Ryviena was part of a kind of experiment with meta humans, the object of said experiment achieving a cure for all diseases, they brought Ryviena, a baby from the black marked and started lambasting her body with immunity supplements and diseases until she reached 11, the age when Ryviena started showing sighs of supernatural powers

Unable to handle Ryviena’s power (even the girl didn’t know how to handle then) the lab got overrun by zombies, all the information regarding Ryviena and their research lost withing it. since then Ryviena is living on the streets

Ryviena learned the worse and the best of human nature by living on the streets, to some she is a godness of goodwill and mercy, to others she is a plague that must be purged from the world, she however doesn’t care to that, preferring to working on her singing skills and gang management

History: Lived in the upper class area of the Artemis region, his parents owned a well respected plot which a fair sized house where they all lived with his twin sister.
The two knew they weren’t truly human despite their parents being human, it was evident when both discovered the sprout of wings on their backs (when they were 10) they worried about this as their parents feared the none humans, containing themselves and their children in their small estate which made it hard for the twins to hide their growing secret, however before it became evident of their wings existence to their parents, another power became unlocked within young Charlie. He woke in the night and found everything around him on fire, embers clinging to him as a source but only he wasn’t burning.
The whole estate burned down and he was then found crying with his sisters body beside him by a group of scientists who took him in as Project Black Eagle.
The gave him durable metal wings and reinforced his bone structure from the inside (which he still feels the pain of every now and again) while retaining his light weight so he was able keep his high speed. his wings now turning to a silver looking feathered metal wings and other such experiments, until he had gained full control of his powers and left.

Electrolocation: When in contact with a substance which conducts electricity, she can determine the location of electric fields and nearby objects. In air, she can determine the presence of electrical fields, and is sensitive to electromagnetic waves.

Neuro-electricity Manipulation: By infusing her (or someone’s body she comes in contact with) with an electrical current she can speed up neural impulses and processes. This increases the intensity of pain and speeds up reflexes, thinking, metabolism and healing (halves healing time so better for recovery than in-battle healing), but also has a taxing effect on the body and will leave the recipient exhausted.

Illusions: The greatest skill of a secret cult of light mages, this ability allows for the creation and manipulation of what is known as ‘light matter’. The science is rather complex and laid out below, but most practitioners do not know the science of it. Rather, the science was woven into magical knowledge by the first mage, then passed down through the cult. Lucas is no exception; he only knows that he is creating very realistic illusions, not that he is creating or controlling a magically synthesized breed of matter.

This matter is very similar to matter, and shares some properties with dark matter- for example, like dark matter, it is still affected by, and affects things by, gravity. Like dark matter, it is intangible to human touch. However, it is unique in that it releases energy that affects the atoms around it. The result is that it retains many properties of matter, while carrying the intangibility of dark matter.

The most basic of these properties is visibility. The atoms of light matter are entirely visible to the electromagnetic spectrum, though they only reflect the energy or let it pass through, rather than absorbing it.

The next is audibility. Though not directly able to emit sound, atoms of light matter can emit an energy that causes nearby atoms to vibrate at a frequency relative to the frequency of energy released.

Touch is a bit of a strange one. Though nothing can come into contact with light matter, it can interfere with nerves in such a way that you feel that you are. It does this by emitting pulses of energy that cause the nerve cells to fire. For example, an illusory steel wall would feel solid to the touch even as you push your hand straight through it. An illusory electric fence would shock you terribly, though you could walk through it if you can ignore the pain.

Smell is also strange. Although the atoms of light matter do not themselves attach to olfactory receptors, they can affect atoms in the air as a sort of catalyst. By forming trace elements in the air into molecules that create smell, light matter can create smell- though these smells are severely limited by the amount of elements available to use. In an environment of pure oxygen, for example, smells could not be formed unless they can be compounded from only oxygen molecules.

Finally, light matter creates a sort of sixth sense by emitting electromagnetic fields and magical energy. An illusory person would have the electrical fields associated with the human brain, and the ‘aura’ associated with life.

Key weaknesses of illusions are that no matter what you perceive, they are intangible. Though it may cause pain to walk through an illusory wall, you’ll be able to do so, and even the pain will subside with time. Also, if Lucas is knocked unconscious, all illusions created by him will vanish on the spot.

Light blasts: Spherical missiles that travel slowly but explode for huge damage.

Light bullets: Tiny spheres of light that do low damage, but many can be fired at once and they travel very quickly.

Light spears: Long, sharp lines of light that do medium damage and pierce through armor.

Light healing: Lucas can heal himself and others. Though he cannot bring people from the dead, he can heal most injuries and diseases. Even inanimate objects can be healed, which is very convenient when his beloved city is damaged in a fight. This is a result of a combination of telekinesis and a purification aspect of light.

Invisibility: Goes along with illusions, but worth specific mention. Grants inability to perceive Lucas or anyone of his choosing by the same manner that illusions makes them perceptible. Just as illusions cannot be felt, though, invisible people can be.

Supernova: A light ability that involves releasing a massive explosion of light from his body (think something on the level of destroying a city block) and teleporting elsewhere. Rarely used due to strain- it makes him exhausted for days- but useful to fake a heroic death.

9. History: Prefer not to reveal at this point, but I’ll reveal that it involved the cult of light mages mentioned earlier.

10. Personality: A very friendly boy. Exactly the type your mother wants you to be friends with. Altruistic, heroic, powerful, smart, kind… Except for one thing. He’s not. In truth, the White Knight is quite possibly the most deadly villain to walk the streets of Elium yet, for one simple reason. No one will know he’s the villain, if he plays his cards right. Lucas wants nothing less than domination of the city, then the nation, then the world, until everyone is under his spell, and he has fashioned himself into a god of sorts.

All of his abilities come from a void in his chest, which absorbs Dark Matter particles and the collisions from said particles and the ensuing radiation power him to be able to survive and slow down his aging for as long as his body will last under the constant wear and tear it is put through.

Electromagnetic Fundamental Force Manipulation, capable of manipulating magnetism, electromagnetic radiation, and electricity. Through it he can manipulate and generate Microwaves, Radiation, Infared Radiation, X-rays, and Radio waves. He does not have absolute control of electromagnetism and relies on his physical ability plus that of his control of his power as the more he lifts, and moves around, the more it pushes against him as well.

He is capable of lifting 75 tons, and moving at 200,000 mph by converting most of his mass to electricity. He can only go that fast in orbit as moving that fast in the atmosphere will tear his body apart.

By manipulating his own magnetic field he is capable of flying and hovering.

He is capable of manipulating vector fields to deflect oncoming attacks. He cannot directly reflect it back in the opposite direction. He must know the attack is coming to be able to manipulate it’s vectors as well. The Vectors are only EM Vectors and can only work on things that are magnetic. So he can only deflect EM waves, metallic objects, electricity, and anything that’s been magnetized.

His durability is superhuman but not entirely bulletproof. Assault rifle rounds, and below will glance off of, and maybe hurt the body slightly, but tank rounds, anti material rounds, rail gun fire, will all seriously or critically damage him.

Jericho has Schizophrenia. When he doesn’t take his pills for a long period of time the hallucinations have a tendency to cause a power to activate. To create an Exobody built from self contained plasma and holding it together with EM waves. In this state he is able to perceive more by sense of sight and hearing, allowing his manipulation of Vectors to be much more accurate and perceive much more incoming attacks. In this state the hallucinations are so great that he must either run out of energy, and fall to sleep, be given his meds by someone entering the Exobody somehow, or being calmed by any number things be it loud, yet soothing music, telepathy, hitting it successfully enough times to drain the energy from the Exobody, or getting the man inside listening to reason. The form may also completely drain of energy if he’s in the form long enough.
