“Please demon’s wish they were me.” The voice said before lowering the flames to show a guy standing in front of her with a puppy on his head. “Names Nero and this guy is Reno used to also be Nero but too much confusion.” He said before making a coming gesture. “Now lets get those burgers im hungry.”

“how many favors do i owe you? 10?”

“nah, you don’t owe me anything”, she said starting to blush a little.

Natalie smiles a bit and sips her drink a bit more, “Nice to meet you Nero.” She nods and walks along, glancing at the puppy. “Name’s Natalie.” She smiles a bit, “You paying or me?”

“yea i do, you want to go get some food? i’ll pay”

“I offered so i pay plus i have Coupon.” He said waving a little piece of paper before stuffing it back in his pocket. “So care to explain why one of my friends has a bullet wound.” He asked as they made it to the burger place.

“um, sure”, Nova said still lightly blushing, she smiled.

Natalie walks along with him, holstering her weapons, “That was instinct… In my position you probably would have done the same… And I also planned to… maybe… rob… someone…” She says, slightly getting quieter with her voice.

“um, a samwhich place?”, she said shrugging.

“…no…i wouldn’t have done that.” Nero said in a serious voice. “More then likely i would have roasted their ass and take their shit.” He said before laughing. “But it’s in the past no one is fataly injured so water under the bridge.” He said before opening the door. “Ladies first.”
