“Really? To me the words come easy.” Fang pulls out his phone and brings the the notes for the guitar for ‘Throne’. “Can you play this?” He shows Nagisa the song.

“Oh! I think I’ve heard this song before, let me try.” He plays a version of the song slightly different from the tab Fang showed that also incorperated the synth part and some of the melody, though it sounded kinda wierd being played on an acoustic steel-string rather than an electric bass. After finishing, Nagisa put his giutar down on his lap, “Was it ok? I haven’t played something like that in a while, was it bad?”

Fang stares at him for a few seconds then he smiles, “That was amazing!”

“E-eh? You think so?” his cheeks take on the slightest trace of pink and he looks down with an embarassed smile, “thanks…”

Fang smiles brightly, “Can you play it again? Please…”

“Uh, y-yeah sure…” Nagisa picked up his guitar and played it again.

Fang closes his eyes and sings along with the music. Knowing the song word for word.

After finishing the song, Nagisa puts his guitar down again and smiles at Fang, “Wow… Your voice is really nice, you’re really great, you know?”

Fang opens his eyes but they quickly go to the ground, “Thanks…”

Nagisa leans back, seeming to have relaxed quite a bit, and absenmindedly plays a bittersweet melody. Â “I guess we’re both a little awkward, huh?”

Fang shrugs, “Yeah, oh are you hungry?”

“Um, yeah, I guess so…” Nagisa said, beginning to put his guitar back in the case and ungracefully shoving some fallen papers inside too, “D-did you have anything in mind?”

“Well we can only have a snack since my aunt will be bringing home dinner.” Fang saus as he gets up.

“Ok…” Nagisa stands up after Fang, “Ah… but you don’t have to go out of your way for me…” he looked down and nervously held his arm, “I… don’t want to be an inconvenience or anything…””

Fang looks at him then he goes over to him and gently touches his arm, “You are not an inconvenience in this house. You are my top priority as the guest of this house.”
