There are 2 groups. Each group has 2 troops.
There is also a border. A border is where you are allowed to meet other people from different groups or troops, but you must start your RPs like this if you’re either A) goin to the border B) Different troop location C) Just a place with a mix of groups/troops:Cadet or officer [Name] group [#] troop [#]

Yea jump into any group you choose. And it depends on the setting please introduce your self to the group leader -

Hello sorry if this is entirely impossible but would it be allowed if I were to start another group? Not a training one but more for people who want to play the older, less wild graduates of the boot camps? I’d do my best to keep it from interfering in your affairs, I promise.
