Exbel woods
-
((the setting is a not so large forests with several minor pokémon like rattata, slowpoke, and pidgey. at the start is a medicham meditating and a loudred waiting for everyone to wake up)) Ian was getting irritated the pokémon they expected had arrived but shun wanted him to wait a little “CAN I WAKE THEM UP NOW,” “I’d prefer it if you wait a little longer, some of them would be shocked at their surrondings,” “THEIR ALL POKEMON I DOUBT THEY WOULD BE CONFUSED,” “looks can be deceiving Ian,” “WHATEVER THAT MEANS WAKIN THEM UP NOW.” When he finished he let out an enormous yell sure to wake up everyone “WAKEYWAKEEEEEEEEYSLEEPYTIMESOVEEEEEEER.”
-
A small green bug-like Pokemon known as a Vibrava hissed as a loud voice cruelly cut through the pleasant dream she had been having of warm sunlight and the high-pitched keening of violin strings.
“Please, please be quiet! So loud!” Riley whined as the shout caused a sharp pain between her eyes. Rolling to an upright position, Riley looked around and frowned to herself when she noticed large blades of grass at eye level. Either the forest was large, or she was very low to the ground…
Something behind her fluttered lazily, and Riley quickly tries to turn her head only to find that she was lacking a neck! Feeling aggravated, she twisted around and caught sight of a long pale tail tipped with diamond shaped chitin plates quickly whip out of sight. “What in tarnation is that!?”
The Vibrava then began to chase her tail for a few moments, distracted from the Pokemon who had just woken her up.
-
the loudred called out to the confused vibrava “YOU LOOK LIKE YOU’VE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE,” then upon hearing that the medicham laughs “wait mewtwo didn’t tell you Ian? Some of these pokémon weren’t always pokémon, it was one the few things he told us,” “YEAH WELL I… WASN’T PAYING MUCH ATTENTION I MEAN WHAT GIVES HIM THE RIGHT TO BOSS US AROUND,” “well for one mew’s missing, that leaves mewtwo in command, but we’re fetting off topic,” the medicham then turns to the vibrava “well then can you remeber anything, what’s your name? and also if your curious your a Vibrava a species of pokémon I take it you know what that is.”
-
The Vibrava gaped at the fact that she could understand the two Pokemon in front of her before processing their words.
“My name’s Riley, and wait, I’m a Pokemon!? How did this happen, I remember being a human!”
Frowning, and fluttering the enormous wings on her back, Riley tilted her head in confusion while she tried to puzzle out what had happened. “I think… I think I was listening to music online back home when I fell asleep and then woke up here.” The cap slid off of her head and the Pokemon got distracted again, “Oh hey! This came with me!”
-
Tweek yawned, finally waking up from her ‘nap’… Or, at least she thought she had taken a nap. The scarf-wearing Rotom could hear a strange buzzing sound— in her ear? Around her? Kind of like electricity buzzing, mostly.
“Aahhwwwwn— what the…?” That was odd, she heard talking, but there was no other person here except other Pokémon. She then noticed something… different, as in; as she was getting up, she could not feel her legs. Or see them, for a fact.
And then, she realized another fact; the people talking were the Pokémon.
“Wh-wha-what?!” She was starting to freak out, pale, blue plasma sparks jumping from her form.
-
The medicham tried to calm down the second pokémon to wake up, “it’s OK we’re all friends here just tell me what you remember.”
While the medicham was calming down the rotom a sceptile lands next to the loudred “hey it’s me,” and the sceptile then morphed into a smooth looking zoroark with a jacket and shorter hair than other zoroark,” I brought the stuff from olé psycat,” “HE KNOWS YOU CALL HIM THAT,” “nah and let’s keep it that way oh and here you go.” The zoroark throws a bag at the loudred but before he could catch it the zoroark grabs it first “actually I could be the guide, ” “NONSENSE I ALREADY HAVE SHUN AS COMPETITION I DON’T NEED YOU TO JOIN IN JACK,” “come on Ian you didn’t even give the lasses a choice,”and by this time shun joins in “what a splendid idea but let’s wait until others awaken,” -
(I changed my bio, I actually was a pokemon before)
Hearing the yelling, Link woke from his slumber. He saw a Medicam, a Loudred, who probably woke him up, and a Sceptile. Twitching his ears in annoyance, he got up. He looked all around him, “Huh, where am I?” He asked himself out loud. His green eyes searching to see something familiar. When nothing looked familiar to him, he gave up. He turned around again to see who else, if there even was, was here. There was a Vibrava and a Rotom, but he didn’t know if that was all or not. He walked up to the Medicham and asked, “Excuse me, but do you know where I am?” He tried to be as nice as possible, but that was a bit hard. After all, Link doesn’t know where he is, and what if this pokemon kidnapped him or something. He best not to get on there bad side. -
Shun greets the awoken leafeon”Oh and it seems another was awoken, hmmm but he stays puzzled,” the zoroark then asks him, “what’s up sage” and shun replies “he’s different he’s been a pokémon the entire time… well mew brought him here for a reason,” “AND WHAT IS THAT REASON,” “well what do you think we’re lookin for him for,” “OOH… GOOD POINT,” and then the meducgam walks over to the puzzled leafeon to not show hostility, “It’s OK we’re all friends here you’re in exbel woods a mystery dungeon I’d like to wait for the others before I explain things, too pass the time, what’s your name.”
-
“The names Link,” Link answers, his tail swaying from side to side. He was still not comfortable in a place he was not familiar with.

Riley looked up from attempting to chew antennae sized holes in her olive green cap as a few other Pokémon started to wake up. The couple of Pokémon who appeared to know what was going on were talking to the new-comers, and her sensitive feelers couldn’t help but pick up every word. That Loudred was really…loud. They were also throwing a bag around that seemed important. More importantly, apparently not all of the Pokémon here were once humans!?
While the Medicham was talking to the Leafeon, Riley decided to try and strike up a conversation with the Rotom. It seemed like the Rotom was once a human too. Maybe they could compare notes until the “true” Pokémon felt like explaining things. She took the opportunity to test out her new body. The enormous polygonal wings were a little too small and light to make flying natural. Riley rose off of the ground a few inches, but underestimated how hard she needed to flap her developing wings to maintain altitude. The Vibrava quickly plummeted into the ground, crash-landing a bit next to the Rotom.
“Woo, guess I’m going to have to work on that some more but at least I got over here,” Riley commented as she pulled herself up and shook off dirt and disturbed grass. “Howdy there, my name is Riley! Uh, as weird as it sounds I actually used to be a human. What’s your name?”

I walked through the woods, fur flapping in the wind. Wait, is that on the back of my head fur? I have no idea. Anyway, I looked for someone, thinking to myself, What happened? Well, this is what happened. My name’s Taren, I’m the guardian of both my home planets. I also explore dimensions. I originally tested out a system I discovered in another dimension for exploring the Internet physically, and entered my interdimensional portal. Then something happened, and… Ugh, I don’t remember anything after that. Just waking up and wondering what happened, realizing the Mega Emeralds and my main home were unguarded, and telling my interdimensional self Tara to help guard it. As I explored, I discovered a few Pokemon. A Rotom, Vibrava, Leafeon, and Medicham, it looked like. I ran over and said, “Hello! Anyone know what happened?”
-
After a while the Zoroark sighed “welp I’m out of patience,” where as the medicham responded “what about the others,” “already got a plan,” well… alright but-” “YEAH, NOW TO GET READY TO GO OK NOW HERE,” the loudred tosses everyone worn-down leather bags and rusted badges when the zoroark yelled “JEEZ your gonna give me a migraine but anyways you guys are gonna make a rescue team to help us find mew, any objections” the zoroark then smiled to himself you wouldn’t really have a choice if you did
-
“Sigh… Why doesn’t anyone pay attention to me?” I asked myself. I tend to be ignored by Pokemon a lot. I caught the bag and the badge, and said, “I’ll help. Seems like the only way we can do this.” I then remembered something crashing into me on my way here, something cat-like.

BM (Before Mew)
Neko was taking a nap, sunbathing in her hammock in her back yard. The wind was softly blowing through her hair. A sudden breeze picks up, swinging Neko and her hammock violently through the air. She shrieks in surprise as she becomes airborne separated from her hammock, the wind howling around her. With a thud she falls back to earth, and passes out as she hits her head on a tree.AM (After Mew)
“Owwwwwwwww” Reaching up to touch her head, Neko moans feeling a bump starting to form. “What the heck happened to me?” She asks herself looking about her. “How did I even get here?!” Scratching her head she feels another sharp pain much like needles or claws, dug into her scalp. “What–?” Looking at her hands, no, paws she realizes. “WHAT IS THIS?! I AM A CAT!! NO. THIS IS NOT HAPPENING!!! I AM NOT TURNING INTO A CAT. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO-” With that she breaks down crying, curling herself into a ball, oblivious to everything else around her. -
A leather bag and a shoddy looking badge plopped down in front of the damsel-fly like Pokémon. “What? A rescue team?” Riley pinned the badge onto the front of her hat and placed the hat back on her head, threading the antennas through small gnawed holes on the side. “Yeah, I’ve got a few objections for ya,” she replied with a more sassy than truly upset tone. “Some of us have been a Pokémon for what, five minutes, and already you’re asking us to fight real Pokémon? Why does Mew even need help, anyway? He’s a legendary, isn’t he?”
