Books (RP)
About
Its not what it seems it the world of books. It started in 2042 when the first book became real. In a strange little down that isn’t well known there were rumors going around. Rumors that books came to life. It started out with minor books at first. Little kiddy books that didn’t cause any harm so people just ignored it. It’s when the deeper darker books started coming to life that people began to freak out. It’s up to the book lovers to figure out what is going and if can be stopped or if they will have to live like this forever.

Amato looks down, “…You have my personal apologies for that… However we are doing everything we can to figure this out.” He looks back up at her, “The issue is, this situation defies physics, not even the greatest scientists can make anything of this.”

“I wish Daedalus was here. He could probably figure it out.” Annabeth says.

Guan Yu strokes his beard again, “It is good that my brothers still exist in some form.”

Leo stayed silent as he walked next to Amato looking him over.

Amato glanced to Leo, blinking slowly, “Do you require something from me?”

Leo jumps and looks away, “Sorry no I don’t need anything…”

Amato tilts his head to the side a little, “My reason for existence is to follow the orders of humans. If there is anything, please don’t hesitate to ask.”

“It’s nothing really. I just like working on machines and I was just curious.” Leo says as he looks at Amato.

Amato nods without breaking eye-contact, “If there’s anything you want to know, I’ll tell you.” he smiles faintly, “It would be my honor.”

Leo his eyes lighten up and he starts to rattle off everything he want to know.

Amato’s eyes go dull for a moment, “Error: Command overload.” He blinks and shakes off his head, “Apologies, overly numerous commands overload my processor. Please continue more slowly.”

“Oh, sorry.” Leo says before he continues but slower this time.

Amato answers his questions as thoroughly as possible without being too technical with the description. The gist of it was that both his internal and external anatomy imitated that of a humans almost exactly.

Leo smiles, “Sweet! If I am able to get back into the book then I will have to try to build something like you.”

“It may be difficult for you to get hold of the proper materials.” Amato explains, looking at Leo with a vaguely curious expression, “However, the outcome of something such as that would be interesting…”
