  Description of Witch’s Barrier:

  Witches are given ranks depending on the amount of abilities they have.

  D Rank: 1 Ability
  C Rank: 2 Abilities
  B Rank: 3 Abilities (Rare and extremely difficult to defeat. Requires special permission.)
  A Rank: 4 Abilities (Very rare, only playable by leveling up a Witch character)
  S Rank: nigh unbeatable in combat and capable of working together with other witches. (Unplayable)

  These ranks determine how many uses their dropped Grief Seed is to players.
  A Witch may increase their rank by defeating Magical Girls/Boys. One victory allows the Witch to gain the ability of the defeated magic user or the Witch may save up two victories and gain a new ability of their choice.

  A transformed Magical Girl/Boy starts out at least C rank, while a transformed Familiar starts out at D rank.

  Familiars are created by trapping, tricking and killing innocent humans. Each human creates 5 familiars. A Witch may not have more than 50 familiars. When this limit is exceeded, one familiar will transform into a Rank D Witch and move out.

  Witches may not cooperate unless they are in the presence of an S rank.
