“Ahh, not really. It’s really Goldmyth.” She smiled, thinking of Goldmyth’s luck with familiars.
~~“Yes. Ace, a true pleasure to meet you.” Her black eyes gleamed, and she looked around before jumping off the bench, and wagging her tail at them.. “Classes begin soon. I care to be punctual, so if you would excuse me.” She grinned wolfish-y before taking off.
-
“Transfiguration!” Calcifer barked excitedly. “Ooh you can use lightning too? I guess maybe it isn’t as uncommon as I thought!” He looked around, a doggish grin on his face and a wagging tail. “There are so many familiars here! Arctic fox- I think I saw a dragon before- ooh is that a jaguar?”
He suddenly seemed to remember he was supposed to be introducing himself to the poor wizard in front of him. “My name’s Calcifer, I’m a red wolf!” he yipped, tongue lolling out at the end of his speech.
-
Goldmyth sighed and looked at her breakfast it suddenly turned to small pebbles, “Oh christ, how did that happen?”
-
“Attention students! Please be on time for your first class that starts in 15 minutes! Since today is a first day tardies will not count against you however on normal days hall sweeps will be performed throughout the school to ensure students attend class. Thank you!” Ms. Claude, for some reason, was on the loud speaker today rather than Ms. Vine.Â
-
“Dif per-san,” Liv mumbled now with a mouth full of beagle looking at the speaker.
-
“Yeah, they are different. I hope Ms. Vine is okay.” Piper said before standing up with a stretch. “You about done there Gold, Liv? We all have Transfiguration, yes?”
-
“Uh, yeah. I’m done.” Goldmyth shakes her try filled with pebbles, “I think I’m done.”
-
“A’m done,” Liv said throwing her napkin away, before turning to her roommates.”Lasses I ‘ave been practicing this, look,” She smiled and put on a concentration face before her canine teeth grew sharp like a bear before changing back.
-
“Still, that was really cool!” Piper smiled excitedly, stepping closer. “It’s a true talent to shapeshift, you know, and most people can’t even get a knack of it.”
-
“No problem.” She said, moving from the breakfast room which was rapidly cleaning itself up. “I bet you’ll be a wizard at transfiguration.”
-
*Liv shrugged and scratched the back of her head*”We should be ganging to class aboot now,” Liv said looking at the tables clean, she hefted her bag on her back.
