Sandy followed the werewolf towards the sound of hysterical giggling, hoping that perhaps the promised extra dessert was to be found there. Easing the door open with a slow creak, he peeked into the room only to find one of the cadets unconscious and restrained while Miss Bel held an empty syringe. He winced, having been on the receiving end of sedatives before and decided not to enter the door. Either the cadet had a serious problem (like rabies?) which would require all of Miss Bel’s attention or there was something incredibly unsavory about this institution and it would be best to not get involved. Still, one question was engraved in his mind as he eavesdropped outside the door.

What happened? And what type of place was the boss lady running anyway?

((Sorry people this one is going to go rather fast, but hopefully it will allow everyone to get back to base and their heads in the game))
“AHHHHHHHH!!!” Bell shrieks, and drops the syringes she is holding, as she is tackled by the six year old. Staring down she see the little girl and promptly begins to scold her. “Adeline Morfran Lovett! Never scare me like that again!!” Bell tugs her cheeks firmly as punishment, before hugging her in a tight embrace. “Awwwww. Your steak is in the kitchen you know? It’s probably cold now but we can always reheat it I guess.”
Turning to Arron and Maylee she tells them “I’ll explain later. For now lets just head outside, I dont want to be in here if she starts flipping out again” Bell walks out the door, dragging the small child behind her still clutched to her waist, all the while thinking to herself. Oh man, I hope the tranqs are strong enough to keep her down this time until she recovers enough to be able to control herself.
Leaving the infirmary, Bell drops the now empty syringes into a bin by the door, and dusts off her hands. Outside of the building she turns and asks the older figures “So. Who wants a late lunch? If you are hungry the mess hall is still serving food.”
((I figure its about lunch time/1pm. Or that you two will probably want to eat some more…Fatties. :P))
“I have some other business to attend to so you two are on your own for now until everyone else makes it back.” Turning, Bell walks away still dragging the small figure behind her. Forgetting something she turns back to ask another question to Maylee. “Oh I nearly forgot! May are you thinking of joining us? We could always use another. And I’ll give you permission to break Arron” She points at the male standing next to you with a evil grin on her face. “As much as you want if you decide to stay on.”
Towing along the little girl, she walks back to the kitchen. Once inside she plonks the small child down into a chair and promptly zaps a plate of steak in a machine leaving the steak a steaming hot bloody mess. “Here Addy.” Bell says. “I will be back in a moment, alright? I need to go check up on the rest of the Cadets.”

In the command room Bell once again places on her head set to come in contact with Rei. “Base to Rei. You hearing me? I need you to make sure that no one else is out there and that all of the kiddies got back safely. I think that Teanay is the only one left. I am sending her coordinates to you now.” She finishes with entering their location into Rei’s receiver.

((Ok sorry. I know not much time to respond. But I had to get everyone covered. TTYL ~Bell))

I walked into the room, glancing at Kissa and cringing slightly. I looked around and began to head towards the hallways. “Well, see ya later Sandy!” I waved behind my back as I headed towards the command room.

Max sat against the wall, his hair dropping droplets of water. He had poured water over his head, trying to cool himself off. His weapons were scattered across his room. Sitting up straighter; he collected his weapons, putting them back in their rightful places, before getting up. Stretching, he went into his bathroom. Splashing cold water in his face. Walking out of his dorm his stomach started to growl. I need some food. Sighing, he walked over to the mess hall, looking for food.

“See you, Crystal!” Sandy replied before immediately heading towards the mess hall in search of lunch. It seemed he wouldn’t be getting any additional dessert, which was fair since he hadn’t actually ended up doing anything. “Oh well, at least I have a consolation prize~~,” he reassured himself, singing the last word.

Arron raises an eye brow as Bell leaves the room. He looks to the insane looking girl at his side. “Just so you know, if you do lay a hand on me I will respond. And I can guarantee you wont see it coming. It will probably involve you vomiting up your own organs” Arron heads into the mess hall without another word.

Maylee, still grinning from the infirmary ordeal, considered her host’s invite. She had no where else to really go. Her previous employer could not handle how she did her work. She couldn’t imagine how she would be useful amongst a group so young. But, she was once in their shoes as well, and she learned much of what she knew when she was their age. She wasn’t sure if her host was serious about using this man as her practice dummy, but she would probably find a way to toy with him either way. “Sure, I’ll stick around. Hopefully you can find some use for me and my talents” she said.

After Arron reacted to Bell’s statement, Maylee grinned baring her teeth. “You say that now, but I’m sure I could have you crying for your momma in a matter of minutes.” Her grin growing larger, “Or you’ll be begging me to end your misery with my dagger through your heart.”

She turned and walked outside and found a tree to sit under. She just ate and had no desire to be around the others. Instead, she just sat and watched the world around her.

    Infirmary, infirmary, infirmary…

Reiji was back at camp alright, but his mind, his whole demeanor was so dull, so flat, so desolate, he may as well have been a specter of dissipating mist. Through extrasensory- his clairvoyance, if you will, indeed people were gathered in the infirmary, noting the collection of wispy colors huddled in the small gray-white space that represents the building. He watched them in a weird sort of stupor until a cold, icy cold chill pricked along his spine, causing him to recoil sharply, clutching his twisting stomach as his vision- both hypersensitive and normal- flickered in distortion. He pulled away as an unknown flood of apprehension drowned his senses, his boots that felt like he was sloshing through lead automatically moving away from the scene. He did not want to be there. No way in hell would he dare step once closer.

Shooting range, shooting range, shooting range…

With whatever lingering composure he had that did not freeze over from that convulsing act of sudden aversion, he managed to approach the training compound, passing all the buildings with apathy, with an eerily calm stride and an even calmer expression. His hands grasped at his pockets, producing a small key ring, and grabbed at the entrance, his hands moving in autopilot as his brain recalled Bell doing the same earlier- and nothing more, he unlocked and swung the door open, closed it behind him, and made a bee line to the targeting hall in nothing short of swift elegance. He swept his half-gloved hands over some commands on the nearby console, and one of the stalls hummed to life, ready to dispatch poor, poor holograms of silhouettes that would see no mercy from the operating end of his rifle.

He drew out the gun in question, cradling the cool, sleek device of careful havoc, until he let it rest on his shoulder, his hands, as he pressed himself to the edge of the stall. His slate eyes flashed once more, distant drops of color from the corners of his vision dispersing with not a single care from the mercenary, before the last remnants faded, his vision returning to the perception provided by his mask visor, his HUD online but inactive.

He took a breath, a tired, slow sigh, as he lifted his left hand, the hand clutching the midsection of his rifle for balance and aim, and swiped his index finger to summon an array of targets. He lowered his head down to the scope, training his reticle on one of the targets, purposefully following it with barely a twitch of movement as it moved to and fro slowly- a very low setting just to keep his mind at ease. His index finger rested on the trigger, taking his time, until a string of beeps echoed into his ears. He didn’t even react this time, not even a wince as his mind was too numb to even remotely care of his focus being disturbed again. He leisurely received the connection.

Bell’s voice was calm this time, which was nice for a change, but he didn’t indulge into it any further as his mind blankly chewed her words. His visor accepted the incoming coordinates, but his expression didn’t change when he read and pinpointed the location. He didn’t respond for a bit, feigning thought, before he carefully pulled out his words. “Bell, she’s been wandering around the edges of camp the entire time.” Just as she was when he first found her aimlessly walking around before training even began. He left his answer at that, short and concise, still trained to follow his digital target through his scope, like a hawk preying on a mouse, watching.

Kissa wakes up–sort of–on the floor of the infirmary.
“Ugh, not again…..” she mutters. I must’ve taken more damage than I thought… she waves her mostly formless hand in front of her untill it begins to dissapate just in case.
“I hate tranquilizers!!!” she yells, not even bothering to try to get off the floor untill they’ve worn off. “Damn it Bell, if it were easier to pick stuff up in this form you’d be getting the haunting of a lifetime!” Kissa looks to where her real body lies, knowing from expiriece it will continue to reject her untill the worst of her injuries are healed, and the danger of the beast has passed. Still….she’d have to explain things to Bell at least, later. After all, she had only been trying to help. Kissa smles as shefeels her ‘body’ solidify, staggering up and striding through some walls untill she comes across a person in the training room, wispy and hard to focus on like fog. They’re talking, but she can’t hear what they’re saying. She can’t tell who it is untill they begin shooting and she recognises the gun.
“Oh my god Rei?!” she yells in horror and he wisps around, his gun swinging lazily to aim ar her. “Wait. You can see me?”

A small copper bird (Riordan reference for anyone who got that :P) flies out of a small window in Troop 1’s Castle. Swiftly it flies towards the east, finally flying a window in a large building to land on the desk of a surprised Bell.

“That damn boy…what is so important that he had to send a messenger pigeon?! I was busy…” Muttering to herself, she pulls out a thin sheet of metal and places it before the bird. Hurriedly it pecks out the following:

    -… . .-.. .-.. .-.-.- ..- -. … ..- .-. . …. — .– .-.. — -. –. – …. .. … -.-. .- -. –. — — -. ..-. — .-. .-.-.- — .. … –. . – – .. -. –. … ..- … .–. .. -.-. .. — ..- … .-.-.- .-. . –.- ..- . … – .. -. –. .. — — . -.. .. .- – . .-. . — — …- .- .-.. .-.-.- -.– — ..- -. . . -.. – — -.-. .-.. . .- -. – .-. .- .. -. .. -. –. .-. — — — … — -. -.– — ..- .-. .– .- -.– — ..- – .-.-.- .– .- – -.-. …. — ..- – ..-. — .-. – …. . — .- –. .. -.-. ..- … . .-. … … .-.-.-
(For those losery people who havent memorized morse code here is the translation:)
BELL. UNSURE HOW LONG THIS CAN GO ON FOR. M IS GETTING SUSPICIOUS. REQUESTING IMMEDIATE REMOVAL. YOU NEED TO CLEAN TRAINING ROOMS ON YOUR WAY OUT TOO. WATCH OUT FOR THE MAGIC USERS S.

    …Before instantaneously combusting.

After reading his short message twice carefully, she jumps up out of her chair before grabbing her communication device and yelling, “REI!!!!! SHIT IS ABOUT TO HIT THE FAN!!!! I NEED YOUR HELP IN WITH THIS!!!! *In a calmer voice* Can you please get here ASAP? Thanks.”
Closing the discussion she begins sorting through her papers to find the correct documents for what she will need in the events to come.
(Ie I will post details later. Heather and Ceder, get ready…)

Kissa blinks, grinning slyly as Bell cuts off. “See ya,so much more interesting than figuring out what’s up with you.” she says before turning and running through the walls all the way to Bell’s office. Bell is there, sifting through some papers.
“BOO!” Kissa yells, jumping in front of Bell and waving her arms.

Finally calm, Bell nervously shuffles looking for the correct information. A small beeping noise suddenly starts in her headset. In a smooth movement she pulls down a visor over her eyes and glares at the small figure waving her arms in front of her commanding officer.
“Kissa, if you refuse to heal and sleep when commanded I will be forced to restrain both your body and your mind within the infirmary.” Saying this Bell gets up from her desk and yells into the intercom into the infirmary, “IF ANYONE IS STILL IN THERE COULD YOU PLEASE PICK UP THAT BRACELET ON THE SIDE TABLE AND PUT IT ON KISSA’S WRIST?!! BROWNIE POINTS TO THE FIRST PERSON TO DO SO!!!”

“Wait, hang on this isn’t by choice–take that order back!” Kissa protests. “God, what is with all the clairvoyants in this–waaaaait.” Kissa glares suspiciously at Bell. “It’s the helmet isn’t it? Is that why Rei could see me? You know, he didn’t look so great last I saw him. He pointed a gun at me! Well, when I say me…” shesays all in one breath, gesturing with her less focused hands. “What’s the bracelet going to do, exactly?” shea asks nervously.

I slip in, grabbing the bracelet and dangling it between two fingers carefully. “You mean this thing?” I ask with a smile. I was completely prepared for anything that Bell would do, probably not expecting me and all. My muscles were tensed, as if ready for a fight, or even to fly off if needed.

“It will not do much” Bell tells Kissa with a smirk. “It will only confine your spirit to your body, /which/ is where it should be now, resting, and NOT bothering me with your silly antics.” Fuming, Bell once again hits the intercom to the infirmary. “Crystal, its not going to hurt you. It is only going to affect Kissa. Just please put it on her.”
