“Yeah but-” Eni broke off, they were talking in circles. “Look, I don’t really have time to argue this out with you right now. Plus, I noticed the moment she came within a mile of this place. Humans are a bit rare, and her spying won’t do much against me- even if she was working for someone. The pills were definitely aspirin, there were no drugs in the water, so you see, she is not a threat to me. She’s probably one of the ones that’s been living under a rock and knows nothing about the conversions.” Eni walked inside. “Ta,” she said, waving behind her and then barking orders at the few people moving about inside. Except Nuri, of course- Nuri didn’t respect her, and she still didn’t understand why an original had allowed himself to be captured. She knew better than to trust him, though, even if he was ‘sleeping’.

Leto did pick up on them talking about her, the woman came off as dismissive. Which Leto was a bit grateful for, as they conversation came to a close she packed her belongings up. Wait….. the woman had said something that seemed important.. Leto grabbed her notebook once again flipping it open to the last thing eni had said.
” Conversions…. okay, but conversions of what to what?” She uttered quietly be left a reminder to ‘be on her toes ‘ on her forearm because her hands were full. alot of them said to reference the book. Which came in handy. Either way she picked up her backpack and had decided to talk to the male. Her hands held the notebook open, she was ready.
“Um…..Not to sound like a petulant child or anything, may I ask about the current situation of the place, so I know whether I should leave or not in the morning. Thank you in advance.”
-
Mildly perplexed at being dismissed like that, Damien stood still for a few minutes, staring at nothing.
“Ok….Ummm……well….that…didn’t really work out as expected….. What now?” He asked himself, sitting down.
-
Ermmm…..well…it appears safe ..for now …I guess. What are you doing here human?”

Blaise’s boots scraped up the stairs of her front porch, where she twisted the door knob letting the door swing open. “I’m home!” She shouted through gritted teeth, and found her mother sitting like a little tulip on a lily pad–her purple-fading to white skirt fanning out around her. Blaise’s mom looked far different from the fiery red-head, having elegant long red-pinkish hair and bright clear blue eyes. Some could mistake her as a cold-one. “Mom…” Blaise said quietly to the too young looking woman in her late thirties. “Where’s dad?”
Ingrid assested her daughter with those bright eyes, her mouth turning down-ward in distaste at the sight of her only daughter. She reached for her glass of wine. “He’s busy, Blaise. Why don’t you sit down and braid hair with me or something? I see you’ve been running about in trousers again like some butch. Sit down.” She nodded toward the empty seat before her, and Blaise frowned. Looked like she’d been caught again by the silvery web of her mother. What a spider. “Yes, mum,” She sat down obediently.

” I am just wandering, I don’t know where I am heading nor do I remember where I’m from”
-
“Oh, that happens a lot,” Eni called from inside. “Lots of the humans that are left can’t remember a thing about their old lives.” she contemplated aloud. She swished about and untucked her wings in her mad rush about the home- she wasn’t showing off or anything- she just sorta forgot about them sometimes.
-
” Well do all humans not remember people or events? Because if that is the case then I Â fit the bill completely.” Leto called back to the woman making sure to write down the conversation.
-
“I wouldn’t know,” she answered, coming outside and looking at the girl with her gold eyes. “Seeing as how I’m not a human.”
-
” I am sure  that I am not the only human you have come across though,  right? I mean even if my  race is…. sparse you  have enough  knowledge  to probably make the deduction….. According to my notes I have not run into  anyone  for a long while now.”  Leto said calmly looking at the woman  writing notes down as she went. ” What are your names?”
-
“You can call me Eni.” Eni avoided the question because to be honest she didn’t know. It was the human part of you that remembered your human name, and she was two things: Sunbeast and Riesling. Neither of her creators had stayed alive long enough to give her a name. “Do you have problems remembering things even as they happen?” she asked, an idea taking form in her mind.
-
” There are times where that happens which is why i do short hand notes, I have seven of them in my bag from recording conversations and physical descriptions of thing I have seen or heard while observing and the only reason I remember that they exist is because I see them when I go in my bag, and because I am doing that as we speak. and the reminders on my hands.” Leto said glancing at the many scrawls on her arms and hands.  “Who knows one day I might remember who ‘Thero’ was and why I need to’ find him.'” She said before  grumbling softly.
-
“Well, you can come with us, if you like.” Eni said, smiling. “Not every day you find an unafraid human.” what am I doing we’re all going to get caught “ut there’s no pressure to.”.
-
Eni crossed her arms and looked at him. “I don’t know, are you going to keep arguing ethics with me and saying peace is never gonna happen?” she grumbled.
