want US to die… but I agreed… and laid down… then she called for Cunnamia… Everything went dark… but when I woke up… I felt the world slipping away…I could barely see lime green blood on me, turning to red… I…” He had to stop and hid under his wings again. Dave felt sorry for him, even knowing what he would grow up to be, he was sorry.-

Casi blinked,”I think if we told you, it will mess up the time line..” Her voice was soft, she felt sorry for him too. The girl grew silent, unsure on what to say.

-Cunneris stayed under his wings and just didn’t seem to want to hear that. He finally spoke, “it hurt…” Dave walked up to him and placed a hand on his wing, him flinching again but he spoke, “I know… I am God Tier too. It hurt… Yeah.. But you have to continue the game. I may not know how it felt to need to choose between myself and a counterpart… But usually it seems red have a great drive to get through… Greens take more time… but that sounds awful…” Cunneris peeked out a little and said, “that blackness… the second I was dead… I was alone… there was nothing around me… I was terrified…” Dave felt even worse for him. Cunneris continued, “I… felt amazing when I was alive again though.. The power was… tantalizing… tittering and tingling…. I nearly forgot everything… I felt… horrible horrible urges… I wanted to kill them… For fun… I didn’t understand it. I came rushing back but when I saw them, welcoming me with smiles, I came to my senses… I hugged Eriess hard and they helped me change clothing with my leprechaun helpers. This one with a yellow hat with a stripe… I think his name is Stitch. Anyways, he is amazing… He remade my old outfit perfectly. It was like I never left my old body. But… I felt an emptiness… She was really hard asleep… but.. They never spoke her name again… but I never slept.. I was afraid to wake up dead…” His eyes opened a bit and said, “Do you think… I passed out from not sleeping? and wandered here without knowing it?” Dave thought about what he said and knew it was plausible but he then said, “Cunnamia?” Cunneris flinched but he didn’t change. Dave shook his head and said, “Hate to tell you this.. but she is gone forever.” Cunneris started hiding behind his wings again and said, “What about my theory?”-

Casi shrugged,”It sounds reasonable that you may of passed out and dream bubbled over here..” The girl now kinda didn’t want to go god teir if she.made it that far in the game, by gum, it sounded painful. She kept her hands in her lap, she was slightly confused ob what they where talking about, so she wouldn’t put much input in their conversation.

-Cunneris smiled only a little false smile and said, “So… I need to sleep to go back?” Dave nodded and said, “You both are right..” Cunneris nodded and said, “okay…” Cunneris then seemed sad again, he was drooping his wings even. Dave said, “Cunneris…” He placed his hand on his shoulder and says, “I can’t tell you everything… but it’s not farting in public…” Cunneris tilted his head and said, “Do I feint at a wedding or something?” Dave shook his head and said, “You become really evil… That impulse you had is in your nature… fight it… as long as you possibly can or everyone around you will die… You will see me again in the future and if you do plus I am trying to kill you, it means you’ve failed… If you see me again and I am not trying to kill you… Then you have succeeded and will live a long fulling life… promise us you will try.” Dave placed his hand out. Cunneris took it and said, “I will try my hardest.” Dave brought him in for a hug and said, “You may have lost a sister… but today, you just got a bro.” Cunneris smiled a bit and hugged onto him tighter. Dave just pat his back and let him hug as long as he wanted.-
