  No op characters. If you need to make changes, I will tell you.

  No killing someone’s character unless you’ve agreed on it. Same goes for taking prisoners.

  Restrictions: romance is fine but anything 18+ is to be kept to private.  Also, violence is expected in a war,  but let’s not be too graphic, please.

  If your country is not actively at war with another , please do not attack them. ( all countries will be at war with each other at the start until I declare an alliance)

  That…should be all for now…but keep an eye open for updates here.
