*After the Thanksgiving weekend feast, Sesshomaru, his siblings and a few family members moved into the lounging area to drink sake, absinthe, relax and talk. Sesshomaru felt at ease as he watched Gentoka with his brothers walk about the mansion together. He could see they were showing him every room and how to get around and Gentoka was managing with ease.* I will have to take over after he’s mastered a few things. *he says to his younger brothers Inu and Ranma who are closest to him.* It seems he will be a fast learner. *He then took a swing of his absinthe and handed it over to another sibling.* Anyway, the food was magnificent and the warmth of family is comfortable so I’ll linger here longer.

*Koga was sticking to the beers and then he had a few absinthe bottles next to him to have later in the night when he was read to pass out. *Stumbled back into the lounging area where his brothers sat with bottles of alcohol all thrown about. He went into the kitchen and got a wastebasket. And although he was tipsy, he picked up the empty bottles and tossed them in. He then sat next to the lounge chair where Ryoga was asleep hugging some alcohol bottles and pried one out of his hands.* Damn! What a grip! *he opens it and drinks.* It’s good to just sit here with you and enjoy some drinks. I tried to go jogging but I’m tipsy and sleepy already! Damn we ate and drank a lot. *He chuckles.* I wonder where the rest of the family was during the dinner. I noticed a few missing. Hope they didn’t get into some form of trouble. *he then heard about those that were suffering in the family after the battle.* It goes without saying that all battles will leave their scars. Even if they aren’t visible. But Koga’s right, our family has a way to surpass this pain.

*Normally, Sesshy wouldn’t even consider having alcohol but during large family gatherings and when his brothers were together with him. He always made an exception. He passed around the drinks and felt sleepy from it’s effects himself. They had a huge pile of absinthe bottles, birru, sake, and other alcohol that was brought in sitting on the outside of the lounge area overflowing in the wastebasket. Sesshy would smile as he made himself comfortable on a lounge chair which faced into the lounge area with his back towards the back yard. He would slowly begin to close his eyes and rest as he hadn’t done in a long time.*

*Inu picked up the empty bottles and squashed them all in a wastebag and took tossed them out the gate onto a truck that would take all the bottles and cans to a recycle rent. He then went back to his brothers. They were winding down their drinking and falling asleep in the lounging area. Inu could hear strange movements within the mansion. He was a little too drunk to give it his full attention but he could tell something was going on in Chief Rika’s room.* Hmmm! *he then sat back in his chair* Doesn’t feel ominous so I’ll leave it to to her. *closes his eyes while downing more absinthe.*

*Ranma was already in a deep sleep on one of the lounge chairs. He was so relaxed that he didn’t bother getting up and going to his room. He just rested there dreaming that his daughter had left the house in search of Noloty.. *

*Also passed out, after days of drinking, Kuno was in the Lounging Area his body half on a sofa and half almost hitting the floor. He was having nightmares about his daughter Noloty being in trouble, so he tossed and tossed til he fell on the floor.*
