Tamekaze shook her head and said, “I am still recovering chakra and a bit agitated at everything. Nothing that can be helped… As for the spear…” She paused and then looked out the window behind her desk as she said, “It marks his grave.” She turned her head back to Jane and continued, “For a time we removed it to cleanse it, but it is back where it belongs. Though I can’t say his body is…” She sounded disgusted as she spoke, “Some scientist asshole took the body to study it. Yes we made strides to help your clan… Desecrating a grave is completely wrong, though. I will admit that the marker on the actual grave site is not the real spear. The real one is in a graveyard used to mark his death as a noble enemy.” She started to fidgit.
-
Jane listened to her silently looking in the direction she spoke. She thought for a few moments and looked to her as her head came back to face her and heard her continue on about the spear and where it was and what they had done she closed her eyes. “Thank you for cleansing it. I would humbly request master on part of my clan that the spear be returned to us. I understand tradition and the need to have something of his there. If when I am able to create my own weapons from my bones I fashion one identical to his and leave it in his stead none but you would know and we would have Kimimaru back with us.” She didn’t like the idea of deception but her clan did deserve to have him returned home even if the body was not. Though anger grew in her even Tamekaze could feel it. “And what scientist took it. He needs to pay not only for desecrating a grave but for disrespecting my ancestors and my clan. I will send word of this back home so that they may deal with him properly.” Though she had a feeling she would be told that he has already been dealt with, but from the way she had spoken his body had yet to be returned.
-
Tamekaze felt the anger grow in her and she took a deep breath. She really did not want to say but it would have to be done. “The one who dug him up was named Terech Vetaro. Vetaro was a part of the village here and insisted that researching would be the best way to help if the clan ever popped up again. He was told no but he dug up the corpse and did research anyway and ended up making himself capable of modifying his bone structure to withstand the possible capabilities similar to your clan. He was captured and decapitated but not without sending the body elsewhere first. Our scientists here, the good ones, have never seen the body and attained our research through a peace treaty in order to help the up and coming Kaguya clan members medically. I have some of Vetaro’s files but a lot of them were burned when he was close to getting caught. If records serve me, the body is either somewhere here in the city or was sent to a hidden section in Konohagakure. He had a lab in every hidden village.” She rubbed her temples and went to the drawer section of her desk, opening and closing different things in an attempt to find the files. It was clear she hated electronic filing as she took out a tablet and looked at it, throwing it at the wall hard enough for it to shatter. “God fucking damn it I told them not to hide these damn things in my fucking files!” She took a deep breath and then went back to searching though papers. “This might take a minute, I burried them somewhere. Feel free to practice forms and strikes against the training dummies in here…” She pulled out a piece of paper and put it on her desk, it was a hand sketched drawing of the Kaguya body structure with visible bones.
-
Jane heard this and her brow cinched and she took a deep breath gripping her fists hearing the story and understanding what she was saying then saw the tablet fly. She almost wanted to destroy it again then turned and walked when she was told to go train. As she got to the dummies she took and breathed then turned and stepped into her stance working on them to strengthen her legs. She circled her right leg out and lowered into a horse stance holding her arms out in front of her letting her chakra flow through her body she breathed and held the stance for 3 minutes tell her legs started to shake then shifted stroking in a leopard fist and held her arm out though it was still slightly bent at the elbow and held this stance her front leg bent forward with her other leg stretched behind her and foot still facing the way it had been while her front foot was facing forward. She then brought her arm in and shifted sides holding the same stance for a minute. she then slipped back leaning forward bending at the waist bending the back leg and putting almost all of her weight on it the front leg was bent and resting on the toes. she held this for a minute then she took and shifted to the other side doing the same thing and held it for a minute her legs getting very shaky. she then took and twisted lowing herself into stance and breathed her legs shaking harder as she breathed and continued to let her chakra flow through her body then took and twisted tell her legs where the same as before but on the opposet side. she then shifted kicking her one leg back but it looked more like she was kneeling but her knee wasn’t touching the ground and she panted and controlled her breathing tell she shifted sides and held it again now having done her stances. Once she completed her minute there she shifted and went back into her horse stance and held it for 4 minutes. When she raised to her feet she stood up and her knuckles pushed out of her skin blood running down her hands and she took and did a spinning back fist into a dummy hard enough that it made a loud cracking sound that could be heard out in the stairwell and as that continued through she came in an upper cut bringing her back fist up in a block then brought her arms down hard in a wide circle in downward back fists causing the air to whistle as she did.she then twisted and brought her arm up and down in a 45 agree angle with her hand cupped so that when it would make contact it would be with her knuckled as it was a cup strike and then shifted as she came up in an upper cut again this dummy getting blood on it as she slammed her fists into it relentlessly and as hard as she could as if she where actually fighting something. her bones where just slightly pushing out of her skin not to where she would loose them but they would defiantly hurt if you got hit with them her chakra still flowing through her as she worked and started to speed up her strikes going wild with them. Granted the strikes where still precise and placed in a calculated manor. When she had tired and dropped to her knees due to muscle failure from pushing her body so hard she cut her chakra off so as not to pass out and panted sitting there on her knees her body limp save for her back as she pulled her knuckles back in leaving the holes at the joint where you could see into the bone and just waited for her master to find all she needed.
-
Tamekaze looked through the drawers as her student trained, fingering through all the different files in the first drawer and slamming it shut in frustration after she couldn’t find anymore. She opened a second drawer and fingered through it. She pulled out two papers related to the incident and then slammed it shut. She took a deep breath before opening the third drawer and fingering through. She found nine more papers and placed them on her desk. She sighed as she looked over the ones she had dug out and realized there was a few more. She slammed it shut then moved to the other end of her desk, digging through the next one to find two more. She slammed it shut and opened the next one, this one had none of the files so it was just wasted time. She searched her last drawer, finding the remaining six files. She set them on her desk then looked up to see Jane with bloody knuckles. She sighed and waved her to come over, stepping around her desk holding a hand out to help her. “You need to not bloody yourself so bad,” She spoke in a soft tone, “Save the blood for a real enemy.”
-
Jane looked to her and nodded slowly raising and she staggered her way over to her master and offered her hands. “I fear I anger you master. Not only in my actions but in just my presence.” She ran herself into the ground weakening her body every time and she had yet to rest and eat sense arriving at the academy. her stomach growled as she stood there and she seemed to just ignore it as she stood there looking dehydrated as she had been none stop training and had yet to relax or re-hydrate or even eat. She then stood there awaiting instruction and glanced down to her hands looking to her own bones and closed her eyes.
-
Tamekaze took her hands and channeled chakra to heal them carefully. She sighed and said, “You don’t anger me…” She took a deep breath and said, “Just over worked.” She channeled enough to heal them then sealed it. She looked as she heard the grumble and saw the dehydration as she said, “Let’s go out for breakfast. Alright? You need a little something and so do I.” She smiled and then said, “Afterwards we can go over the information to find Kimimaru, alright?”
-
Jane looked to her and then nodded. “Hei” and let her lead the way she was hungry. “Do you mind if I buy?” she said and slipped her hands into her pockets and smacked her lips thought not overly obviously just more trying to wet her lips. “Lead and I will follow.” She said and then stretched high her back cracking as she did and she groaned. “I am sorry to tax you due to my anger.” Her voice was sullen and also shaky. She waited to find out where they would eat. “If you want you can bring the notes with and we could study them over breakfast?” She put a smile on though she was weak she didn’t want to show it. Though the signs where written all over her body.
-
Tamekaze looked at her and said, “No notes over breakfast. Just a calm get to know each other.” She lead her down to the third floor, there was a restaurant there but it seemed that it was packed with people wanting to be there. She instead kept going down and out onto the street, leading a few buildings away to a two story restaurant and it was rather empty. She walked in and said, “Table for two.”
The waitress nodded and said, “Alright, I didn’t know you swung that way, Kazekage.”
Tamekaze blushed and restrained from saying or doing anything in retaliation. She set down at the table they were given and took the menu as it was handed. There was a wide array of breakfast items and they were at a low cost. Tamekaze sighed and said, “I like it here… good food for decent prices.” -
She continued to walk with her listening to her statements and smiled as they walked past the full one glad to be away from people she pulled her hood up as the exited the building and hid her face one more as they came upon the restaurant she smiled it seemed nice and quiet. As they entered she nodded to the waitress and took her seat looking over the menu and selected what she was having already just from looking over it and smiled closing her menu and setting it down. “I take it from her comment you normally bring your dates here?” She asked quietly. She then glanced down and saw the water brought and without further adue she took the glass and downed it in 5 seconds flat setting it down and panting a bit then licked her lips. Her stomach cramped and she held her gut for a second before she pressed forward. “What is it you would like to know about me?” She questioned further after the water was drank.
-
Tamekaze nodded and said, “I like it here despite the reputation.” She sighed then thought of what to talk about. She then said, “Just tell me about your life.” She smiled and just took a deep breath. She sipped her water after pulling her mask down and watching her. She picked out the one thing she usually got on the menu and placed the menu down, sipping her water again.
-
She listened for a while and then listened for a moment or two and then thought on how to explain her life. “I have been training my entire life since I was young I have been trained how to sign even if I don’t understand the combinations I know how to preform them with relative precision. The entire clan took part in my training. Hence having many masters and having many regimens to follow I would train to exhaustion and would even collapse then eat a meal then begin again it was rough but they did it for a reason I am sure.” She said and then took a deep breath and watched the waitress and placed her order. “yes I would like the Spinach and onion omelet and a side of sausage hash browns then two pancakes and.” She listed about half the menu and then she took a breath. She ordered water and smiled. “My clan told me to hide myself and show no one who I am I have already disobeyed you and my clan my honor is shit at the moment though I should feel most honored with the gift I have yet I sadly feel worse as if I have dishonored him in my actions.” She had tried to honor so much yet dishonored everything. “The old ways are what matter most to me yet I myself seem to be failing at them.” falling silent for a short time. “Please tell me about yourself if you don’t mind sharing?”
-
Tamekaze listened and seemed saddened, her tapping the menu before handing it to the waitress to make a silent decision. She listened to it all and thought it over. Her mind locked onto certain details, wanting to ask more but everything in its own time. That is how it must be. She decided to speak back, “Well, from a young age I was made to work with Shukaku. He and I weren’t too close but he was a most excellent teacher. I am honored you are his vessel. I have studied history and attempted to make things right. Though growing up and being expected to be kazekage because my parents had no luck in getting a male sucked. They tried to raise me like I was a guy, even gave me the male version of ‘the talk’.”
-
Jane listened and closed her eyes taking careful time to listen to her words and let them soak in and this talk she spoke of she wasn’t sure about she hadn’t gotten it but she smiled. At her words about her being glad she was his vessel she then spoke up again. “I see I will do my tasks tell they are complete and proper. I am sorry you were robbed of your identity but it is what made you who are you are today though you can still be who you are while still being the kazekage.” She said though she understood there needing to be a male then smiled as the water was brought and drank it down slower but still was gulping. “How can you be proud of such a failure.” She said she had lost any pride she once had in fact from the sound in her voice she was losing much more. She was getting flatter falling into the line of she had to do this and only this and everything else was useless so she had to strip it away.
-
Tamekaze looked right into Jane’s eyes and said, “No one is a failure until they have given up. By given up I mean completely. Death is the ultimate in failure unless you have survived long enough to live a full life. Have learned all you can and gotten to the point where you’ve passed it on. Can relax and spend a few moments in peace until it goes into a flattened darkness that is the eternal sleep. Honor in tact.” She took a deep breath and then looked down, “I never expected to hit a peak so early… then give it away so late…” She rubbed her temples. She seemed rather upset once more but more of a sad upset that she knew she was going to have to rush some things in her life.
