<i>Jack ripped off the tape, shoving Geralt and making him slam into the front of the car.</i>
“One, I did not attempt to get you killed. That was yourself, trying to have a drinking contest with a fucking mob boss and him seeing through your ploy instantly. I didn’t do shit. You don’t like being on my team? Then leave. But I’m not tolerating you trying to make me the traitor.” Jack glared at him.

“And I just saved your girlfriend. Is that not enough reasons for you to trust me?” Jack said.

Apollo violently put Jack and Geralt together in the back seats. “Let Kika do her thing”

Katherine growled, “What? I would’ve been perfectly fine! I could fly after all, Rose would’ve as well if you didn’t pull us in right after,”

<i>Jack sat in the middle, squished next to Zani and Rose, with Geralt next to Zani.</i>
“Comfy.”

Kika keeps driving and pats Geralt on the shoulder, “Now isn’t the time…later…”

Apollo turned back to Katherine. “I dealt with many people who fell, it’s an instinct. ” Apollo glares at Jack. “And others who voluntarily jump.”

Katherine grinned a bit, “How well did that end up?”

Apollo snickered at Katherine’s comment. “Jack has too much muscle to fly.”

“It’s a fun game we play. To test his reflexes.” Jack winked.

Katherine grinned a bit wider, “How many times did this happen?”

“Uh, I dunno…” Jack thought. “Maybe two-hundred, three-hundred different times? So far he’s missed sixteen times. And each time it hurt.”

“No duh, though I do give you props for catching him that many times, I would’ve just let him fall.” Katherine clapped a bit for Apollo.

“He wouldn’t. We go way back. I used to date his sister.” Jack said.
