*Liv shrugged,”Man i wanted to test my fighting skill”, she though.*”gwiohefoidqw”, she mumbled and walked off back to her house, now really really tiered.
-
Swarine arched an eyebrow. This was a land of Vikings, was it not? Then why was she just left off the hook? She sighed and jumped down into the snow, cringing as she landed on her leg. She sighed. That leg was just getting beaten up today, wasn’t it? She shrugged and pulled her cloak around her again, throwing her hood up and trudging through the snow. She heard there was a village near by, now, how to get to it? That was a whole new problem…
-
I return home. “Where is Astrid?” My grandfather asked. “I sent her home, she isn’t here?” I quickly turn around and run off towards the road Astrid would have taken to get home. “Astrid!” I yell out looking for her.
-
Torrad walks back over, seeing the girl and dog both in one piece. Or at least as one of a piece as Nolegs could be… Now, he had his axe on his back and a large amount of firewood in a leather sack on his back. “Alright, my friend. Are you ready to leave then?”
-
Torrad smiles a bit and leads the way, “Nolegs! Walk.” Nolegs then walks along with both the tall man and the young woman, “What is your name again friend? I am Torrad Melkolfson.” He says, holding his hand out to shake, “And you know Nolegs by now.”
-
I slowly walk through the forest, listening for any game, a hear a twig snap, i turn around and see a black rabbit, i draw back my bow and shoot it, i put it into my bag, i start headnig back when i see deer tracks, i follow them until i catch sight of it, i draw back and release, it hits it in the neck, the deer runs a short distance and falls, i finish the dying deer with the dagger that was thrown at me, i hang the dear over my shoulders and head back

*Once she got home, she opened the shop tiered but not sleepy, she decided if anyone needed anything at this hour she might as well be awake for it. she unlocked the front door, proped it open with a heavy wood mouse she had carved. the light from the shop illuminated the road a little more. she sat down behind the counter and looked at the bowl full of game pieces for Tafl set on the counter, there was a stack of boards underneath the counter for the game. Anything made of wood Liv made and most likely had in stock, she passed the time carving more pendants and rune sticks*

Swarine sighed and jumped into the tree. It was quiet… Maybe if she had actually introduced herself to them, she wouldn’t have to navigate a foreign forest  by herself. On the other hand, she was afraid she was going to get shot at again.
-
Nolegs begins to bark at the trees again, hopping slightly now, as if she wanted something. Torrad looks at her, “Nolegs! What are you doin’?” He looks up, “Gah! The monkey…” He sighs, “You know, for a monkey you aren’t throwing much crap!” He shouts, a bit disappointed in the monkey legend.
-
“I’m Astrid.” She shake his hands. “Are we almost to the village?” She asked jumping over a large root in the ground.
-
Swarine jumped down, anger burning in her dark green eyes,”I’m not a monkey! I’m human, just like you.” She crossed her arms and huffed,”Monkeys are real, y’know. They’re not in this region of the world.” She looked away and sighed,”Anyway… Now that my rant is over… I’ll be taking my leave..”
-
Torrad shakes her hand and smiles, the forest clearing into a view of the village. He look and sees a boy running around calling for Astrid, “Well, a pleasure to meet you Astrid, but it seems like you’re friend was looking for you, as well!” He lets out a hearty chuckle, still walking with her.
-
She watches from the trees and smirks before hanging upside down on one of the branches, stopping the group in their steps,”Excuse me, but could you tell me where I am? I kinda… Got myself lost… Again.” She awkwardly chuckles and cringes as she rubs her injured leg across the tree bark.
-
I see astrid. “Astrid.” I run up and grab her. “Why did you wonder off? I told you to go to Grandfather.”
