  * National Cental Library is a military library with detailed maps of the area and carefully recorded history and happenings of events that took place in the Amestris region and it’s military. It’s also a library filled with books on alchemy and it’s use by the military. It is located on the grounds of the Amestris State Military Headquarters and only allowed entry with permission.*
