Selena smiled at the robotic creature before her. “You know of us, I’m afraid-you just haven’t… met us. We’re all over this planet, and we always try to greet visitors where we can. And I am truly sorry if I caused offence to your friend.”
Her ear twitched, and her head turned to the main body of the ship as her smile slipped away. “Excuse me. I have work that must be done, before it gets any worse and I have to call in my stronger Sisters.” Her eyes had narrowed with anger-a rare emotion seen in her. Her hand twitched, as if about to reach for her bow, and her body was now filled with tension.
With a quick bow to the Lady and her companions-she knew power where she saw it-Selena strode away, heading into the ship’s lower quarters, hoping against hope that things weren’t as bad as she suspected they may be.
-
The body lifts a hand to wave, then turns back to the Lady and the two underlings. The eye turns back purple. “Are you going on the… floating metAAAl too?”
-
“If you mean we are going on the ship, then yes. I have purchased tickets for myself, Ran, and Chen. You will need a ticket, too, if you wish to board – However, I will happily buy one for you last-minute, if you happen to not possess a ticket.” Yukari smiled at the woman who had just boarded the ship. “Unlike her, I trust you.”
-
“Oh… I don’t have a ticket…” He looks down, then back up. “You’ll buy one fOOOr me? You are nice. Thank you.” He stares up at Yukari, unable to make a facial expression, but one could assume he was attempting to mimic smiling.
-
“Ah…On second thought, that would not be necessary. You see, I bought spare tickets beforehand – Having a feeling that Chen, the smaller girl if you did not know, would have lost hers. Although for the most part she is independent, she has the mind of a child and a body just too full of energy, which makes for a lack of cleaning things up. I’m sure once she matures these habits will be vastly improved, through both her mind becoming more adult-like and the training she is and will continue to receive from myself and Ran. On that rather long note…” Opening a smaller portal, Yukari reached in with her free hand and pulled out a ticket, again for the top-class service. “Here is your ticket. You will receive top-class services, just as Ran and Chen shall.”

((GAH! I MISSED SO MUCH!))
Stitch, his family, and I had moved on, inside the ship to the rooms. I would be kind of staying around the ship, wherever I could find a comfortable space.
-
The eye turns the light blue again, and flashes. “Thank you very much, miss! You’re much too kind! I don’t know what we can do to thank you!” The eye turns purple once more, and the thing slowly accepts the ticket. “Thank you, miss.” He then continues to stare at her.
-
“Now…Allow me to finally introduce the three of us, although we are rather late with it. My name is Yukari Yakumo.” She gave a small curtsy, to signal herself. “My shikigami, with the fluffy tails, is Ran Yakumo.” Ran then gives a bow, her hands placed in the opposite sleeves. “Chen is the girl with the cat ears and the tail, who happens to be hiding in Ran’s tails, so I am afraid you will be receiving no bow from her. Now – We were interrupted as you had introduced yourself, I did not have much time to remember your name. Would you mind telling me again? Consider that your only payment for the ticket.”

((Changing again! Sorry! I’ll be Chi from Chobits.))
A robotic young girl with what looks like fish for ears boards the cruise ship. She looks around at all of the unfamiliar faces, “Chi~ Hideki wanted Chi to do something by Chi’s self.” The girl named Chi hugs her bag close and proceeds to her room and sees a strange looking thing, “Chi~” She turns to the thing, “Chi’s censors say that you are Stich. Is Chi correct?”
-
Mentin looks to Yukari, then to Ran, then to Ran’s tails. “I do nOOoot threaten you, Chen.” He pauses. “I am Mentin. My friend is Sepheri. She tAAAlks when I do not know what to sayYYyy.” He nods in affirmation to that fact, then gives another wave. “Nice to meet you three.”
-
Chen slowly emerged from the tails, but still clung to Ran. Ran bowed. “Forgive Chen, Mentin. She should warm up to you eventually – She usually does.”
Yukari began to walk towards the cruise. “It is a pleasure meeting you, Mentin. You too, Sepheri, wherever you are in there.” She gets to the deck, before snapping her fingers, the cue for Ran and Chen to follow her.
-
Richamentin waves again, then walks onto the deck after them, examining the ticket. Seeing not much to do quite yet, he sits by the entrance to below deck.
-
Stitch looks up in surprise. Had he heard his name? Was someone actually TALKING to him?!
-
Selena prowled the ship, searching for that one note of alarm she had heard. She needed to hurry-if she was right, then the ghost girl could be in danger, and it was clear that she had some sort of attachment to the boy she had been with. She didn’t care about how she had appeared rude earlier-protecting lives was more important at this point in time.
A breeze across the back of her neck made her turn, and her eyes widened at the sight in front of her. “Oh, no. Hell Hounds.” This was quite literal, as several large black dogs with red eyes were stood watching her, heads down, snarling through bared teeth and with saliva dripping from their lower jaws. “Why did it have to be Hell Hounds…?!”
Taking a slow step back, she began backing away from them carefully. Thankfully, her scent was currently much stronger than that of the ghost girl’s-Hell Hounds had a habit of eating spirits that drifted freely in this world, although if there were members of her Temple nearby, they would go for them instead.
Wait a minute. The Lady from earlier had a cat girl with her! She swore explosively, frantically erecting a shield at the top of the staircase to keep the Hounds from heading up that way, but knowing it wouldn’t do much good if there was any more of the creatures on board. ‘Sisters!!! Help me!!!’ She sent the mental call out as quickly as she could, pulling her bow from her quiver as the Hounds finally began to attack!
-
Yukari, Ran, and Chen heard the Hell Hounds. Chen hadn’t learned what they were, thinking they were just weird dogs, from the looks of them. Ran, however, sprung into action the instant she heard the Hell Hounds. Despite her aggressive charge, she was practically silent.
It would be easier if Ran handled this anyway, Yukari thought to herself. I am more than capable in my shikigami’s ability to eliminate such threats. With this in mind, Yukari was calm, not raising a single finger against Ran.
