A cold wind rushed through the streets in the dim evening light. Lightning flashed overhead, revealing a lone figure stumbling down the sidewalk. “Mio Dio,” the Italian thought, “Please let me find something soon… I don’t know how much longer I can keep walking…” He had been traveling to visit his fratello when he was jumped by robbers. They left him on the side of the road with nothing more than the clothes on his back. For five days he had been forced to walk, trying to find food or shelter, trying to get by with no money. Yet so far everywhere he had gone had thrown him out. Everyone he met had turned up their noses. Feliciano shuddered as he felt the rain begin to soak his skin. His feline instincts hated the deluge. He gave a brief hiss at the storm before shaking water from his ears. “There has to be something…someone….” Weakly Feliciano stumbled on. He didn’t know how he had managed to get this far, but he knew he wouldn’t make it much longer without help…

Ludwig sat on his porch, smoking of course. The weather had been terrible for the last few days but his older brother hated him smoking inside the house. So here he was smoking, trying to keep the wet, cold, and miserable rain away from his lit cigarette. He was about done when he spotted a figure in the distance, he squinted to try to make out the figure,” ze hell..?” He dropped his cigarette onto the ground and stomped it out. He wondered what someone was doing walking around at this time of the evening.

The Italian shuddered as he continued to walk, eventually reaching the strip of sidewalk close to Ludwig’s house. His knees gave out, sending him toppling to the pavement. Feliciano looked horrible, as if he’d been out on the streets for days-with no food. His stomach let out a painful growl, and he cried out in agony.

Ludwig was soon at the smaller mans side, as stated, he looked horribe! He had a concerned look on his face,” mein gott… vhat ze hell are you doing out?! Are you okay?!” he tried to get the odd looking man back onto his feet but he couldnt really stand, as ludwig soon found out. He had somehow manage to ignore the tail and ears, seeing the man looked like he could just close his eyes and never wake up agian

Feliciano could barely even speak, yet alone stand. His stomach let out another loud growl before he finally fell unconscious, his body unable to take the stress from hunger and exhaustion anymore. His form was just too frail to be left alone.

Ludwig started cursing in his native tounge. He wasnt sure how to react so he scooped up the man and ran into his house, yelling for his brother to come help. Gilbert was just about as clueless as he had been. The two germnans managed to strip the man and wrap him in towels and blankets. Germany had grabbed a cup of water and a slice pound cake, he sat beside the small man. Hoping he just hadnt witnessed some one passing. Gilbert checked his pulse and reasured his younger brother.

Feliciano was completely skin and bones upon removing all of his clothing. He was thankfully still alive, albeit his pulse was weaker than it should have been. His stomach would not cease its unearthly rumblings.

Ludwig shock him gently,” hallo..? PLease wake up..” He shocked him a little firmmer but nothing that would hurt the smaller male. Gilbert stopped him as he began to stir, Ludwig smiled in releaf,” um… hallo… can… you speak english? or german? Spreek je Engels of Duits, mijn kleine vriend?” He asked in english and in german (( tranlation rough, Do you speak english or German, my small friend))

Feliciano finally stirred, crying out as he finally came to. Immediately he began to clutch his stomach. “S-si………” he rasped, not able to speak much due to the pain. The noises from his stomach still did not cease, prompting the Italian to groan once more.

Ludwig helped him sit up,” here… eat this… I’ll get soemzing more filling from the kizhen as vell, eat slow, ja?” The german’s enlgish was so think it was hard to make out. He walked into the kitchen, getting some smoked sasuge and cheeses. He made a plate of both and returned into the room. Gilbert just watched from the corner, not knowing a wink of english made it quiet hard to understand.

Feliciano understood English easily, he was just unable to speak due to the pain. He weakly munched away on the cake, shuddering a bit as he did so. It took a while before his stomach finally quieted down, but the feeling of emptiness still remained.

Ludwig set down the two plates down and sat beside the small mna, who he deemed to be Spainish or Italain due to his accent,” Eat as much as you’d like vith out being sick… I’m Ludvig and zats Gilbert over there..” He stated at he looked over the man and stopped when he saw the ears,” cat ears…?” he mummbled to himself

Feliciano weakly munched away on the food, putting away both plates. Under normal circumstances he’d be able to put away many more, but after those two, plus the cake, his belly was already bulging. “M-my name is Feliciano….” the Italian managed to get out. “It’s nice to meet both of-a you…” His accent when speaking English made it clear that he was Italian.

Ludwig patted his shoulder as softly as he could,” vell Feliciano… it’s nice to meet you even if its not on the best reasons…” He picked up the two plates and put them in his sink, he’d deal with those later. He had more important things to deal with. He walked back,” Does anything hurt, Feli?” He pointed to his head then his legs, not really sure on how good his english was,” head? legs?”

“stomach hurts….” was the only thing out of Feliciano’s mouth. “All of me feels so weak…still feel like I might faint….still so dizzy……” The Italian seemed pretty bad off, how long was he out there? Was there something else wrong with him?

German frowned grew, he couldn’t help but worry. He felt his head, he was burning up. That wasn’t good. He instructed his brother in his native tongue to go fetch him some cold water to stick the slaller of the three’s feet in. Ludwig sat him up,” okay… vell, you’ll need to take it easy. Do you have vamily? anyone I could contact?” He questioned fairly quietly.
