*Gouku was already standing way too close to the giant.* Hey mister Giant! Be a pal and tell us where we can find some good food and maybe a city or something like that.

*Beerus was looking for Gouku and then noticed him practically about to be squashed under the giant’s foot. He facepalms* Gouku you idiot! Get back here! That thing isn’t going to answer you. Look at it! Don’t you dare get yourself killed before we’ve had a chance to figure this place out! Tch! Seriously!

*Holding the giant’s foot* Oh umm, I thought maybe he just didn’t see me. *then Gouku get serious.* That’s not nice! You were gonna squash me huh? *He uses his full force to throw an upper jab into the giants foot making his whole body tremble. Then the giant tumbled backwards and fell into an old building. Gouku excited waited for the giant to get up but it didn’t.* Aww man!

*Vegeta, Gon and Beerus were already walking in the direction of the footprints.* Hurry up Kakarot or we’ll leave you behind. Tch, it’s like a baby sitting job with you!

Coming! *he runs over to catch up with the others* I still don’t believe this is where your friend lives Beerus.

*Gon finds a map tacked to a tree close to a building. He inspects it. He notices that they are following the right trail. He walks over to show the map to the others.* Look, there seems to be a couple of main areas to go to. Here! *he points to the hide out* And this other one….*points at the path to the tower.*

*He walks over to Gon and takes a look at the map. Some kinda strange giant scorpion tried to sneak up behind him, but he flicked his finger and sent it flying away.* Let me see that map. Hmm? Interesting! Looks like we are heading in the right direction.

*Vegeta blinks* A giant scorpion. Maybe we should have nabbed it and put it away to eat it later.

Hey Vegeta!! You saw that! It could have been our meal! It was huge!

That thing? *He looks at it.* I’m sure we can find something better. Let’s follow this map. Here Gon, you found it lead the way.

Yes sir! *They walked a while until they reached an area where they could see some movement. There were groups of people going into the hide out and other groups leaving with an escort to the area that was marked on the map as the tower. Along the way they encountered a bunch of strange creatures but Vegeta and Gouku quickly disposed of them. They even got to see several warrior types that seemed to be driving the creatures away from the hide out.* There are good people here. *he looks over to Beerus.*

This must be like some kinda of area that needs to be crossed in order to get to the place we are looking for. So there’s hope that we can get out of this dump and find some good food. *He looked around and saw the same things Gon had noticed.* Gon, let’s just get out of here. It seems these people have everything in order, let’s not interfere.

*Jumps in Beerus’ face super excited.* But we can help them just a little!

*He sighs* Fine! Go knock yourself out. We’ll wait for you at the tower but only for a little while and then we are out of here. Gon! You’re with me. *He continues walking with Gon.*

*Gon knew that Beerus wanted him as a guide so he didn’t refuse. He told Vegeta and Gouku which direction to go and then he walked off with Lord Beerus. They would wait for them for a while and then exit the borderlands via the spiral stairs and that took them all the way to the highest part of the tower and an exit.* This is different! *Beyond them a lush paradise.*
