*Finally, they all step into the room with Lady Helena. They can hear yoga music playing in the background and wonde what their next steps will be.*

There will be a few things you need to know before you begin. Come stand on your yoga mats and face the front of the room.
Yoga is about is about calming your body, soul and mind. Making harmony. You should be able to release expectations, feel gratitude and peace. You should also find comfort in stillness. And don’t worry if you mess up the pose. The idea is that you find a pose comfortable to you. Sometimes there are different styles of one pose so that you can follow along hai!

I’m glad we get to do this with you Lady Helena, you already have this peaceful aura about you! The soothing sounds and the sweet smell of the candles just add to the atmosphere! I say we’re ready!

Alright! *She points at a chart that is in front of them.* Let’s start with these poses that my cousin Noloty conveniently left here for us. We’ll work on them together. Don’t rush! We’ll do our best okay!

hehe This is actually fun and relaxing. It’s also not as simple as it looks. *She then remains silent, focuses as she does the moves and starts to feel some connection what Helena was explaining earlier as she was noting her breathing during each pose.*

Ah these feel sooooo good! Lady Noloty sure had a brilliant idea making a yoga room for the spa. I love it! We need to come up with Yoga moves for our bunny ears though. Not you lady Helena. *She giggles and the rest of them take a break to laugh, then they continue quietly. * I love these, I feel so good!
