Demons and Angels have fought for too long , the prolonged war having devastating effects on both sides, leaving them deprived of magic and with dying populations. Heaven and Hell has had enough, sending both demons and angels to earth in an isolated forest in Australia, the most dangerous continent on Earth, with limiters, limited stamina and weaker magic making them have to depend on others. This is to form bonds that will hopefully end their war, an example of peace a sample before going larger and larger, though there are still some who oppose this peace….
Story Arc
-
“For once you do make a good point.” Celest says looking at Jaya, “We should just stay out of human affairs” she says looking towards the river, Celest did wanted to have at least a glance of how the humans lived but a mission was a mission and she had to follow the rules.
-
Caligula sighed again, “…I see…” He said and threaded his fingers together, leaning his brow against his knuckles and slowly exhaled the smoke from his lungs, “I should’ve prepared better… I doubt I’ll be able to run back and fourth between here and hell for however long I was here…” He said mostly to himself, voice trailing off at the end as if slipping into deep thought.
-
The demon sighed at the obviously disappointed creatures. He doesn’t started with his fellow demon, “Look we can all contribute something, whether physical like hunting or mental like being the mediator or coming with ideas. You may not think you’re prepared but neither are we really. We were all weakened and in a way forced out of our comfort zone, so it’s okay if you’re not prepared.”“And you,” Jaya moved on to the older obviously never been human before angel, “We may not be able to live with them because it defeats the purpose but that doesn’t mean we can’t watch them if we get near them, it’ll be a learning experience for some of us. Maybe even teach us how to be a better community.” Jaya offered Celest, sensing the disappointment from plans cancelling.
-
“I suppose you are correct, perhaps it can help somewhat” she says looking back at Jaya, “For now let’s just get the material needed so that I can make a home for us to live in, just make sure you get a lot of material so it can be sturdy” Celest says seriously.
-
Aureolin, who had walked off for a bit to look for resources for a fire pit, set down a pile of sticks and stones in an area away from the river. “I’m going to start putting together a fire pit.”
-
Caligula took a deep inhale and then dropped the cigarette butt to the ground, “I’ll do whatever I need to do.” He put a hand in his pockets and murmured something about being an idiot for not bringing anything, seeming to be rather irritated, mostly with himself, but trying to suppress it, “I’m gonna find somewhere to sleep in the meantime…”
-
Celest looked at Caligula, “Sleeping isn’t going to help us get shelter or find food, you have to contribute something at least.” She says seriously as she gathers some nearby wood and rocks to use for shelter later, “I’m going to need a lot more than this so either help get material or find some food”
-
“I won’t be much help strung out either.” He murmured somewhat defeatedly, but conceded and began walking towards the woods, quickly writing some more notes in his book.
-
“Don’t hesitate to yell if you need help!” Aureolin shouted. She stood up and looked at the carefully arranged sticks and stones. “This…is almost done. Just a few more dry twigs.” she said, before wandering around i  search of more sticks.
-
Jaya rolled his eyes at Celest taking the wheel of leadership. “Remember this angel, in the wild there are no bosses. Also remember if you want work, give work first. Just some tips for the future.” Jaya said as he started walking away. “Don’t worry I’ll be back for you sexy people, just getting some food and some materials we can use. Don’t miss us too much, I hear dogs can die of loneliness.” Jaya winked at Celest before jogging off to catch up to Caligula. Just to speak to him as he seemed upset.
-
Celest glared at Jaya “Stop calling me a dog!” She says as her wings flared up. She then decides to walk off to the other side of the forest and use her powers to break off some wood from some trees to use. Once she has collected as much as she can carry she goes back to the river to dump off the material and repeat the process.
-
Jaya laughed as he heard her scream and her actions as he finally caught up to their resident smoker. “So how are you doing Coffee?” Jaya said amiably as he flipped his knife, walking next to the other demon.
-
Aureolin turned towards Celest, after piling a few more sticks on the fire pit. “I know we all have differing levels of patience for other people, but you shouldn’t let him get to you so much. I believe reacting so strongly to his provocation will only make him continue.”
-
Caligula put his hands in his pockets with a sigh, “Ah, it’s fine, don’t worry about me.” He said, letting his head fall back to look up at the tree canopy, “Whenever any creature is thrust out of their natural environment, there’s always an adverse reaction.” He said, voice growing slightly distant as he seemed to slip into deeper thought, “It seems that only now that reaction registered.” His hand again drifted to the notebook in his pocket, slipping it out and jotting a quick note.
-
Celest looked back at Aureolin, “you do make a very good point but I haven’t been able to concentrate that well right now since I’m focusing on something else currently so I’ve mainly been reacting like this since it’s the fastest way to respond to something. Although it’s probably not the best.” She says in a tired tone, the transformation that she’s been using on herself was taking a lot more concentration then what was normally needed.
