So a big issue that I have come to encounter with role playing is the format of the game. There are many different ways you can go about formatting. Some of the main formats I like to use are:
1) Enclosing actions within: * * or – –
example: *Throws a knife at your head* or -eats cake-
2) Keep the talkin’ in the quotes: ” “
example: “Dont you dare touch my ice cream!”
3) Italics are you friend. You see the “i” button up there on top of the text box? You can find it in between the bold and the link. It’s perfect when you want to /think/ something.
example: I should steal Bell’s chocolate, it looks yummy. He thought before remembering that Bell disembowels anyone who takes her sweets.
4) Emphasis on a word(s). Remember /think/ from point 3? Yup, / / is a nice tool for your use.
Bell out.
