[The Best Kind of Villian]

What makes a city a city? A population. This is where you create you home of people. I say home of people, because in this place, not every person is a lone wolf, families do in fact exist! Weather you control the entirety of a family is up to you, but do not just join up with anyone’s without asking first. I (@greenleaf) will not have a character, but I’ll be messing with most of the NPCs you encounter.

You may make your people as you wish, but I would at least ask that you have these key things (exact titles are optional):

Profession/Occupation: (list the people that have jobs in the city and what it is. Job descriptions are optional but if I don’t know I’ll probably ask you)

This is my personal character.

Person: Elliot Artificer

Profession: Farmer

Living Area: Rural Outskirts

Backstory: Previously a vagabond, he was able to miraculously turn his life around to become a humble farmer in the lovely yet strange town of Cornell. He’s been growing and selling produce for half a decade now and has a good grasp of agriculture and husbandry, he also still holds onto some of skills and quirks he had when he was a penny-less traveler. He enjoys philosophical conversation, contemporary art, and donuts+coffee.

Person: Ms. Marice, Octavia Marice

Profession: Elementary teacher, sometimes substitutes for Middle School and High School

Living Area: Main Street, works in Einstein Project.

Backstory: Always the peaceful one, Octavia was the one to settle many of the rambunctious kids in her family. Being the oldest of three, Octavia frequently took care of her siblings and had a love for teaching them new things, especially alchemy which she had an apt for. Eventually Octavia grew up and got her  degree in teaching, math, and anatomy. Octavia traveled a bit before deciding to settle in Cornell as a teacher to grades 2 and up.

[The Destructive Force]

Person: Penja Acavado/Penja the Eccentric

Profession/Occupation: Professional Entertainer/Trickster

Living Area: Main Street, works in “Penja’s House of Tricks and Treats Galore!”

Backstory: Penja Acavado was born in a farming family near the outskirts of the city. When she was young, she cared about her family very dearly, and wanted to make light for her loved ones’ world; although, alternatively, she seemed to be living in her own. It wasn’t before long Penja realizes that her life was meant to entertain the masses! Night after night, she would practice a tremendous number of tricks and, when she got bored, she practiced baking sweets. After graduation, she moved to the city and began a new life entertaining the people, both young and old!

Backstory: Got into trouble a lot when younger because of her curiosity. However,she has Octavia to keep peace and help her out. She got her masters in animation but figured she would like to teach art more. Now she is taking online classes to get her teaching license and selling art in the process.

Profession: Gun Dealer/ Gun smith

Backstory: Uncle was a cop, Dylan always wanted to be one. Grew up shooting guns at his uncle’s farm. One day he got his with a piece of shrapnel hit his eye, and he was blinded in one eye. he never could shoot accurately after that. Went to college for gunsmithing, and set up a gun repair/ gun shop.

Persons: Dr. Lt. Roger Tenonson (Primary) [Emily Tenonson (Adopted Daughter; visits at times, but usually away at college in another city)]

Profession: Librarian and Curator of Literary Antiquities/Scientific Consultant/Former Entrepreneur

Living Place: A pleasant ‘American Craftsman’-style home placed directly on the border between the Einstein Project and Scholar’s Plaza, in proximity to a Transportation area (trains); also, he keeps a small, private apartment in the City Capitol

Backstory: Having originally grown up in Cornell, Roger briefly served as a doctor in the military, first on the front-lines, and later as a research specialist developing bionics and artificial tissue. As one of the youngest and celebrated officers and researchers for his age, he retired, having achieved the rank of lieutenant, after fifteen years at the age of 35. He then, briefly moving to New York, ended up adopting a young child named Emily, the child of his previous Cornell sweetheart Sarah Rogers, who tragically and prematurely died in a lab accident at the Einstein Project. Having adopted the four-year-old Emily, he returned to Cornell, and became a dedicated and trusted member of the community, with a small fortune from his former patents. Ultimately, however, he set aside his scientific interests following the death of Sarah, serving only as a consultant and administrator for certain projects. Instead, he attends and oversees certain more diplomatic matters in town politics, and has pursued his passion for history and reading as one of the head Librarians and overall Curator of Literary Antiquities at the various museums, taking care of older books and other artifacts. He is now 50, but, despite his calm, welcoming exterior, has had darkness touch various aspects of his life, with secrets of the past threatening his present.

Persons:Alice domina /Damien Rhasphodos

Proffesion : both police.Alice is a sargeant, Damien is a constable. Damien is also a part time artist and guitarist for hire.

Living space :Alice lives in a small, serviceable flat with little more than the necessities of life. Damien, being a bit less practical , lives in his own bungalow, decorated to suit his appreciation of music and art ,The interior design shows his flamboyant side. Both these houses are found within the residential area, some distance from each other.

Backstory: Alice was never anyone special. She did OK throughout education, leaving to find a job after finishing college. She became a policewoman because it seemed an interesting yet not too difficult job. She became sargeant quickly. In her free time she stays active, keeping her mind and body trained.

Damien has always been an extrovert, displaying a marvellous and slightly crazy personality from a young age. Favouring arts, drama and music during his education, he was often laughed at for being too feminine, but remained undeterred. After leaving education, he found out quickly that art and music was an unpredictable career path and joined the police to provide himself with a steady income

Backstory:When he was little he was abused till he was 10 where he started to train in martial arts and he began the art or parkour around the town where he would run and jump along rooftops and walls with his friends till one day he was captured and taken far away from his home when he found out he was in china he met a old and wise man that taught him jujitsu then when he was 20 he left his home in china to hunt down a man in the town of Cornell where he assassinated the man in his shower when he found out the background of the town he decided to stay and become a weapon and automotive repair man to this day he is a known man but not as a assassin but as a kind and caring man till the spell that was put on him as a newborn start to kick in and it is gonna change the thought of this kind face.

BackStory: Moved to the town from Scotland so she had a slight accent from her homeland. She specializes in sting instruments but can also teach wind instruments as well, she tends to read a bunch as well as ride her bike almost everywhere. She doesn’t own a car, hence the reason why she rides her bike so much.

Profession-Thief/student

Living Area-Main street, small apartment

Backstory- Naname is the youngest twin, she usually is always dressed exactly like her brother and even having the same hair cut making them look exactly alike and hard to tell apart making many people mistake her to be a boy or her twin. The only different is a small birthmark on her chest which is always bandaged up to look flat. She can also imitate his voice as well. The two of them are thieves and will steal anything they can get their hands on, from money to jewelry and more, the two of them are also know to switch places a lot while stealing.

Profession: Thief/Student

Backstory: Aisuke was the older twin, he dressed similar to his sister and liked switching places with her occasionally.  He was the brains with skills while his sister was a better actor with skills. They’ve been thieves for as long as he remembered and they continued to do so for a living and hobby.
