{RP} The World Beyond the Walls
The outside world was once humanity’s home until the Titans appeared. However, the whole world is now unknown to the humans due to living for many years inside the walls. Only the Survey Corps has seen this part of the world. Outside the walls there are forests, trees, fields, destroyed towns and castles, mountains, rivers, etc. It is known to be inhabited by Titans, making it unsafe for humans.
Before they were forced to build the walls, the humans lived in reigons, as shown when Mikasa’s kidnappers refered to her as being one of the last remaining people to be descendants of ‘oriental’ people.
It is revealed in later chapters that at least one human civilization exists outside the Walls. This is the mysterious homeland of the Titan Shifters, though little else is known about it.
