Teanay sighs as she walks casually over to her room and drops her stuff in the corner sort of neatly, and turns to leave and close the door behind her.
“Now where should I head off to?” she said to herself, “There’s so much new places to go.”
Not being able to decide really, she just heads off in some random direction.

Reiji was in no practical rush, he felt. He’d imagine that Bell would- should- have her hands somewhat full being the commander of several cadets. With his coat draped over his left shoulder, hand clutching the collar, he walked at a casual yet brisk pace down the hallway, watching the area as he trekked. As he neared the entrance to the training complex, he noticed a figure- two, perhaps?- out near the cadets’ dorms. His pace slowed as they looked seemingly lost- or, at least the figure he could make out clearest at this distance- and frowned slightly. What, didn’t get the memo? Well, they’re “kiddies,” as the commander puts it.

“Hey, cadet!” the officer called out, walking a bit closer to the figure to make out a female. He shook his head slightly and slouched his body to the side. He could have sworn he saw a second figure, but he rose his voice some just in case any other slow rookies were in the vicinity. He didn’t want to play scout when he didn’t need to. “The commander has ordered a meet up, so unless you want to face the wrath of her chords of steel,” he smirked some and pivoted around and already began to walk off, “I’d highly suggest following me to the training grounds.”

He was in front of the training complex’s door, already he could hear the clear screaming from inside, causing him to stop in place. He winced some as it was, in fact, his name- no, his pet name was more like it…- ringing his ears. He groaned and slid his mask down over his eyes with his right hand, all the while smoothing his hair and pretending to pick at his ear. Jeez, he was surprised she still as functioning vocal cords if this was a normalcy.

Well, he did say she had chords of steel.

He perked up once Bell began talking about him, then scoffed as he abruptly barged in. “Hey hey hey, I told you that I just wanted an excuse to use my little sweets, not throw more weight on my shoulders for helping you,” he nonchalantly corrected with a smirk splayed over his face, ignoring the little quips in the middle of her statements and acclaims.

As soon as he overheard what sounded like one of his senior officers berate a nearby fellow cadet, Sandy immediately remembered why he had been having that tingling feeling in the back of his mind about not belonging. He was supposed to listen to the intro speech and THEN unpack, not the reverse!

With a sheepish smile, he followed the officer and the cadet to the training grounds and joined the other cadets while attempting to blend into the crowd.

Hearing the yelling, which probably wasn’t hard to NOT hear anyways, she turned around from sort of but not really exploring and walked over to the voice to hear what the officers had to say.

The swaying of the branches felt nice to the man that sat on one of said branches. He sat there, his black hair covering his eyes. Listening to his own thoughts. He looked up when hearing the yelling, faint, but there. I don’t want to go, he thought to himself, but I guess I have too. He got up and jumped down, running over to where he heard the yelling. As he neared the group he looked up and said, “Hey everyone, I’m here now. I was just relaxing for a bit.” Grinning he walked over to everyone.

Kissa stands outside of the building, pacing back and forth. She hears yelling from inside, and her hand strays to her neck, where an obsidian cross hangs. She stops and rocks on her feet, wondering if she should go in and face the screaming woman there.

Reiji tilted his head to the side as he felt presences near the door, smirking when four other cadets entered the training grounds. However, he felt… another still. Eyes narrowed, he called out quickly, “Anyone else? I’m not gonna play hide and seek.”

He eyed and analyzed the current group before him, but with his glinting mask over the upper half of his face it was hard to tell. So… he was supposed to help Bell train them? Hell, they were all pretty much the same age group too, give or take. Tch, he wouldn’t really say he was cut out for teaching material, but he did have a deal. He rubbed the back of his neck briefly with his free hand before slipping on his coat with a single motion, it gently falling to cover him and all his hidden gear and latch-on holsters.

Oh… before she even dares to pick up her previous train of thought.

“Let me make this clear,” and at that, his right hand flashed to the back of his hip and drew one of two of his precious pistols from its holster, inspecting the silver-ivory design with a bored expression. “I don’t care what she said or says before, now, or later,” there, he jabbed a thumb at Bell without sparing as much as a glance, “gun training is completely optional. I’m not going to waste time teaching when you all are here for close combat training and whatnot in the first place.” There was Mel and Troop 1 for that anyway. He smirked toward the commander at the thought of their little conversation, before replacing his gun just as quickly as he drew it.
(Redacted the rest until the influx of more cadets calms down.)

*Huffs then turns back to the cadets*
Well now that his little spiel is over…Who’s ready to get started? Come along kiddies, lets go! *Turns around and marches out the door towards the large building*
On the door reads the inscription: “Boo-Boo Place aka Training Compound”
*Bell steps up and pulls out a small key. Placing the key in the lock she turns it, quickly opens the door and inserts a ticket of some sort into a notch on the side of the door.*
Alright everyone! Welcome to the training compound. We’ve got Knifes, Daggers, Guns *Snorts at this*, Rope, Poison, Torture, Swords, Lasers, Hand-to-hand combat, Everything. So now what do we want to start with first? Rei? Any ideas?

Kissa smirks and watches many of the other cadets gape at Miss Bell in a mix of apprehension and excitement. So far, not a single one had noticed her slip silently into their midst as they made their way to the training center.

Reiji casually dug his gloved hands into his pants pockets as Bell took over again, but once she was on the move he waited a moment before following suit. He watched her open the entrance to the real grounds, taking note of it, and the congregation filed themselves through. He examined the room thoughtfully, taking in every detail as a brief explanation was given. He eyed where every station was located- even rolling his eyes at the mention of guns and the shooting range.

But a single word shot and froze him stiff during the list off, feeling his throat sear with phantom heat and pain. His eyes dilated and shrunk under his mask, causing him to shiver involuntarily for a heartbeat. P-poison… T-that’s what she said, right? He blinked in a daze, before squinting and made a sort of growling noise at the back of his throat. He shook his head as he mentally scolded and cursed himself. Don’t be a damn idiot on the first day before everyone…

The officer flinched some as he heard Bell address him, an expectant look in her eyes. He averted his head to the side, feigning a moment of thought as he ran a hand through his hair to calm him down and think. Why was she asking him? “Well…” he started off, then his mind started churning again and mentally slapped him across the face for being slow. “Should start off simple, at least, save the toys for a little later,” he continued with a cool and casual tone. He then shifted his weight and spun his free hand in a slow but consistent circle. “Perhaps some warm up drills. Sure, this isn’t gym, but I don’t want to hear complaining of cramped muscles from the lack of stretching later on.”

Kissa jumps at the sound of another voice and sees a man in a trench coat and a mask standing behind her. HOW LONG HAD HE BEEN THERE?
