Demons and Angels have fought for too long , the prolonged war having devastating effects on both sides, leaving them deprived of magic and with dying populations. Heaven and Hell has had enough, sending both demons and angels to earth in an isolated forest in Australia, the most dangerous continent on Earth, with limiters, limited stamina and weaker magic making them have to depend on others. This is to form bonds that will hopefully end their war, an example of peace a sample before going larger and larger, though there are still some who oppose this peace….
Story Arc
-
“Inexperienced…hm.” Aureolin said, finishing off the last kabob. “I do hope my time here changes that. I know some measure of optimism is important, but I won’t become a pollyanna. I just want to help as much as possible.”
-
Caligula shrugged. He listened to Jaya’s speech with one ear, still paying more attention to his notebook, “I personally don’t plan on changing.” He said bluntly, “I’ve operated perfectly well for the past several decades and have no interest in disrupting that operation.”
-
Celest looks at Aureolin, “I’m sure you’re pretty experienced after all you are very helpful.” she says with a smile before looking back towards Caligula “What’s wrong with a bit of change?” she asks.
-
Caligula shrugged slightly, flipping a few pages back in his notebook, “If something isn’t broken, then attempting to fix it can only cause harm.” He explained halfway absentmindedly, “I’m sated with my life. From my viewpoint, to add or remove anything would be a pointless gamble.”
-
Aureolin stook up and stretched, revealing a nearly 9-foot wingspan. “Ahhh. I appreciate the kindness, Celest. I would continue to listen to this conversation, but I am very curious about the house. I’m going to look inside.” she said before walking towards the house Celest assembled.
-
“Oh then let me show it to you then!” Celests says with excitement as she quickly stuffs the outfit she was working on into her bag and rushes towards the house opening the door for Aureolin. “I made sure everyone has their own room with a bed, table and chair . Just the basics but if you have any recommendations I can create more items.” she says looking back to Aureolin.
-
Jaya looked at the food and back at the angels contemplating whether he should check it out as well before grabbing a few sticks and following.
“A lot more spacey than I thought it would be… Cool, though I wouldn’t mind sharing a bed with any of you.” Jaya chuckled as he looked around nosily himself. -
Celest looks back at Jaya and gives him a look of disgust, “As if anyone would want to share a bed with you.” she says as she moves a way from him a bit. “Anyway like I said feel free to suggest anything that may be needed for the house if you like.”
-
Jaya snickered at the response, so typical by now. “I’ll have you know I can satisfy many in the bed just some creeps I would never share a bed with.”
Jaya thought about it, “A meeting room perhaps, or a place we can all chill.” -
“Oh please I highly doubt you can satisfy anything with how disgusting you are.” Celest says with a smile before thinking about the meeting room a bit more, “That can be doable as long as we can get enough material for it tomorrow.” she says looking over the house a bit more.
-
Jaya shook his head as he nommed on a few more snacks. “Sure we can get the material but will you have the energy?”
-
“If I rest up some more and don’t transform myself or anything I should be able to do it, plus the house is for the most part done so adding some parts here and there won’t hurt me.” Celest says thinking to herself a bit on how much energy will be required for the task. “And if I want to change my appearance up a bit I guess I can go back to doing it the old way to save up my energy more efficiently.” she says full of determination to get the task done.
-
“You know, I’m amazed. I think we’ve made a lot of progress together in our objective to establish a foundation of peace.” Aureolin said proudly. “We were able to work together to find food and make a shelter without a problem! Our ideals might clash on some things, but so far it hasn’t caused any real problems. I know it’s only been the first day, but I hope that we’re able to put a stop to this great war once and for all.”
-
Caligula didn’t move from his spot, listening to the other’s conversation with half of his attention, but remained where he sat, still scribbling in his notebook.
-
“I’m sure it’s going to take a lot more then this to end the war but I suppose we are taking small steps towards peace which is good.” Celest says smiling a bit as she looks towards Aureolin.
Meanwhile Astelis watches the group as he slowly makes his way to them, “What a cute little group.” he says to himself before stopping by Caligula “I see that you all have already gotten situated, I guess I was a bit too late to provide anything. What a shame.” he says with a sigh.
