    A cafe sits in the basement of the arcade, for those who just want a spot to relax.

    Along one wall sits a counter where customers can pay for access to computers to browse the Internet. All the computers on the left side of the counter are set up with pre-installed MMOs such as Phantasy Star Online 2.

    The other wall is lined with bookshelves, all with a multitude of old and new manga volumes. Paying customers have access to these bookshelves, and can enjoy a hot cup of coffee while they read their favorite manga.
