Kitsune Shrine to the Kitsune Godesses/Gods. Visitors would come here to plead for help from the kitsune deities.

“It’s customary to offer rice, sake and other food to appease the foxes who are then said to go back to Inari and plead on the worshiper’s behalf. You can also offer a fried tofu dish called Inari-zushi which is said to be the foxes favorite food. ”

In Kitsune Kingdom the kitsune keep the shrine clean. It’s also our place of training our kitsune abilities, meditating and listening to the plea of visitors and helping to get that message to the proper kitsune deity.

The temple is outside of the secluded kingdom which keeps its inhabitants safe.

*he stops at the temple for a moment and thinks of his ancestors, those women who were mothers and guardians of the grandsugarclan that had now passed away. he quietly thought of them for a while. meditating on how lucky he was to have been able to meet them and then once he was done, he helped clean up the temple and he was off to explore the world he loved.*

*Zerzes explored the outside of the shrine. He knew this was a sacred place for many of his ancestors. There he wished those long gone a honor on mother’s day. Then he stood guard while his nephew Kogi went inside.*

*Ren was happy to see family visiting and protecting the shrine but she wondered where her daughters were to help her clean the place for visitors to enjoy.* Where did my young ladies go? *she would laugh a bit.* They must be out playing but they should be doing their chores. *She rolls up her sleeves and start to clean up.*

*The Elder Sesshomaru sent Tamaki to the Kitsune Kingdom in order to keep her busy at the shrine. There she would partake in meditation and cleaning the shrine in order for her to learn more focus and discipline. She was still a child and was prone to outburst and fits of anger. With her power, this would not do. So she was sent to the kitsune shrine where she would learn the responsibility of the power she holds*
