Fern walks behind him, she nods and laughs. “Yeah, it looks like it. I’m sure the waitress will be very happy with your donation.”

[Wake]

Snidely chuckles quietly, “Yeah, I guess.” Then he spots Leo on the other end of the block and sprints to catch up with him. Approaching, he extends his wing and taps Leo on the shoulder to get his attention.

[Jazzy]

Fern runs with him, once they stop and see Leo, Fern hies herself behind Snidely. She stays there for a couple of moments but works up the guts to come out and talk to him. “Hey, Leo.” she says, waving a bit.

[Wake]

Leo glances at her and scowls a little bit, then turns away from her coldly, “What do you want?” He asks, beginning to walk again.

[Jazzy]

Fern walks up to him, getting in front of stopping. “Leo, I just wanted to say sorry I did all that back there.” she says, worry in her voice. “I just took all my anger out on you and I’m sorry. Really, I am.”

[Wake]

Leo glances at her, all the anger seemed to have faded out of his gaze, making him look more sad than anything, “it’s fine, I just…” He sighs, putting his wings in his hoodie pockets, ” people have been telling me how to act and think since I was a kid and I’m just sick of it…” He holds out his wing to Fern and gives a small smile, “So, I’ll forgive you.”

[Jazzy]

Fern lights up a bit, putting our her wing and gripping Leo’s. She shakes it. “Thank you so much. Again, I’m really sorry…” she faintly smiles. “I know how you feel, Leo. I know, it gets annoying very fast. I let my pettiness get the best of me, and I angered you.” she drops her wing, looking down a bit. “But I am very glad you accepted my apology.” Fern nods.

[Wake]

Leo smiles, seeming to return to his happy disposition, “Hey, no need to be formal.” He let go of her wing and put his in his pocket, “Anyway, what do you guys want to do now?”

[Jazzy]

Fern smiles at Leo, letting out a small chuckle. She glances at Snidely. “I don’t know. Snidely, what do you want to do?” she asks him, cocking her head to the side.

[Wake]

Snidely shrugs, putting his hands in his pockets, “If it was up to me, I’d probably go drinking or something…” Leo tilts his head a little, “Alright lets do that!” he crosses his wings behind his head, “You think I could pass for 21?”

[Jazzy]

Fern becomes uneasy. “I don’t know guys, I’ve never gone drinking before. Or ever drank even at all. I’m too young, 16 is too young…” she pauses for a moment. “I mean…it wouldn’t hurt to try… And besides, I want you two to have fun. I’m the big party pooper here.” Fern points to herself, passing a high giggle.

[Wake]

Leo shrugs, “I mean, if I’m old enough you are.” He says, putting a wing on his chest proudly, “Just 15 and practically an alchie!” Snidely scowls at him, beginning to walk past them, wings in his pockets and a slightly hunched-over posture, “…I bet you cant even hold it…” He murmurs to himself. Leo runs a few steps to catch up to him, “Hey! I totally can! Shots to prove it! Vodka!” Snidely glanced over to him briefly, “… You’ll die.” Leo takes on an offended expression, “Will not! You’re just to human to do it!” (Im sorry that joke is awful) Snidely again looks to Leo, “Tequila and your on.”

Fern had an amused face on the whole time they argued. She walked beside Snidely, chuckling softly. “You guys… everything is a challenge or game, isn’t it?” she shakes her head, smiling. “Hey, just for fun, why don’t I play your guy’s little drinking challenge? Hmm?” her eyes shift from Snidely to Leo.

Snidely turns his head to look at her and blinks, “You sure about that? You’ll get more wasted than this guy.” He says, nodding slightly at Leo, who indignantly replies, “In that case, she wont get drunk at all!” Snidely sighs, glancing back to Fern with a shrug, “Do what you want.”

“Sweet!” Fern says under her breath, making a fist with her wing feathers. She gives Leo and Snidely and determined stare. “I’m actually really excited. I’ve never done this before!” she laughs, shaking her head and looking down. “I don’t have friends like this and I’m not allowed out of my neighborhood often…that’s why I’m so excited,” she looks up again. “I get to explore!”
