About
Its not what it seems it the world of books. It started in 2042 when the first book became real. In a strange little down that isn’t well known there were rumors going around. Rumors that books came to life. It started out with minor books at first. Little kiddy books that didn’t cause any harm so people just ignored it. It’s when the deeper darker books started coming to life that people began to freak out. It’s up to the book lovers to figure out what is going and if can be stopped or if they will have to live like this forever.

“Alright thanks.” Annabeth says starting to follow Amato. “Do you think Percy is still at home or somewhere in this world?” She asks in a quiet tone.
-
“I don’t believe he’s here.” Amato begins, glancing back to Annabeth, “At the present moment I’m not sensing further Neurofrequency in this area, save for that coming from the collective you.”
-
“Is this the only place we have been showing up? Or is it happening everywhere?” Annabeth asks
-
“It’s been happening all over the world, for years as I’ve heard.” Amato glances back at Annabeth with the vaguest shadow of a smile on his usually expressionless face, “In fact, some months ago my first mission was in China.”
-
“Is there anyway we can figure out if he is in this world or not?” Annabeth asks getting nervous
-
“If one of the other Bungaku Corporation-owned androids finds him, it will be added to my database and I will inform you, otherwise, however, it’s impossible to tell.” Amato explains as they reach the entrance to the cafe.
-
“Any word on my brothers or children?” Guan Yu asks with concern.
-
Amato shakes his head, “Apologies, however due to the theory of Literary Present, you have not been removed from your story. In the Romance of the Three Kingdoms you still exist with your family.” He turns back to Annabeth and Leo, “The same goes for you, if that’s any consolation”
-
“So they don’t even know we are missing?” Annabeth sits down once they reach the cafe (thoughts look like this) Hopefully he is safe. If he is in this world how is he going to protect himself?
-
Amato shakes his head, “Its complicated, to my understanding you aren’t exactly missing.” He takes a seat at the table after the others entered the cafe, crossing his legs gracefully, “You read the books, correct? And your name wasn’t erased from the text, meaning you still exist in that universe, similar to the technique of analysis known as Literary Present, meaning as long as the text exists, the events of the text are happening presently.” He interlocks his fingers together and leans his head on his hands, “So, with that concept, you haven’t gone missing from your world, you simply manifested here, if that makes sense.”
-
Annabeth sighs and nods. “Do you know how all of this started?” she asks.
-
Amato shakes his head, “Shamefully, we don’t even have a plausible hypothesis as of yet.”
-
Amato looks down, “…You have my personal apologies for that… However we are doing everything we can to figure this out.” He looks back up at her, “The issue is, this situation defies physics, not even the greatest scientists can make anything of this.”
