Kika smiles and moves forward, her chariot glowing a bit brighter, “Don’t worry… I’ve set up to have loads of MP.” She follows a small distance behind, keeping the barrier spell ready while charging up a more powerful one in her other hand.

*They covered some good ground in the dungeon before confronted by a Mob Boss, a giant rat made an ear piercing screeched as his little henchmen scurried at them. Taga crouched and charged her sword as they approached, once they became so close to be a sword length away she swung yelling the charge up. (not sure what to call it XD) The small rats in the first few rows instantly died off, leaving the ones behind scurrying over the bodies to Taga*

Kika smirks and activates both barriers she had ready, making them much lower to the ground and narrower to block them all with ease, and to give the recovery time required for her comrade. She gets another barrier at the ready, her chariot helping a great deal so that cooldowns were much less of an issue. Knowing rats, she kept in mind to use her status ailment cure in a moment if any had hit, these were vermin with a possibility of debilitation by poison or disease…

*Taga stabbed the rats behind the barrier, trying to make sure they didn’t mass up and crawl un the wall World war Z style. Once her power up was recharged she killed off a big chunk, luckily only having to deal with a few others before stepping over the barrier were the Rat boss screeched again. The big Rat leaped toward them, its claws out stretched*

Kika waited for the right moment, her hand out and ready to summon the next barrier to at least block the main attack heading to her ally. She was sure to stay back enough to be behind her foot barrier, but close enough to be in range of the next blocking action.

*It landed with a thud, before swiping down at Taga. She deflected it before flicking the sword around to slash its paw. The rat screeched at the blow before it slipped again from the side, Taga blocked it but was pushed over. She stumbled leaving herself open, the Big rat swept her feet from under her with its tail before screeching again* “ughf-,” She quickly blocked the rat’s paw as it struck down, Screeching again, “GOD STOP SCREAMING!” She yelled back, pushing against its sharp claws with her sword.

Kika’s eyes widen as a sudden insight strikes her mind. She throws forth the barrier quickly, using it to better reinforce her ally’s blade with the parry, but she then drew out a hunk of the cooked meat, throwing it slightly to the side of the beast, close enough to smell, but far enough to force a repositioning.

*The Rat sniffed then relieved some pressure from Taga. It’s head whipped around to the meat, causing its tail Taga. “OHF!” She coughed . The Rat crouched over it, sniffed it gingerly, before popping it in its mouth. Taga stumbled up before charging, while it was distracted, “AHHH!” She jumped onto it’s back before she hacked away at it. The Rat screeched again meat crumbs fly from its mouth as it reared up and tried to claw Taga off.

Kika smirks and throws up another barrier to block the incoming claw, quickly letting another start to gain power in her free hand.

(sorry distracted by cat drawing) *The rat clawed at the shield, it’s health bar started to steadily lower into the red zone. The Rat spun around at a high speed when it hit red, Taga held on yelling. When the rat started to slow Taga took the finishing blow, the Rat disintegrated under her. Items burst out of it* “YEAH!” She huffed, regaining her breath.

[Wake]

Slowly, a boy peeks his head out from behind a rock. With a soft voice he says, “Is it dead now? Did you kill it?”

*Taga herd a small murmur from a near by rock, still on edge, she whipped around to the boy. Her ears tuck straight at the small shadowy figure, she put her sword up in defense*

Haruhito slowly puts his hands in the air, “D-don’t hurt me… I’m a noob. I was hiding from the mouse thing, I don’t think it could see well.” He said timidly, standing up from behind the rock.

*Taga’s ears lowered once she saw it was another player, sword as well. She sheathed it before picking up her half of the drops. The other half went to Kika*”Oh, well good thing it didn’t find you. It was a pretty vicious boss.” Her health was 1/4 gone from being knocked around by it.

He puts his hands in his pockets and looks down, “Yeah, I probably would’ve died. Thank you for saving me.”
