You are in a room.
The floor is made of concrete.
The walls are made of concrete.
The ceiling is made of concrete.
There are no doors, windows, or other openings. Somehow, the air in the room is being refreshed constantly.
You have no idea how you, or anyone else, got in this room. You don’t see much of a way out. There’s nothing here except the clothes on your back – even the light is just a dim ambient illumination, with no visible source.

Alex sighs, looking down at his arm. He really didn’t want to…but he needed to…that’s got the point across probably. He keeps his sleeve rolled up, shuddering at the scent of the blood rolling down his arm. Dammit, why was this so ironic for him…
“Um…the ice is rising um…could we break it somehow…?” Elijah asks, looking around at everyone.
Alex pauses to think…did her keep his back up knife in the holder on his upper leg, maybe that could ship the ice.
“Hold on, sorry guys this may look a bit weird but…” Alex warns them, pulling up the side of the dress of his skirt a bit, to reveal a small knife in a holder on his thigh, He takes it out, then leans down a bit in attempt to chip the ice around his legs…this may take too long…
-
“You have a knife? Great.” I walk over and quickly help the person so they can free their legs and help the others.
-
Alex then sees the ice grow weaker… “Oh”
He attempts to pull out of the ice, having bit of difficulty, using his knife to chip a bit, then stepping up onto it shakily.
Elijah, however pulls out of the ice easier.
Alex looks to Dakota, giving him a thankful smile.
-
I walk over to the rest of the people and slowly one by one hit the ice making it weaker to free each one.
-
Samuel manages to free himself, and sets avelia down on the ice where she wobbles and slips a bit but Samuel steadies her. They look around at the Interesting turn of events is whole thing has been.
-
“Do anything to speed up the process of freeing yourself from the ice, just don’t take a piss. No one want’s to see that.” I say trying to make a joke.
-
Samuel nods, and from his jacket grabs a spear and begins chipping the ice, Velia stands there a moment awkwardly before Samuel smiles and hands her her gloves with claws. “Careful” he warns her and she nods clawing Nepeta style into the ice with the fragments of a smile.
-
The smell of sulfur is gone.
The water is still rising, though. It is now up to four feet.
-
Elijah gravitates to Alex, who gravitates to Velia and Samuel himself, keeping them in their familiar little group of four.
“So…I kind of want some chicken broth right now,” Elijah randomly states.
“And I would like some bandages but we can’t all get what we want,” Alex mutters a bit, lightheartedly of course.
Elijah looks to the one who helped to free him after he made the joke, “That would be gross, I don’t think he’d do that.”
“Elijah here takes things a bit too literally at times, don’t mind him,” Alex smiles, however, his brows furrow a bit.
Alex watches the cat-like Velia claw into the ice while smiling. …It’s good to see her smile, it makes him smile even more too.
-
Elijah looks to see the water still rising. “Well…fuck.”
Alex hits Elijah, “Was that language necessary?!”
Elijah looks away, “No…”
-
“I have a idea that might stop that water but I am very unsure of it. “I say as look at the roof. “I can freeze all the water on the roof but I don’t know if it will stop the water.”
-
Alex thinks for a moment, attempting to get used the the water, “Well…when you froze it last time, the ice kept rising from the ground, so…if you froze that if might still come down and crush up slowly….or force us down into the water and drown us.”
Elijah looks down at Alex, “If it gets too high, I can give you a piggy back ride or something…shorty.”
Alex laughs a bit at the friendly teasing…but still panicking about the current situation.
-
I scoop up some water on the ground and create a new Ice glove. I repeatedly start punching the wall in hopes of breaking it.
-
The smell of sulfur slowly returns.
The water is five feet deep. The room is half full.
Or perhaps it should be considered half empty.
-
“Wait…Sulfur.. We can light sulfur on fire and create a explosion and maybe it can break the wall right?” I suggest as I stop punching. “There’s Sulfur around here look for where the smell is coming from!”
