Village of the Demon Dogs near Bone Eater’s Well is located near Kaede’s Village. It is the dwellings of humans, hanyou and various Inu relatives. Located within The Legendary Demon Dog Forest. It’s a stop for curious and visiting travelers. Some refer to it as Inu’s Village.

*Packing up and getting ready to leave that area.* You’re right Koga!

*The brothers quickly picked up their things. Headed towards the river to catch some fish, grill and eat them and then they continued on their journey. Inu would sigh as he thought of both Yura and Yuri of the demon hair. Sometimes the past would come back and haunt you in some way or other. He wondered if he would be able to rest until his own family was avenged if they were killed in battle. But he knew that Ranma was right, it was self-defense and even this time as well. He looked back and then looked forward.* Best not too think too much on that. *Then the brothers continued to walk on the path towards the Temple of Bau.*

*The four brothers were approaching the Temple of Bau but something stopped Ranma in his tracks. He sensed something strange. He put up his arms as if to hold his brother’s back for a moment.* Can you sense that?

*Koga stopped and looked at Ranma.* What is it? *He then noticed something strange too.* Now that you mention it. There is something off around here. *he looked over to Ryoga and Inu.*

Something is definitely wrong! *He looked towards the area of the temple.* Weren’t the monks here supposed to come out and greet us? It’s too quiet! Something just doesn’t feel right!

*Inu growls a bit* The dogs that are usually around the temple, aren’t here either. I’m not liking this one bit. We need to go in right now! I need to know what’s going on!

Hold on Inu brother! Let’s not rush in. If something has happened to anger the goddess Gula, we don’t want that wraith upon us. Are you sure that there are not sounds? Let’s split up. You and I will head inside and Ryoga and Koga will investigate the surrounding area. If we encounter anything strange, let’s make sure to call out to each other. I have a bad feeling about this.

Alright brothers! Be careful! *Koga and Ryoga went towards the outer areas of the temple to see if they could find any signs of life or any clue as to what had been happening here.*

*Koga grunted a bit as he could sense something sinister at play here. He followed Ryoga and wished his brotehers Inu and Ranma luck.*

*Inu watches Koga and Ryoga walk off. He then turns to Ranma.* Ranma bro, I do hear a sound, but it’s faint. I hear the rattling of feet and something similar to hissing sounds but that’s about it. I really want to rush into the temple. There might be survivors or something may have gone wrong.

*He puts his hand on Inu’s shoulder.* Listen Inu bro, I understand all too well, where you are coming from but considering that they contacted us to pick up this artifact means, that is was beyond their control. It’s also possible someone came to attack them and take it from them. So I’m going to allow you to rush ahead but I’ll fall behind a bit so that I can keep an eye on your back. And now that you tell me you hear something, it’s best you go on ahead. Just be careful!

*Inu nods to Ranma and takes out his sword.* Alright! Sounds like a plan. *He then runs off ahead of Ranma. As he runs into the temple, he senses a strong aura. The closer he gets, he also smells death. But what he the scent he was picking up was that of corpses. As he gets close he sees that one monk is sitting on top of a glowing treasure chest. The chest is glowing, the monk is sitting on it with his legs crossed and his hands on some beads chanting some prayers. there are a few monks circling him hold beads on one hand and long fighting sticks on the other. They were fending off what looked like rabid humans. But then Inu’s eyes widened.* Zombies? *He then saw the corpses of some dogs on the ground.* No! This can’t be happening!

*Ranma didn’t find anything else when he fell back but he did see the same thing Inu encountered when he approached.* Oh no not zombies again! But why? *He looked around* Is it the artifact causing this or is it an outside force? *he would break out his double nunchucks with blades at the ends.* Were these monks? *he noticed that the zombification didn’t affect the dogs, only the humans.* Be careful Inu bro!

*Inu heard his brother* I know! You don’t have to tell me. *Inu’s task now was to get across the sea of zombies to reach the monks that were protecting the artifact. But he wasn’t sure if the monks themselves were in on this or if they were fulfilling their roles of guarding the artifacts. And yet, Inu knew, that regardless of what was happening. He had to get the item in that chest.*
