This is where you just tell your favorite book or book series, talk about it, discuss it, etc. You should probably try and keep spoilers to a minimum, and case anyone wants to check it out.

I’ve gotta say that my favorite book series is Artemis Fowl. It’s about a 12-year-old genius who is essentially the smartest person on the planet. He meets The People, which are a race of highly-advanced fairies which can be separated into different kinds of, well, fairies. For example, dwarves, centaurs, and warlocks are all part of The People. You can’t get much better than this when it comes to sci-fi literature.

One of my personal favorites is the CHERUB series by Robert Muchamore. Basically it’s an organization (ok well children’s home) for British children spies. Yes you heard me. Brits+Spies. Sort of like Alex Rider, but on a MUCH larger scale.

One of my favorite books would be Eragon along with the Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini, imagine my delight when I heard about the movie but in my eyes it was a complete let down

I myself like the Inheritance series, however I much prefer Jame Patterson’s Maximum Ride series. I’m still waiting for a movie of it though XD
So many trailers, yet no movie… Gah… It hurts, right in the heart.

I’m in looove with the Vampire Academy Series. just love. I know the name might throw some people off, but trust me. IT’S AMAZING. #fangirlsqueal

xD It’s pretty much follows the story of a girl, a dhampir which is half vampire and half human, in a world with two races of vampires. She’s been escaping from St. Vladimir’s Academy with her best friend for two years with people after them tryna get them back. Well, her best friend, a Moroi which is kinda like a mortal vampire I guess, happens to be the last of her royalty bloodline, so it’s seen as kidnapping. A whole bunch of shiz goes on, and I finished the books in like. A week. yesyesyes.

annnnd a movie is supposed to be coming out in Feburary based on the first book. The trailer scares da hail outta me, because I feel like it’s prolly gonna ruin the books. ugghierhgsjth.

I love the divergent series, also the Pendragon series is amazing. It’s about a 14 year-old boy who is a traveler. Travelers are people who can travel to different places through something called a flume. Anyways, he goes on a adventure and meets other travelers from the other worlds. Befriending them they try to beat the evil doer. It’s an amazing 10 book, book series.
I love Alex Rider, I haven’t finished the series, but I just love it, it has me hooked. I love the inheritance Cycle. I love how he made it so that if your dragon was gold, the dragon would breathe gold fire. Or if your dragon’s blue, it would breathe blue fire. I just love magic, it’s another of my favorites.

I guess my fave series are the “Watch” books by Sergej Lukianenko. Night Watch, Day Watch, Twilight Watch, Final Watch and New Watch.

Witches, Vampires, Demons, Mages and all the other mythological creatures exist amongst humans, as a hidden society, devided in light and dark. For a long time, a great war raged between both sides, untill they nearly extincted themselves.

To prevent that, a great pact was made, binding all light and dark “others” to a solid set of rules.
Two major organisations, the Night Watch and the Day Watch have an eye on every registred other. Light others keep an eye on dark others at night and dark others observe light others at daytime.

What I like especially is the way it’s written. At least in the German translation, you actualy notice that the life of the characters isn’t candy, that the world IS messed up and that the status quo sucks badly but still is the best they got.
