[u]Fleet Admiral Nomikomu[/u]
Nomikomu is the current Fleet Admiral of the Marines. He takes his duty too seriously and is a very twisted man. He tends to only wear his uniform for people he would like to show respect in killing, the only ones to ever receive such treatment was the Straw Hats. He has three fruits, Kishō Kishō No Mi (Paramecia), a Mythical Zoan, and Yami Yami no Mi.

Abilities:
Temper Fuel – This is an ability of the Kishō Kishō No Mi, allowing the user to feed of high emotional energy of a negative wave in order to add to his own power. The energy can be fed from those around him or from himself.
Full Beast Form – He turns into a beast that appears to be a cross between a werewolf and a griffon.
Claws of the Beast – His hands turn into the claws of his Beast and are strong enough to tear through flesh and bone.
Wings of the Beast – Wings sprout from his back and allow for flight.
Tail of the Beast – He sprouts a tail from his behind and uses it as a whip.
Fur of the Beast – He becomes covered in fur and feathers, guarding him from 20% of the damage thrown at him.
Eyes of the Beast – He gains eyes that can see a feild mouse in a feild of tall grass from 20 miles away.
Ears of the Beast – He gains hearing that allows him to hear a moth fart from across a 20 foot crowded room.
Teeth of the Beast – He gains sharp teeth that rip through flesh and bone.
Orb of Darkness – He creates a orb in his hand of concentrated darkness that expands out into a sheild.
Embodiment of the Dark – He fades in and out like a shadow and moves through dark places.

[b]Full History[/b]
He was born to two loving parents, who passed shortly after he was born. He was adopted by someone which he thought was a marine. He even signed up for the actual marines at age 10 due to his teachings. The one thing he truly wanted to do was eliminate all pirates. He left his adoptive parents to sort out his path on his own. He worked from the bottom as a chore boy on a crew. He felt completely undignified though found a chance to prove himself. A pirate crew attacked his ship and he managed to fend them from himself with a mop alone. His implement had been severed but he just used it to stab into the pirates, only aiming for lethal hits. When the crew had settled, they saw the blood soaked boy standing next to a pile of corpses. They took him to be evaluated.
He stood before the Fleet Admiral of the time, Sengoku, and was pushed out of the room when the decision was made. The chore boy listened through the door and heard the men talking. “That child is mentally unstable,” He heard a voice say, “If he were ever a high rank, he would be the end of the marines.”
Nomikomu grit his teeth and listened as he heard another voice, “Give him a chance to change. Perhaps he just needs discipline.”
“We’ll see,” Another voice said.
Nomikomu then retreated from the door and went about his duties. He trained and gained in skill as well as in rank. He was capped off and no longer aloud to raise in rank after he hit Captain. His entire rise to power was drenched in the blood of pirates and even duels for rank. He was present to see many things; the war, the rise of the Straw Hats, the falls of the more ‘corrupt’ yonko. All of these were nothing to him. He saw the admiration in his surrounding member’s eyes and it sickened him.
An announcement was made worldwide one day, that Luffy of the Straw Hats was king of the pirates. The cheers and silent admirations killed him inside and he was losing drive until it was announced that if anyone did manage to kill him, they would replace the current Fleet Admiral. A twisted plan came into his head and he implemented it. He told every single marine he could that if they followed him and helped him strike out the lives of the Straw Hats, he would give them new positions. Those that would refuse, would remain where they were. If they stood against him, he would slaughter them too.
He made certain that he would gain other possibilities first before he set out after the straw hats. For five years, he set out and collected three fruits. One of which, he missed out on. A known pirate named Truble intervened and snagged one of the fruits he desired. They battled with their fruits and proved on equal grounds, their men needing to drag each of them away. He replaced the fruit with another and learned them on his returning way to see who decided to come on his march against the straw hats.
He gained an army of hundreds of thousands of marines and began to converge on the known location of the Straw Hats. They moved in silently and attacked them before they knew what was happening. Nomikomu made sure that he got to Luffy before the others could and grabbed his hair. As the rubber body twisted to strike, Nomikomu focused his haki as though the blade was a part of his body and struck true to Luffy’s throat. He pulled the blade through the rubber and the ship stopped. The king had fallen, but the swords of the marines kept swinging. Heads were taken and the last one was left defenseless with sea stone lodged into his jaw. He managed to pull himself out in the scuffle to get his head too, escaping. Nomikomu was angry at his escape but gathered the heads, leaving the hat and taking the swords of Zoro, placing them on his own belt.
Him and his army returned to the marine HQ and showed the heads of the straw hats. The Fleet Admiral looked them over in shock and looked up at Nomikomu. Surely, this was the most blood soaked rise to the top. The Fleet Admiral placed his jacket down and uttered two words, “I resign…” He made it clear he wasn’t about to serve under a blood thirsty psychopath.
Nomikomu sneered at the now former, uttering just a few words to his army, “Execute him for piracy and desertion…”
They obeyed his orders and he sunk his teeth into changing everything, starting with a slaughter of higher pirates and working his way down. Few escaped his warpath and he remains on the hunt for all levels of piracy.

Initially, he did not receive the news of pirates beginning to fall. He found out only when the marines attacked his ship. He was taken into his own brig by a member of his crew and his appearance altered to make him appear a captive. The ‘Pirate Prince’ was no more and now is serving as a Seaman First Class in the Marines in order to hide under the name Riguard.

Mako is the captain of the Neo Sun Pirates. She lives under her step-father’s name (Arlong) as she was never told who her real father was. She wants to uphold glory for the fishmen and stand up to the marines once they have gained enough force.

Tanakami is a daughter of Gekko Moria who found Thriller Bark and restored it single handedly. She consumed his fruit, the Kage Kage No Mi, upon his fall just by being near the nearest fruit when he fell. She hides her piracy under the guise of a night club. She also consumed the Batto Batto no Mi: Hognose Model.

Abilities:
Wings of a Bat – Her Zoan allows her wings to come painfully from her back or harmlessly attached to her arms to allow flight. (She nearly always has them on her back.)
Shadow Fight – Her shadow disattaches from her to fight. She can remain separated for 5 minutes before her body will need to stay in the dark.
Soul Consumption – She removes the shadow from an enemy or a storage to use as power or to store elsewhere.
Dark Armor – She wraps herself in Shadows to allow her to take more hits.
Bat Form – She can fully transform into a cute Hognose bat.

He has no relation to White Beard nor any of his crew, he took up the mantle out of respect. He nearly lost his life attempting to get the Gura Gura no Mi, it was close to the Yami Yami no Mi and the Fleet Admiral was nearby. He escaped barely and managed to start forming a neo whitebeard group to honor his name.

Shake – He pounds the ground and creates tremors and tsunamis. He cna open a crevice about thirty feet deep.
Crack – He focuses his fruit power into his powerful punches.
Shimmy – He moves the ground with tremors just enough to create a loss of balance.
Fling – He makes tremors to push up a slab of land beneath him to fire him up into the air.
Crack the Earth – With enough force and multiple punches, he can shake the Earth. He is not as powerful as the fruit’s predecessor but with enough multiple attacks he can acheive the same damage.

Legs of the Rabbit – He can form his muscles into a rabbit-like structure to move faster and hop further.

Rabbit Thump – He slams his leg onto the ground and bounces the ground a little in a two yard radius.

Once the death of Luffy reached his ears, he attempted to rise in power beyond where he already was. He was one of the few to notice the marines were going out of control by the death of a yonkou and thus he went into hiding and left the shichibukai. He is under a different name and wears normal clothing, he keeps his nose removed and in a box with a false nose on. He lets his long blue hair down but dyed it black so no one would suspect him.

He had decided to try to make his group of three into an actual pirate group. When news came around that pirates were being slaughtered, the crew he gathered retreated back to their hometown to go into hiding. He took up as Cook.

Way of the Frying Pan – He uses a frying pan as an adequate weapon, having a special one made of firm material with sharp edges.
Crash – He can use two Frying Pans made with special sound amplification to disrupt hearing momentarily.

Pan Sling – He has a special pan that splits into a sling shot that is more of a crossbow, firing knives.
