He stood there for a second “…thank you…” he said and continues inside.

She follows in after him, and feels her skirt before remembering leaving her purse at home prior to running out hastily. With a sigh she nodded to the counter, “what would you like?” The menu had many things up on the board and Bonnie walked over to the older lady who seemed to be the only one unfrightend of the ginger in the shop. “Bonnie…is this a friend of yours?” Asked the older lady, leaning on the counter. “No. Could I have coffee black with foam on it? Large please, and put it on my tab. My acquaintance’s drink will go on with that.” The woman nodded before getting to work on the first coffee, leaving them in silence.

“What a nice combination. I love it when parents name their kids things that actually mean something.” She looked over at the older woman who had returned with her coffee. “Are you going to get anything? “They both looked at Russian man.

The older woman tipped her head showing she understood. “Pretty fancy. “Bonnie said taking a sip from her piping hot coffee. She closed her eyes enjoying the warmth from the coffee, deciding a place near the heater when the woman returned with his drink. “You too have fun now! “Said the older woman waving to them as Bonnie walked over to the booth near the window with the heater by it, clearly not second-guessing herself on Garamoniya following her.

Garmoniya grabbed the cup and thanked the woman. He blew on the coffee as he followed Bonnie to the seats next to the heater.

<span style=”background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);”>She looked at him with her green eyes, holding her hands together and leaning her chin onto them. “if you were to kill someone in my house, would you tell me? As you seen so far I am quite the honest person so I wonder if you were the same…” she tilted her head a bit as if to urge him to say something.</span>

“A bit straight forward aren’t you?” He asked cocking his eye “You juts met me and you suspect I did it? You know, murderers don’t normally give themselves out that easily.” Garmoniya said sitting down “But, if it were my mission, I would not hesitate. I am not afraid of the Zimbalti.”

“I don’t understand why people aren’t straight forward. Cut the chase and get to the point is what I say.” She sneezed a bit, “`Scuse me. And I suspect you because I have not seen you in this town for all sixteen years of my life, and as I said before you are wearing a trench coat–Something not custom for this time of year. Furthermore you’ve proven you’re a foreigner to these parts by not fearing my family.” She didn’t say anything as a threat, really, more of a statement from a machine. No undertones or feeling about it.

“Perhaps I am a gypsy. Perhaps I am new to town. You should not rush to conclusion.” he said and took off his hat “But I really do not know about anything of a murder.”

“I see.” She said, her face giving nothing away as she watched him take off his hat. “A gypsy, yes? Then…why have such a complicated knife? Do gypsys often have young girls tapping their shoulders with their pet owls stalking them?”

“You are the one who chose to follow me.” He said and took a swizzle stick from the holder on the table and stirred his coffee “And the knife is for protection. Plus it looks cool.”
